"terrible experience, I made 11:45 reservations and once I got not a waitress came to the table to welcome us or give us water. When I finally had a waitress, she took our orders and then came back to say that the kitchen was closed. we wanted to order drinks and not drinks yet, then we were told that we had to sit on the bar to be waited, sucking the barkeepers holdings. we were only allowed to close a drink before. how did I make reservations in a restaurant that did not intend to serve us, nor allowed us to place an order."

This place was empty and the servers were unprofessional, loud, and dressed poorly! The service was just ok and so was the food. It used to be a vibrant place and the food was to-die-for, but not the night we went. Needless to say, we won't be going back!

that was the most terrible experience I had in a restaurant with king of Prussia. first the restaurant was old, smelly and dirty, but the hostess looked like they looted them off the street. she could also not check in my open table reservation because she said she would not give her the tablet. I went fast because I didn't feel comfortable eating that.

Everything was terrible including the service. Despite making a reservation I was told the wait would be 2 hours. While sitting and waiting a waitress approached us and barked that the tables were closed, there's an hour wait and no drinks were available for us. There was no signage on the tables we were waiting at nor was there anything being done by our party of 2 but waiting until our name was called. I will never return based on the treatment and I am highly disappointed in the attitude and attacks that was received
