"#1 food was amazing. Some of the best burgers and fried chicken our party has ever had. #2 servers were very nice and tried to be helpful but I personally think they were not trained at all. 2 Menus and 1 said coffee was 5$ and the other said 4$ ... I asked waitress and she had no clue. Next each menu item says Gluten Free Option available upon request. I asked for the burger and asked what the gluten free option was ...server said UM. We have gluten free things like salad and ummm if it has a GF symbol we have it in GF. I replied that I wanted to know what the gluten free option for the burger was...server replied um ... and asked another person and they said a whole wheat bun "

"a positive experience. my man had garnel, which were very good, and I had the brisket with senfsauce, which was absolutely phenomenal! melt in the mouth and the sose was so tasteful. one of the top dishes I've ever had. we also ordered the scallop appetizer, the scallops were well cooked, but a little small, but it had large pieces of booze and a large smokey apple sauce on the plate. service was a bit slow to start, we sat about 15-20 minutes without anyone coming to say hello or drinking order. also the free brot was cold and hard and lubricated by raw flour. some up and down, but I would wait much longer than 20 minutes to have this braut again!"

"Very unimpressed. Went there with a table of 9 to celebrate two birthdays. Place was very crowded. Had the bronzino, hubby had the salmon and daughter had swordfish, all very bland. Didn't even bother to take home leftovers. Another two had scallops with risotto and they liked it. Another member had the short ribs which she said was pretty good. Another had the steak which he had to send back. Ordered it medium rare and it came back very rare. I know this is supposed to bed very highly rec … – show"

"Tried this place for the first time last night because it was close to the theatre and we were in the city for a show. We ended up getting there later than we expected so we had less than 30 mins to eat and leave. We expressed that to the workers and boy did they exceed my expectations. Everyone was so attentive and the service was excellent. The food was good too. The pasta was cooked to perfection. Not to mention the atmosphere is nice. We had drinks, appetizers, and a main course in under 30 mins and made it to our show just in time. I will definitely be coming back here. :"

"My husband and I took some clients for a business dinner as they have never been here before. Mind you this bill totaled $600 at the end of our meal. Certainly not cheap for a strip mall location. We were NOT down on 5th Avenue or 3rd Street but we knew that going in. We wanted to take them someplace they’ve never been. We all ordered steaks one well-done, one medium well, and two medium. Thinking this is a Steakhouse, we assumed that they could do the temperatures to our liking and get them right. That was not the case. Another person brought our meals so he had no idea which ones went to which people which I thought was ridiculous. We had to sit there and tell him where to put each plate. We were told they came with mashed potatoes but instead they had some kind of potato wedges. My one guest said “Where’s my mashed potatoes?” and the waitress said “oh we were out of them”, but never asked us if we wanted a replacement of something different before she brought out what she did. My steak tasted like sawdust I couldn’t even cut it. The waitress came by and seemed angry that I wanted to send it back. I would have just said don’t make me another one but I was really looking forward to a good steak. Considering the steak is $75 I would think that it would’ve been right in the first place? They brought the steak back for a second time and it was rare. Almost **** rate, the manager stood over me while I cut it and I said that he could just take it back because the other three people had already almost finished their meal at this point.Gaga was our waitress, and she seemed very annoyed the whole time. My husband wanting to be taken care of gave her a $20 bill from the start. We never got an apology on our steaks and they had left it on the bill. She came over and brought us one piece of Tiramisu for the four of us to share which I guess she thought would make up for the $75 steak.Definitely won’t be recommending this place to anyone and I think their prices are out of line. I’m happy to pay for a good steak but with that kind of treatment and service it won’t be here. Very sad that a manager doesn’t even compensate someone back or even apologize."

"No ambassador on course for at least the front 9 EVEN after I called (Chrissy) at the 7th tee to identify a serious backup of golfers waiting to tee off. Went in to the pro shop and Reagan offered me a $4 credit. 18 is $47 and the issues brought up were legitimate and not dealt with and unfortunately the course management (Reagan followed course policy as Jim the manager did not return Reagan's text/call) while I was in the pro shop). I play this course about 2-3x month. A 6 hour round on a Thursday morning with great weather is unacceptable, especially with Marshall out helping to improve pace of play. Instead of taking an embarrassing $4 credit I feel that a Yelp review was on order. I know darn well that this course can and will do better."

