"This was my first time at a Melting Pot restaurant. The menu was overwhelming at first but our server John was so helpful. We were also able to modify our proteins since we do not eat salmon. We did the Wednesday night 4 course dinner. 1) Wisconsin Cheddar Fondue- amazing! 2) salads- mom has the house salad and I had the spinach salad. We both enjoyed! 3) We opted for the grilled cooking. It was fun to cook the food. They put a lot of seasoning on the chicken and steak. I didn't mind it but some was too peppery for my mom. 4) chocolate fondue- we did the yin yang which was white and milk chocolate. LOVED IT! There is a lot of food in the 4 courses, plus with the fondue the dip ins are bottomless, so come hungry! John, our server, was very attentive and extremely helpful! He kept checking in which was great. Fyi, if you stay at Hyatt House next door, you can also get a 10% off voucher. (Just ask at Hyatt House reception."

Food was rather tasty. Fun dinner date night, but a little pricey to cook your own food.

FOOD WAS YUMMY FUN 2 pots needed... If you don't eat meat and your partner does, you gotta create a better setup option.

This was my first time at The Melting Pot, and I came with some friends for my 40th birthday. It was such an amazing time from start to finish. Jess is a spectacular server (the best I've had at any restaurant) and didn't miss a beat. I will hopefully be back in the future!

We came for our anniversary and this place always has amazing service! A big thank you to jamie for providing outstanding service throughout our meal. Their menu knowledge and attention to detail made for a seamless dining experience! He gave great recommendations on food choices and a fun tip on letting the marshmallow sit in the chocolate fondue. It might sound like a silly note, but it helps us feel like he really enjoys his job and knows the food. Thank you again Jamie, you're amazing! View menu

I was part of a party of 4 on August 18th celebrating my friends 40th birthday. Jess was our waiter went ABOVE beyond. She may be the best server I have ever had! She was that good. Such a great attitude, she was so interactive with our crazy group! Even made a plate for the birthday girl showing her artistic abilities. She really was just so completely attentive, I was amazed! She should be the person in charge of training ALL servers everywhere! Lol! We will definitely be back to see her!

Amazing, and has been amazing every time I go there, definitely a celebratory meal type deal, but of course you can go whenever you like. It is nicer to make a reservation because they do fill up quite fast, everyone is always super helpful, happy and attentive. Food is wonderful as well, as a fondue/hotpot restaurant its personalized to your preference, if it's your first time I'd suggest asking a waiter/waitress how long to cook food for or you can just go on their website and they have personalized timers for any of the entree items.

"Our waiter was an absolutely horrid man. I don’t know if he was having a bad night due to a personal experience but he was rude from the absolute start. It seemed like everything we asked for was a burden on him. I also didn’t like that we were sitting right next to where all the wait staff had to go to put in orders because he came over way too frequently. He didn’t let my husband order his stake the way he wanted. When my husband ordered the blue cheese butter he had the audacity to say “you won’t need it” but at least he let him get it. This guy also acted surprised when we asked for the bill and didn’t want to take food home. The only food left to take home was my food and it was all seafood. I never take seafood home and why does it matter so much to him? It’s like he had a personal stake in how we do things. I will say the sushi wasn’t great but my lobster bisque was fantastic and so was the lobster Mac and cheese. Unfortunately I just wasn’t particularly hungry so I didn’t eat much. Which should be something that’s okay with him because we are paying for it. He also shoved the dessert menu at us after I asked for the bill. Buddy, I didn’t finish 2/3’s of my dinner, why would I order dessert?? He was much nicer to the older diners across from us I noticed. I don’t know his name or I would absolutely call him out but that’s what happened to us. Unacceptable."

"my friends and I had a wonderful thanksgiving in the seasons 52. the foods, appetizers, suppening, salad and deer were delicious and naturally made with fresh ingredients. the atmosphere was relaxed and no one tried to hurry, in which it was the exact opposite. all from hostess to the servers were friendly, welcoming and professional. in particular I would like to mention, beth, our server. from the moment when she greeted our table, beth was wonderful. it was worth knowing about the weeping and about certain ingredients in the order. she had a perfect judgement about when she returned to our table to take our order, coffee refills and serve dessert. we never felt hurried. in the did, beth know about the food and wine menus and sensibility for our needs only added to our pleasure. we also appreciate their friendly and outgoing personality. although my two friends were in season 52 before it was my first experience and I could not have enjoyed myself any more. we all noticed that we would return to the future for the delicious food and ask to be served again by beth! I have a question. would it be possible to have a larger portion dessert? I know that we all need to be more healthy, but I think that serving a dessert in what is a slightly larger shot glass in the round is something extreme. if I look, I would like to include the entire experience of a meal and that includes dessert. a “normally”large dessert can always be enjoyed by one or divided as tasty bites and not be threatening to the health of each. all three of us thought the desserts were too small, and we enjoyed ourselves later at home dessert. just a suggestion!"
