"The food was delicious and reasonably priced. I especially enjoyed the Strawberry Cheesecake. However, there was some confusion with our server. A young man initially helped us by seating us and taking our order, but later on a young woman took over. When we needed something, the first server would just point to the second server. This caused some issues with the service as neither checked on us frequently."

"Not a good experience. Waitress was very rough around the edges . (Slim lady on duty around 6:30 pm Sunday . 2/26/2023). She does not have proper etiquette, barks at you when she speaks and comes across as rude (although I don 't think she INTENDS to be rude, she just doesn 't seem to know how to speak nicely to customers). My roast chicken was bland (no flavor) and I have no idea what this concoction is (see pic attached). It was supposed to be a side of some zucchini dish, but it looks like dog vomit. On top of all of this they charge you about an extra 4% for using your credit or debit card when you check out! I will NOT be back to this diner."

"Everytime we've ordered through UberEats, they've gotten the order wrong. We'll order egg sandwiches on bagels with specific paid-for add-ons, and get the sandwiches as platters with NO bagel. Additionally, the platters are not packaged in the bags correctly. Everytime we've ordered platters (or gotten them as a wrong order), they arrive in the bag ON THEIR SIDE. Why would anyone pack wet food ON ITS SIDE as opposed to flat in the container and then in the bag!? Its honestly intentional neglect OR lack of common sense. I mean, cmon. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is that every time we've gotten garlic bagels, they are delicious! The lack of consistency with this place is really sad. Decided to order from My Three Sons from now on. They're further out and more expensive but their orders come perfectly packaged and delicious!"

"Everything on the menu looks delicious! I had the Luxury Lox and Bagel. The salmon was perfect. The bagel was toasted perfectly but the best part is the flavored cream cheese!! I also had fresh squeezed orange juice with a mixture of carrot juice and a oatmeal cookie. It's expensive but worth it. It's gets busy and a little crowded but because they are sooo good! Well worth my time and money I will be coming back."

"The restaurant offers a nice selection of flavorful fish, but the bagels are disappointing. I’m puzzled by all the positive reviews for them. These bagels are not New York style; they are tough, dry, and only marginally better than what you’d find at a grocery store. In comparison, the bagels from Liberty are far superior: fresh, larger, softer inside, and with a pleasant crust on the outside. Additionally, Sables doesn’t have a posted menu, and the prices are quite high."

"I stopped in for breakfast this weekend to find out what all the hype is about this place and how good their donuts are. When you see places in business for so many years like this one, you can clearly see why. When you walk in, the staff is warm and welcoming, and the diner itself has that old-school vibe. The food comes out fast, fresh, and tasty. It doesn't hurt also that they make a really good cup of coffee. Now on to the donuts....The donuts are made right on the premises, so you know going in you are getting fresh delicious donuts every time. They are reasonable in price at $2 per donut, and the more you buy, the cheaper they are. They have a decent sized menu, and the prices are very...and I do mean very reasonable, especially for Park Slope. Be forewarned that this place is cash only! I will definitely stop in again the next time I am in the area, if not to dine in, but to get some of those donuts!"

"If you look up 'hidden gem ' in the dictionary, Luca Brasi 's Hoboken should be the first thing to come up. AWESOME selection of breakfast, hot food, deli meats, and prepared foods. They have one of the best bolognese/meat sauces I 've ever had in my life. Also, their prosciutto sandwiches come with a MOUNTAIN of meat."

"I just ordered a mushroom chicken cheese steak platter from Campus pizza.It was one of the worst platters I've ever had from them. It had no mayo or ketchup on the steak as I ordered, barely any chicken on it. IT WAS THIN AF ! My fries were big, thick, Luke warm w/no salt,pepper, or ketchup as I ordered. I use to get the Italian hoagie from there; about 1-2/week for me family, but they started to get skimpy with the meat on that so I stopped ordering it also because it's not the 1st time something like this has happened w/them so I had to let y'all know. But I paid $16. for a platter that's barely worth $8.I ordered from there because it's Halal, it was good 1 point the people are nice.I barely eat pizza, but it seams like that may be the only thing I get from there from now on unless they get skimpy w/that also."

"This is a quaint little diner/cafe that offers a charming atmosphere. It’s not overly crowded for breakfast, which is a plus. There are just the right number of seats to accommodate the weekend brunch crowd. The service is excellent, with friendly and attentive waitstaff who always greet you with a smile. They consistently check in to see if you need anything. The prices are quite reasonable, especially considering the generous portions. "Disappointing. Haystack onions were soggy and over salted, not crisp. Chicken wings had plenty of meat and were very tender. The BBQ sauce lacked flavor and was poured onto the wings too thickly. Blue cheese dressing for the wings contained little blue cheese and had little blue cheese flavor. The Greek salad was excellent. Portion sizes for all items were generous and packaged very well."

"Comparison is the thief of joy, and it?s true when it comes to bagels. No matter where I go, and what bagels I try, I will never stop comparing them to All American. They?ve catered every major brunch party I?ve had in the last 7 years, gotten me huge last minute orders for work conferences, and provided breakfast for me on a regular basis at work regularly throughout the years and the quality has never faltered. The front staff is exactly the way most of the 1 star reviews have described, but you?ll never hear a complaint out of me. I?m not there for a 5 star experience at a strip mall no frills bagel shop, I?m there for quality bagels, sandwiches and omelettes, which I have ALWAYS received. I?ve never even received a wrong order. Not even once. I will be a faithful customer for life. I?ve tried bagels all over the tri-state area and beyond and nothing even comes close."

"The food at this restaurant is quite bland, and the pizza shouldn't even be on the menu. All the pastries and cookies are stale. The staff doesn't adhere to proper food handling practices and often goes without gloves. If you're looking for a health risk worse than salmonella, just take a trip to the bathroom. Considering their prices, they could certainly invest in renovations and a thorough cleaning. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. I gave it 2 stars because they do offer bottled drinks, and the air conditioning works well in the summer."
