Succulent and tender jumbo sea scallops, perfectly seared and served with a touch of seasoning.

"I always have a fantastic experience at this restaurant. I ordered the filet mignon with a lobster tail, but I was a little disappointed because I only received half of the tail. In the past, I've always had a whole tail. On a positive note, the filet mignon was cooked perfectly to my order, medium and juicy. However, I was let down by the vegetables, as the dish now comes with broccolini, which is a genetically modified hybrid of asparagus and broccoli and lacks flavor. The loaded baked potato was excellent, and I also had a Bloody Mary that was just okay. On the bright side, the service was outstanding. I’ll definitely be returning for more!"

"The food itself was mediocre at best. I ordered the purple potatoes(bland but dipped in ranch you can’t go wrong with potatoes), wedge burger(dry), lobster Mac cheese(was ok, not spectacular). Not worth the price hype. I could say my expectations were high, I really thought the food would wow me. But the ahi nachos up the street from Roof Top Lounge were 100000000% better than all of those items. I ordered the chocolate soufflé for dessert. Everyone RAVED over it. Unfortunately, it fell short as well. It was my least favorite. When I poured the sauce on, there were chunks. The flavor was bland. BUT the staff were kind. So I’d give staff 5/5 stars, the food 2/5. I stayed above the restaurant, was here for 3 days. Hoping to have a better turn out next time I stay eat here. The free bread butter were very good. 5/5 on that."

"Location is a bit hard to locate. Once there it is very nice. Decorated for Christmas and it was beautiful. Reservations were handled A+. 1. service was spotty. Hard pressed to meet average. We had to ask for bread, salt and pepper. The only thing good was the server who kept our water glasses filled. Food was delivered to our table by a food runner. Had to be auctioned off once it arrived, as he didn't have a clue who got what. NOT GOOD FOR A RESTAURANT CHARGING THESE KIND OF PRICES. 2. Food was just ok. Not terrible but not outstanding. Average to say the least. Pork rib-eye was a cut of pork loin grilled without the bone-in, with mashed potatoes. We had a special menu for graduation at a local university. (not the regular menu) 3. Prices were inflated for this special menu. Prices reflected something in Chicago or New York and not out in the country in Southern Illinois. Two lobster tails $75.00.....The owners have spent a ton of money building this place and it shows, as it is very very nice. The food, the service is just average at best. It would push it to meet the average stage. The prices are quite high for the service and food that you get for your dollar (s)......"

"We used to dine at Stephanie's frequently when we lived in Boston over ten years ago. We recently revisited the restaurant after all this time, only to find that it has turned into a typical tourist trap. The food was subpar and the service was unsatisfactory. Our server wrongly accused us of ordering incorrectly on two separate occasions, leading us to correct what was brought to our table. The clam chowder seemed stale and tasted like it had been left under a heat lamp for too long. Additionally, our over-easy egg had raw egg white all over the plate, and the waiter insisted that was how we requested it. The interior of the restaurant was rundown, dated, and dimly lit, with music more suitable for a frat party than a dining establishment. It was, without a doubt, the most disappointing meal we had during our entire week, which even included a revolting sandwich from a rest area on the Mass Pike."

"A nice nearby Italian restaurant. Quaint bar with live music regularly. Generous cocktails with respectable bourbon selections. The food is usually fresh made and quite tasty. However our last visit my wife’s main dish mine were cool, borderline cold. We informed our server. The same dishes were returned , meaning they microwaved it. I mentioned this to our server who thoughtfully removed them from our check. She confided that she was shocked they did this, when they simply could’ve made another dish very quickly. That’s the difference between them getting a three star and a five star especially for the prices that they serve food at. I expect better from a white tablecloth service plate where guest can expect to spend at least least $50 per person. Microwaving a dish that is cool or cold is something that I expect for something like a Carrabba‘s or Olive Garden but not a place that calls and holds it itself up as a fine dining establishment"

"What a perfect spot for a balmy Saturday evening meal in February. Had a 6:30 pm booking through Open Table, which was great as two of us got an outdoor table away from the exterior railing. Later, heater lamps above were a perfect touch to keep us toasty, not roasty. Although getting lively nearby and inside as the evening wore on, our table was perfect for conversation. Roberto(? , our server, was the real Italian deal and he was extremely nice, though very busy. We each ordered a glass of wine that arrived quickly and really hit the spot. We ordered a shared caesar salad, which though tasty, was pretty much as expected. We each had the ravioli in pink sauce, which was really good. The only issue was the bread was served, then immediately salads were served, and immediately entrees were served. No time to savor and enjoy. It all came at once. We were not rushed to leave, so being served everything so quickly was a bit of a bummer. Overall, we loved Chianti and will be back. An early reservation time is key to a nice meal."

