The bacon appetizers were hard, greasy, and lacking in meat for the price. I ordered a pink drink with vodka, but I was charged $10 for it with an additional $2 fee—previously, it had been $6 with the $2 alcohol add-on.
The atmosphere was also off; the music was too loud, and the air conditioning was uncomfortable, especially given the cool, rainy weather outside. The waitress seemed indifferent, which added to our disappointment.
This experience has made me reconsider my feelings about your restaurant, which used to be my favorite but now leaves me uncertain about returning. It's disheartening to say this, especially since I've recommended it to many friends, spent a significant amount at your Round Rock location, and even purchased several candles. I'm just one disappointed customer."
