"We came for my boyfrienda birthday. It was extremely disapppointing. The food was awful and over priced. There was also limited selection. The caesar salad was terrible and full of the ier yellow lettuce that made it bitter. I hadnt been to the restaurant for years and it has significantly gone down hill. I was speaking to an acquaintance and he had the same opinion.Service was ok but slow. Actually the busboy forget to give one of us water and when we asked for it, he argued with us and said he did give it.Truly was a waste of moey but more importantly ruined the birthday celebration."

"We had a great lunch at Wa Jeal. Starting with spring onion pancakes (delicious) and ending with chicken and broccoli (again delicious), the lunch menu (rice, main course and soup) was very cheap and delicious. The environment is wonderful - brick walls and pretty decorations and the service excellent. Highly recommended!!"

"I first visited Local on the Water with my family, and we had so much fun we never wanted to leave! I loved it so much, I went back on my solo trip, and even took my friends on my most recent trip there. The bands have been phenomenal every time I’ve been, the food and service are great, and the ambiance both outside and inside is incomparable. There are several bars so even if you have to wait for a table you can grab a drink and enjoy the band, and when the sun starts to go down, you wish you could just freeze time it’s so beautiful. I will come here every time I’m in Myrtle Beach and am already counting down the days until I get to go back!"

"Best fried chicken in town! Every once in a while, I just have to get some. Everything else is delicious as well except for the dinner rolls, I always get cornbread instead. I tried the fish for the first time recently, but it wasn't homemade. I will stick with their specialty from now on. I frequently splurge on the sweet potato pie, and wish that they sold whipping cream there as well."

"DON'T be fooled by the cute decor and curb appeal that this restaurant puts out there. I was so excited to try this place out, and I was disappointed within the first 15 minutes. I honestly wish I had just gotten up to leave instead of ordering food. There are sooo many amazing places in Midtown/Wynwood and I wish I had spent my money elsewhere. For starters, I'd give thefood 3 stars, and the service 1 star. The service was HORRIBLY slow. I arrived by myself and was seated immediately. It was aTuesday night around 8:30pm, and there were only 4 tables occupied, 3 of which had only one person seated (myself included). Sothere were MAYBE 10 people in total at the restaurant. All of this considered, I never got water (I eventually asked for itafter 30 minutes) and I sat twiddling my thumbs by myself waiting for the male server to eventually come around and take myorder. He couldn't have cared less about his job or the people waiting for him to come around to their tables. He would standaround chatting with coworkers or just....stand there....consequently delaying bringing out food to the table with a handful ofpeople. I noticed that 4/6 people at the table got their entrees, but the other 2 were left waiting an additional 15 minutesuntil their food came out. Yikes. Not a place for groups, I guess? After finally ordering my appetizer and an entree, it tookforever to get my food out to the table which makes me curious how long it takes for customers to get their food when therestaurant is crowded. My meal finally came, but wayyyyy before the super simple appetizer that I ordered, which eventuallyarrived 15 minutes later. The server never checked if I liked the food (I like the entree, hated the app which is sayingsomething because I rarely come across a food I don't like). I sat and ate my food while the empty tables around me had trashand empty plates sitting on them during the entirety of my time at this restaurant. Talk about a vib"

"First of all, I was the only one in the restaurant and it was a thirty minute wait. Okay, the salmon have to be cooked fresh, but why was it so dry!!! It was over cooked! I had salmon at the Yard House the two nights ago and it was soooo delicious,moist, and seasoned just right.I was hoping for a similar experience, but no not at all! I love island food, and this restaurantdoes have tasty plantains, Mac n Cheese, and sweet yams. Too sweet for me, but my dad loved them. As for the Jerk Shrimp, toospicy! Everyone doesn?t he food with that much heat. It would have been to have an option for the Jerk Shrimp. When I called tocomplain because our two dinners with tip was over $60!"

"I’ve ordered many times from All Star and the bagels are always very good and fresh. The sandwiches I order for myself are always excellent. I would give 5 stars if it weren’t for the fact that my husband’s order is consistently made with cheese when he never orders anything with cheese. Perhaps it’s a GrubHub thing, since that’s how I usually order, but there’s no indication on the app that the sandwich comes with cheese, he never selects cheese as an option, and we even leave notes sometimes asking for no cheese. About 70% of the time, though, his sandwich shows up with cheese. It’s just disappointing because when the order is correct, he loves the food."

"Met my two girlfriends for our annual Christmas dinner. Ordered the charcuterie tray which was actually ritz crackers and lunch meat! What a joke how disappointing! My shrimp came on a plate they were cold and they were gray I sent those back and did not eat them. The macaroni and cheese had shrimp tails in it thank goodness I didn’t have a seafood allergy! My girlfriend had the burger which was a hockey puck she immediately put it in a box and never ate anything for dinner. The service was slow it was overall the worst dinner experience I’ve had in a very very very long time."

"We loved it. We ordered tonight for supper. Used Grubhub to order online, which shows you the standard menu. Within five minutes, the lady from We Got Soul called to let me know they were out of a couple of items we had ordered. We substituted those items, she thanked me and after that waited about 35 minutes before Grubhub texted my phone to say the order was ready for pickup. Easy and painless to order, and the food is delicious. We got chicken tenders, meatloaf, mac cheese (OH MY LORD that is the BEST), garlic mashed potatoes (made w/real potatoes) and fresh black eyed peas. Everything was hot, the chicken was crispy, the bread was fresh, the desserts were the bomb. The workers were especially nice helpful. Have nothing but positive feelings for this place."

Maybe calling ppl whn thr order is ready or hiring a hostess...or maybe urging ppl to order online and giving a realistic wait time. I asked server if the time online was correct 51 min she said no"

"Very nice and friendly pub. Just tell Sydney William sent you. Sundays are half price drinks and kareokae from 9pm till 1am. I have to edit this post. I was there late Sunday night like I usually do and there's a different bartender behind the bar. Ok, I waited and waited and she finally asked for my order and I ordered a margarita with Patron... This is the crazy part. She brings my Patron Margarita over and there's no salt on the rim.... Get this. I asked her for salt around the rim and she acted like it put her off but she did change it over to a salted rim glass. I asked her don't you make your premium margheritas with salt rimmed glasses and was told mind you by the bartender that usually people ask for it when ordering!!! News to me!!! On top of that she used a cheap house mixer for my Patron margherita. I paid Dfor the one and left.. Sydney, the one be only. Is one of the best. L lplrase come see her and see for yourself. "This location is super cute and the atmosphere isn’t as cramped as the Daleville location, so that’s a plus! The smoothie bowl I tried was delicious and so was the tea! I only wish this location brewed their black tea ahead of time like in Daleville, because the tea bag was simply put in my cold drink, so I had to brew some tea at home and mix it. Other than that, it’s as good as the rest!"