"We highly recommend giving this restaurant a try! We had a fantastic experience with great service and couldn't find anything to complain about. My 10-year-old absolutely loves the California roll, plain edamame, and white rice. Personally, I find the Volcano Roll to be delightful. While the eel sauce is a bit on the sweet side, it pairs perfectly with the dish! In a time when customer service can often be lacking, it's refreshing to encounter such excellent attention. We were fortunate to have Allen as our waiter; he was very knowledgeable and extremely polite. We took our time with our orders, and he never rushed us. The ambiance was relaxing and comfortable, and casual business attire seemed perfectly acceptable."

"When we arrived they put the 6 of us in a room by ourselves at a nice round table...very nice. A man came over with an apron on and started filling our water. I said Are You Our Server he replied I have an apron on, why do people always ask me if I am their server . Well, where I come from, and in GREAT restaurants THE SERVER, will introduce themselves right away. Most of the BETTER restaurants have people that fill water and bring bread etc. (Ruths Chris, Capital Grill, Eddie V 's). I then asked him his name...he said my name in SING...he then asked us if we wanted some cocktails and if the ladies wanted to get drunk.....yes that what he said...I would not lie. He was about as far from professional as you can get. We ordered our food...Bread was brought to the table...it was terrible...I asked SING if people like this bread and he said not really but the chef does.....wow what a response! We ordered food, 1 ordered Pork Chops and said they were very good, 4 of us ordered filets...1 6oz and 3 8oz... They were all very marginal in taste...truly marginal...I have had better at Texas Roadhouse thats how marginal. 1 of us ordered scallops...not good.. We ordered 2 creamed spinach sides.....NOT A DROP OF CREAM......dried up as can be...The garlic mashed were very garlic filled, the augratin were good...My buddy ordered a house cab, Sing said dont get it I have one from Caymus family thats just a little more....House is $14...his was $20...I do not call $6 a little more. Quite honestly, maybe because it 's off season and the regular staff/chef wasn 't here, but I just dont know why ANYONE would rate this place more than a 4 out of 10..... If you read my reviews, I call them as I see them....If you are great, I review you great, If you are lousy....well then you get what you deserve."

"We had a 5:30 pm, reservation and had little wait time, but when our hostess took us to our table, it was still being cleaned. Then the hostess disappeared for about 5 minutes. We were a party of 7 and did not know which large table was ours. Finally, our hostess returned and got us seated. Our waiter did his best but seemed new to the menu and could not answer questions we had. We started off with fried cheese and fried alligator. Both were very good and came fairly quickly. I noticed that there was not much of a childs menu. When our dinner plates arrived, they were spuratic. So some of us waited to eat and others started eating. I ordered the naked reddish, which came with spinach. Honestly, the serving was small, and the spinach was uneventful. For $39, I was disappointed. To make it worse, it was on the warm side. Our waiter tended to us well but often forgot the little things like katchup and bread and had to be reminded. Overall, for the amount of money we paid, I believe we could have had a better dining experience at another smaller, local seafood restaurant. As we left, we could see that there were large crowds waiting to be seated, and some were intoxicated. Others were just upset at the wait time."

"I specifically went for drinks and appetizers in the evening at this restaurant. The dining area was moderately busy and the bar was full. We had to wait about 10-15 minutes standing around the bar. I was pleasantly surprised by the appetizers we ordered; the crab spinach dip was excellent, the jumbo lump crabcakes were delicious with the sauce and capers, and the mozzarella sticks came in a huge serving. The lemon drop cocktails were poured generously."

"This is the first time in a long while that I've been to West Side Grill. If I'm not mistaken things have changed. It always seemed kinda of charming before, now it's had some of the shine rubbed off. The food was good but no sparkle. Sandwich cut in half on a plate with no garnish, just plain ol. The Crab melt was good but not great. The black bleu burger looked good but as with the sandwich, served on a plate alone, no lettuce frill or anything. Maybe I wasn't there before at a peak afternoon time but the noise level was high. It seemed more like a high end diner than a fine restaurant. I was disappointed. If you've never been give it a try decide for yourself."

"Fish is very good but Manhattan prices. Server brought out some bread with butter. Ordered the broiled halibut dinner and broiled Cod Dinner, one iced tea and one water. Both were cooked perfectly, with basic steamed broccoli and baked sweet potato on side. Would give this place 4 stars had it not been for the price $83.00 and add in a tip and we at about $100. If the meals came with some sort of spectacular sides or the place overlooked the water and had fantastic atmosphere or something I could justify the price, but this place is a standard fish market with some tables in it. My next $100 meal is gonna be somewhere else. I'd would go back for the fish market to buy fish to cook at home ."