"After struggling for an hour to find a restaurant for Valentine's Day, as I am from out of town, I was finally able to secure a table here. However, when I arrived, I discovered that the restaurant was closed. This was disappointing, as now there were no available options that were not already fully booked. Please remove closed restaurants from your website."

"For our second visit, the host and staff cordially seated us in the dining room, attended to us promptly and afforded us a personal visit from the friendly owner. We had read that alcoholic beverages are now being served, a wonderful and anticipated change from our first visit. Bottled water with a basket of pita and chopped marinated red pepper were offered as a complimentary starter while we reviewed the options for our meals. The menu is extensive and the portions are ample. For an appetizer, my wife I enjoyed authentic falafel with humus and arugula accompanied with a sour cream topping. Unlike what we’ve eaten in other restaurants that serve this delicacy, our appetizer was savory, nicely presented and tasted better than any we’ve had in the Capital District. For our main dishes, my wife, a vegetarian, had the eggplant salad platter with baby baked potatoes, cherry tomatoes, ample cheese topping and a sizable green salad. My dinner meal was the branzino filets, delicately and artfully arranged mashed potatoes and a green salad. Both meals were served on large plates and very hot. Neither plate had any leftovers! Completing our meal were a serving of pistachio baklava and a pot of decaffeinated rooibos tea. The ambiance and excellent service by Sean made for an extremely favorable impression on us during this follow up visit. Needless to say, we highly recommend this restaurant, and we’ll be back!"

"We requested a table for six in a quiet corner to plan a cruise with friends. We were seated in the back, which allowed us to discuss our plans without any interruptions. Our waitress was fantastic, and the food exceeded our expectations—it was even better than Po**aris in Woburn. Although it's a small and unassuming place, it’s definitely worth a visit. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan, while others had veal, a seafood medley, and another chicken dish. Everyone was satisfied with their meals, the portion sizes, and the prices. For six meals, nine adult beverages, and espresso cappuccino, our total came to just under $350, including a 20% tip."

"Once we got beyond the unfriendly and unhelpful reception desk crew on the deck and made contact with the “grown up” crew on the inside desk, all was well. (More training needed! The restaurant clearly has a real chef. The menu is imaginative and the food is good. The waitstaff is also helpful and attentive."

"Recent visit in Oct, I didn’t like fish chips (fries were fine but fryer fish wasn’t that great to my liking). But Pasties (beef or vegetable option) which came with a small salad that my friends had were delicious and good price too. Of course, bangers and mash are always best option for many. Lovely place to stop by to enjoy English beer with a great selection of lunch dinner menu. If you bring your own blanket, there’s a large well groomed grass lawn that wraps around the property. Perfect to stretch your legs, relax and have a outdoor meal. The waitresses were attentive and busy bringing your order to outside. Need to order your drink and meals at the bar inside first. Muir beach/Mill Valley could get very windy and cold/foggy even in the month of July. Check the weather before head over this costal area. We were very lucky to enjoy our lunch on a warm sunny afternoon after 3 to 4-mile hike to arrive on foot from Mill Valley. It’s one of the institutions in Marin near Muir beach."

"I was in Utica on business and decided to try a different restaurant after eating at the hotel for two nights. I found Ancora in the theater district and it was an excellent choice in every way. The Bruschetta for appetizer, Mushroom Stuffed Raviola as the house special, an oversized glass of tea, and one of the best Silver Patron margaritas made for one of the best meals I've had in a long time. The price versus value was great, especially for a restaurant in the theater district. I highly recommend Ancora if you're in the Utica area for a meal you won't regret."

"beautiful restaurant with delicious food, 10/10 recommend coming! the house mix tee was great, like the bark meat stroganoff and everything else we ordered. the Russian tee time plate (for two) gives them a small taste of everything, and as the name says, it is perfect for the exchange between two people. there are gluten-free and vegetarian options marked clearly on the menu that was a beautiful note. we came by a Wednesday night at 19 o'clock and they couldn't put seven of us a problem!"

