"Overall, I had a great dining experience at this restaurant. The goat karahi was cooked to perfection and full of flavor. However, both the puri and meat samosa were quite greasy. The meat samosa appeared to be overcooked, resulting in a dry filling and excessive oil on the outside. The menu was extensive and impressive, with a variety of options to choose from. While I frequent Indian restaurants in the USA, I found this restaurant to be delicious but a bit too oily and heavy on the stomach."

"The veggie korma, butter chicken, and pomegranate chicken were absolutely incredible. I can't get enough of the papadums served with chutney before the meal; they're simple yet bursting with flavor. We've tried various Indian restaurants, and this one is hands down the best. We live in Mount Vernon and happily make the 45-minute drive once a month just to enjoy this amazing food!"

"In a word, we had a great first experience. Bea our waitress/owner was delightful. My wife and I travel for work and know our Thai food. Surin is among the top 4 in our travels from CA, to New Englang and many points in between. If you have never experienced Thai, you must. So many different flavors! Don't ever worry about a dish being too spicy. Most places have a simple 1 through 5 chilies. 5 being hottest. Ask Bea and she will make it right. We loved both of our dishes which had generous amounts of seafood in one, and duck in the other. Also, you have to try the chicken Satay. It is a marinated skewer of chicken with a peanut dipping sauce that perhaps was the best we have ever had. Surin also has a good beer and wine selection."

"It’s my favorite restaurant in Bowling Green! I usually get takeout and the food is always hot, fresh, and authentic! The Chicken Tikka Masala is perfectly spiced and creamy and they give you plenty of rice to go with it! Would recommend the Garlic Naan to go with your dinner to dip in your Chicken Tikka Masala sauce! They adjust the heat according to your taste perfectly and always get my order right! Would recommend for anyone to give this place a try, especially if your looking for something new and authentic to try! Will definitely eat here every time I visit Bowling Green!"

"The naan is clearly microwaved, and the food is average at best. The prices are too high for what essentially feels like fast food. While it’s not awful, there are definitely better options available. I would give it 4 stars if they at least baked the naan instead of reheating it in the microwave. Perhaps the buffet is a better value."

"My God today!!! This food was so good that it made me mad in a good way...I've lived this close and could not have imagined that I would be swept off my feet like this. I ordered the chicken tikka masala, poori and vegetable samosas. SMH...the freshness, the portions, everything was perfect. I did delivery but will most certainly be dining in SOON. Don't think about going or doing delivery make like Nike and JUST DO IT!!! Chef's kiss all around!"

"One of our main requirements was to find a catering company that would not only deliver and set up the food but also provide chafing dishes, refill items as needed, and handle cleanup. Mahidhar worked diligently with us to create a package that included service staff for our wedding, collaborating seamlessly with our wedding planner and their team. In the lead-up to the big day, he assisted us in labeling dishes to indicate vegan options and allergens. We also wanted our guests to experience a Thali-style wedding lunch, and Mahidhar helped us source rentals for over 150 Thali plates—which was a significant accomplishment after our extensive research. Additionally, he personally visited our wedding venue and coordinated with the venue manager to address all the important logistics ahead of time. On the wedding day, Mayuri and their staff truly exceeded our expectations. After the ceremony, we entered to find the food and drinks beautifully set up, each item clearly labeled and the steel Thali plates arranged exactly as we had discussed. Our guests absolutely loved the food, which exemplified the authentic South Indian cuisine we had envisioned. After the lunch, everything was cleaned up, and the buffet setup was transformed for the evening reception dinner. For the cocktail hour, which was held outdoors, the appetizers were exquisite and perfectly arranged. The evening dinner featured North Indian/Indo-Chinese dishes, and once again, the food was outstanding. At the end of the night, takeout boxes were made available for our guests and for us to take home leftovers. The kitchen and buffet area were cleaned to the venue's standards, leaving everything in order. We are thoroughly impressed and wholeheartedly recommend Mayuri for catering services. Many venues in the Seattle area lack Indian catering options and do not provide service staff unless they cater themselves. Mayuri made our wedding day stress-free and fulfilled all our expectations!"

"I used to consider this restaurant to have average Indian food in the area. It was convenient, decent, and affordable. However, over the past two years, the portion sizes have significantly decreased. When I mentioned this to the person at the pickup counter, they insisted that the serving size was normal. This is not true. The prices have gone up slightly, while the portions have shrunk considerably. This new portion size is not acceptable after being a loyal customer for almost a decade. I suggest that we all refrain from ordering from this restaurant until they return to their previous portion sizes. I'm not upset, just stating the facts. The portions have definitely decreased, from being full to now only 2/3 to 1/2 full."

"The restaurant is too expensive and the food was very greasy. The goat biryani had no meat, only a piece of fat and some bones. I was very disappointed. The side condiment was not well mixed and there was a strange odor coming from it. I wish I had taken pictures of the disappointment to warn others. Save yourself the trouble and do not order from here. Despite the sign claiming it was delicious, it was far from it. I have never written a negative review before, but this was just bad. The drink had brown pockets floating in it, similar to something you would find at Taco Bell. It did not smell good and did not taste good either. I had a bad feeling about it but wanted to give it a chance, especially since there is a kebab place right next door. Trust me, don't do it."