"From the curbside Hostess Podium to the dining room setup to the menus and the coordination of the staff, I was personally blown away. I wasn’t expecting much of a departure from the cliché tourist food that is served on most of South Beach. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of professionalism and class that the staff exhibited. The food was actually very interesting, creative, and a departure from simple concepts–adding a refreshing Eastern Mediterranean Flare right down to the hummus. Every dish was a new adventure in flavor and texture. We started off with the Spanish Octopus and the Atlantic Wild Mussels. The Octopus was charcoal grilled and served with marinated fennel, Madeira squid ink reduction, and watercress vinaigrette that I can only describe as delicious! The Mussels are served in Champagne, shallots, garlic, lime, tarragon, and a touch of cream. Right about now you reach for the fresh-baked hot bread to soak up the insanely delicious sauce From there we requested that our waiter, Alejandro, pick our next dishes and they were both instant hits. He brought us the Lump Crab Cake with Shrimp and the Bang Bang Shrimp. The Crab Cake was served with Remoulade Sauce, Baby Green Beans, Microgreens and was simply amazing. The Bang Bang Shrimp at this point was, without a doubt, the highlight of the meal for me, served with Sautéed Jumbo Shrimp, Brown Sugar Butter, Turmeric, Curry, Yogurt Cucumber Mint Sauce, Cucumber Peppers, Relish and will leave you wanting to come back just for them. We asked Alejandro to surprise us with dessert. Let me emphasize that their award-winning National Pie Champion Pecan-Crusted Key Lime Pie will take your whole meal to a new level. Thank You, Alejandro, we definitely had a fantastic meal (arguably the best I’ve had in Miami). I already want to go back there. Great cocktails too, I recommend the Mai Tai. Our visit more than exceeded our expectations. I tip my toque to you Chef Kal Abdalla"

"A stylish upscale restaurant with a sleek but not in your face vibe. Both indoor and outdoor setting have a bar. Had brunch outside in an inviting setting. Food hit the mark: roasted oysters for starters and eggs Benedict for the main. Service was polite and prompt, food was excellent. Found out only later that valet parking is available across the street- an absolute must for the chaotic dense traffic on late Sunday mornings, and probably most time periods. I'll be back!"

"We were a table if 6. We enjoyed all the food we ordered from the appetizers to the entrees. The service was ok for a busy Saturday night. The acoustics are very loud and it was difficult to have conversations. However, our initial experience when we arrived was extremely frustrating. We had reservations for 7:00 PM. When we walked into the restaurant, there was a group in front of us waiting to be seated. We arrived at 6:55 but we were not seated until 7:25. Other groups came in after us and were seated before us. We approached the hostess a number of times and were told that they were cleaning our table. My husband went into the restaurant and did not see any tables being cleaned. What a customer hates more than anything is to be lied to. Be honest with your customers. Needless to say that although our food was very good, we will not go back to Nonna's any time soon. There are too many other good Italian restaurants in the area."

"The lemon risotto dish and the shrimp grits dish were excellent, presentation was beautiful, service was excellent and our server, Dion, was amazing! We went to the bar for a cocktail and Ari the bartender was amazing, informative and knows how to make an excellent lemon drop!! It was a fun evening and will certainly be back!! I highly recommend this place!!"

"Came to Florida on vacation and decided to venture up to Naples from Fort Myers to see a friend of ours playing in a band. Dinner reservations were made at Bistro 821. The hour plus ride to get there was more aggravating as an airplane had crashed on the highway. When we finally arrived at the restaurant, I could tell we were in an upscale establishment. I asked our server Rob what he recommended. He said that the Chilean Sea Bass was most popular. I was in a quandary because the also served Wagyu beef. He pointed out the pick 2 and pick 3 options. I chose the pick 3 where I could have smaller portions and pick 3 entrees. I chose the sea bass, wagyu sirloin and lobster tail. When asked how I wanted my steak i replied mooing. When the plate arrived i was shocked to see a virtually raw steak. Just the way I wanted. Perfect for my tastes. The star of the plate was the sea bass. Quite frankly the best piece of fish I've ever had. Marinated in saki in a wine verblanc sauce to die for. An absolute killer taste. The Executive Chef Jonathan DeRue even came out. (I think he wanted to see who ordered the raw steak). I told him i had a new favorite restaurant. The entire meal was amazing. I spoke to Rob about dessert which I probably wasn't going to order until he said Bananas Foster. As an alcoholic, I explained the need to completely cook off the alcohol. He went back to the kitchen and told me that Jonathan would take care of it personally. Bananas Foster over a home made sugar waffle. I thought I died and went to heaven! I now know that i have to return to Naples and if we ever decide to relocate to Florida, it will be to the west coast somewhere near Naples!"

"as the first timer I enjoyed my meal! everything was perfection (for me). on the other hand, my important other person, who did not eat spicy, thought that his garnels, in the garlands and grums were very spicy. I wish that had been listed on the menu before ordering. I enjoy spicy things and tried a garnel that I usually do not call a spicy, thought that the garnels in the did were a little spicy and the amount of grips that they get for this price is a little ridiculous. service was great! the atmosphere was beautiful. I'll come back, but unfortunately he won't."
