"Well, I came back for a second time but it was a flat out mistake. Every staff member looks angry for no reason at all, our server barely visited our table and every plate of food we ordered was room temperature at best. We didn’t complain about our food because I hate doing that but looking back, we definitely should have. At the end, we had two “loyalty cards” that the server ensured us we could use for a promotion. She only applied only one of our cards and never sought out a manager to make things right after. Instead, we were told “It didn’t work sorry.” As a former bartender who loves hanging out watching games at a sports bar, this place is bad. Plenty of other places in the area to visit. I highly recommend going somewhere else. Also, I saw a review that mentioned this place being similar to an airport restaurant with a lot of traffic and no attention to cleanliness. Definitely spot on. Get it together Fox and Hound you have the potential to be a fun spot."

The staff was wonderful, very attentive to every customer. The food was delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the hot sauce (I can't remember the name, but it's the hottest!). Management was very present and dedicated, especially Lisa. My only suggestion would be to offer more flats than drums. I will definitely be returning soon. - DJ Lady M

Was overcharged for boneless wings. I ordered a small and they charged for a large even after I brought it to my waitress attention. I was also charged an extra 10 dollars for a tip when I did not leave a 10 dollar tip for the wings. In total I was charged $40 dollars for a $15 dollar meaI (boneless wings and drink). Overall, my experience was decent. The food was enjoyable, but the service left something to be desired. Our server was not very attentive and was quite slow. We ordered honey BBQ boneless wings, but they arrived excessively spicy. However, the restaurant rectified the situation by bringing us a fresh order without spice, with the sauce served on the side. Another downside, likely due to the slow service, was that our ice cream arrived melted. (This photo was taken just 30 seconds after we received it, a full 20 minutes after we ordered.)

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The menus were filthy and sticky. It took 15 minutes to get a few waters out to our table. The chips were stale, greasy and nasty. When we asked for fresh chips, we were served all of about 5 (additional) stale chips on a small appetizer plate, now really. The chili, disgusting, made my brother feel very sick to his stomach. It took 30 minutes for a hummus plate and spinach artichoke dip to come out, ugh, more disappointment. The vegetables were bruised and soggy on the hummus plate (see pic).