"to the metzger shop for silvester. had a great experience with michelle our server. eating was really good. went back a week later and had another experience. we had a reservation of 5:30 so that the restaurant was not yet full. eating is pretty good. the captivating were super salty, but the steaks, salads and sides are really good. everything comes to service. our table has not been fed in time and our server has not checked us how our meal was during our meal or ask if we needed anything else. we had to fly them every time we needed something. since the butcher shop is now like high-end stone houses like ruth’s chris and del friscos, they will have to increase the service to let the people come back."

"Finally had the chance to dine at The Bootlegger Italian Bistro in Las Vegas. This place has a rich history that dates back to the early 1900s, when the grandparents of Chef Maria Perry migrated from Italy to Canada and became known as The Bootlegger for serving homemade wine during the prohibition era. Chef Maria and her husband Al Perry moved to Las Vegas in 1943 and opened their first restaurant in 1949, serving the legends of Hollywood and Las Vegas such as Howard Hughes, Frank Sinatra, Liberace, Elvis Presley and many others. Their daughter Lorraine, a singer and entertainer, joined them in 1972 to build The Bootlegger on her land at Tropicana and Eastern. Today, four generations of this dedicated Italian family continue the legacy of providing the finest food, drink, hospitality and entertainment to their guests. The service was impeccable. Our server was smooooth, absolutely loved him he was friendly, attentive and witty. He recommended some of the best dishes on the menu, such as the Burrata. He also brought us some of the panetti italiana (garlic bread) with dipping sauce, so delicious. He made sure that our drinks were always refilled and that we had everything we needed. The food was delicious. Everything was fresh, flavorful and cooked to perfection. The portions were generous and satisfying. For dessert, we had the chocolate cake which was heavenly. The Bootlegger Italian Bistro is a historic Las Vegas landmark that offers a great dining experience. The atmosphere is cozy and elegant, with photos of celebrities and memorabilia on the walls. The live music is entertaining and lively. The prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves authentic Italian cuisine and wants to enjoy a taste of old Vegas."

"I never write reviews, but this was one of the worst experiences I've probably ever had. Avoid this place unless you want to spend an offensive amount of money on TGIF quality food, while also being ignored by all the servers. It was shocking how bad the experience was. I set this up for Father's Day. It rained for about 15 minutes, and the restaurant poorly prepared for the rain. All the tents were unsecured and everyone got rained on, and the food got destroyed. When we asked for the check, the waiter said “nothing we could do about the weather!” However, they provided us no recourse for the fact that our meal was completely ruined along with our clothing. They charged us full price plus 20% automatic tip(did I mention we didn't get water once). Honestly, I felt robbed. Avoid, ignore, run, unless you want to self inflict harm and ruin your day."

"The service was quite poor, and the restaurant was nearly empty. It felt like our party of three was being attended to by multiple servers, but none seemed to communicate with each other. We requested water from one server, were checked on by another ten minutes later, and still had no water. This lack of communication happened multiple times during our meal. We also didn’t receive the sushi we ordered; instead, they brought us something different, and we decided to eat it anyway. Half of the sashimi appeared as if it had been previously frozen. I would advise anyone craving sushi to reconsider this place, even if it’s nearby, and perhaps choose another restaurant instead."

"Our server was just plain not a good server. She never actually told us her name. She had black hair somewhat curly, I believe began with an S. We had to ask for bread three times. Finally got it at the end of our meal. Our server didn’t bring out our food. So they just auctioned off food, this is just not the way I expect my food served unless I go to like McDonald’s. Drinks were empty, not refilled. We had to attempt to flag them down multiple times. But the table next to us. It’s was wiped 5 times and no one ever say at it the whole time we were there. We were one of the only two tables outside. So we were VERY disappointed, especially since I’ve only heard good things. If it wasn’t Christmas and since I have heart. She’s lucky she got a tip. Cause I considered not tipping. Tipping means proper service and that is not what we received."

"What a delightful dining experience! This was not our first visit to La Locande as we try to have a meal there when we spend time in the Phoenix area. When we arrived and were seated we noted a group of about 14 adults and several small children which worried me but the group was modestly quiet and respectful of other diners! We had a very efficient wait staff who took time to answer questions and notice needs even before we did. Toward the end of our meal we met the owner whom we had spoken to a year or so back and he remembered us and even where we had dined. Amazing !"