"The food is good but not exceptional, $, the portion are small, Nouveau Cuisine type. The Nam bread is usually served as part of the food, like the rice. Over there small pieces of it, not good quality is"

"We visited Aroma for lunch during their buffet service, which featured a variety of flavorful options. The vegetarian dishes included paneer makhani, a daal dish, assorted vegetable saag, and an aloo dish, while the non-vegetarian options included chicken tandoori, butter chicken, and chicken curry. There was also a fresh salad, crispy vegetable pakora, a sweet dessert, and warm naan served directly to our table. We also enjoyed the masala chai, which, though served in a small cup, was packed with rich and bold flavors. The service was exceptional. When we arrived, we were only the second table, but as the restaurant filled up, the staff maintained their attentiveness. Our table was consistently cleared of dishes, drinks were promptly refilled, and the team was both friendly and knowledgeable, accommodating dietary restrictions with ease. At $17.95 per adult, the buffet offers incredible value. The food is delicious, the staff are top-notch, and the portions are as generous as you choose to make them. At no point did it feel like they compromised on quality, and the overall experience exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend Aroma to anyone in the area looking for amazing Indian cuisine. Vegetarian options: A daal dish, assorted vegetable saag, paneer makhni, and an aloo dish."

"When we arrived, they asked if we had a reservation, which caught me off guard, but fortunately, they were still able to accommodate us. The restaurant was around 80% full, with a few tables still needing cleaning. The staff was very friendly, but it seemed they were a bit short-staffed for the number of guests present. The food was delicious, although it did take a bit longer than anticipated to arrive—about 15 minutes after we ordered. Overall, I found the prices to be reasonable."

"Awesome. I love their food it's very delcious they leave it somewhat bland for the general public which they don't always like the spices. But they leave you with the option to ask for their red sauce spices you can add as much or as little as you desire to give it a spicy more authentic flavor you were looking for. I love their food and the people are always nice they have several people waiting on each table to make sure you get high quality service. Overall I like the ambiance, the food and the people. I usually get the Rogan Josh which is lamb meet in a Yogurt sauce it's awesome I highly recommend it."

"**Garlic Naan - $3.50** - 10/10 This dish was the highlight of our meal. Generously topped with garlic and butter, the naan was wonderfully fluffy and soft on the inside while crispy on the outside. Absolutely delicious! **Chicken Tikka Masala - $16.99** - 8/10 This dish had the creamy texture we expect, but the flavors were a bit off. It didn't quite deliver the rich spices and taste I've enjoyed at other places. While it was decent, it didn’t leave a lasting impression. **Saag Paneer - $15.99** - 4/10 I typically love saag paneer, but this version missed the mark. It lacked the creamy consistency I look for and tasted more like plain sautéed spinach, missing the spices and flavors that usually elevate it at other Indian restaurants. **Chicken Samosas - $6.49** - 6/10 The pastry was delightful, and the samosas came out hot from the fryer. However, the filling was somewhat bland, mainly consisting of ground chicken with a few peas and not much else. While not terrible, it was a bit dry and could have benefited from more vegetables for added flavor and moisture. Overall, the owners are very kind and hardworking, which contributes to the restaurant's charm. Just a tip—the dining area was quite chilly, so make sure to dress warmly if you plan to visit on a cold evening!"

"If you are craving Indian punjabi dhaba food , this is your place . Had the most amazing food . We came in ready to settle for American version of Indian food but we were amazed to find freshly made hot buttered up tandoori roti’s and yummiest saagpaneer and daal tarka . My pickiest 6 yr old ate very well n on his own , this is how good the food was . Owner Mr. Ranjit andhis whole staff is so polite welcoming and kind , they offered us “ adrakh wali chai “ after dinner . This whole experiencemade me crave for their tandoori aloo parantha and surely there we were again 11 am to have their special “ adrakh chai “ (ginger tea) and tandoori paranthas . We are thankful for such amazing food and great hospitality. I wish I could have takenpictures of our food but it was hard to think of photographs when your food is so good !!"

"Delightful and helpful staff. Ready to assist and make recommendations. Love the food coming out to you hot and sizzling on a food service tray ... nice touch! Spicy was spicy, not some watered down version of spice which we appreciate very much. Tables nicely spaced out so conversation was easy, unlike so many restaurants these days where you can't hear yourself, let alone your meal mate! We will be back for sure!"

"Our first stop for food in NY. We were just walking around enjoying the sights and saw someone cleaning the sidewalk in front of their restaurant (which had us look at the menu).Walked in thinking we would pay about 20$ per person. Nah, they offered lunch special at about 12$/plate.Loved the food. I tried 3 meats and they were all delicious. Fair portions.Honestly, best lunch of our trip and it was our first stop. I would say it's almost a bad thing since it set the bar pretty high for food quality and price ratio for the rest of the trip. We're going again for dinner next time we're around for sure."

"My partner and I absolutely adore this place, it has quickly become our top restaurant in the Denver area. The dishes here have amazing flavor profiles, and almost everything on the menu can be made vegan. The owner is proactive about accommodating any gaps in the menu for vegan options. The spice level is a bit milder than anticipated, so next time I'll likely opt for a hotter dish instead of medium. The dining area is spotlessly clean, and the staff is remarkably friendly and welcoming."
