"For our first time there, I would rate the food a 4.5/5 and the staff would be a 3/5. From the moment we walked in, I felt like we were unwelcome guests despite making a reservation for 6 ahead of time with ample warning that we would have kids at the table too. One of the waiters immediately asked my sister to take away her Arizona iced tea can that she brought in for an unspecified reason. When asked for a small cup for a child, they tried their best to accommodate with a small glass and tiny straws. My only other complaint was that they asked if we wanted garlic bread for the table and we said yes. We didn’t get it until I asked for it 3 times. But then when we received it (at the end of our meal), we got charged three times for it despite only receiving one order. They fixed that part but we honestly could not tell if the waiter was annoyed by us or his staff with the way he acted when we asked for a correction. I was not surprised that they added gratuity automatically, but wished they would’ve given us the option to make it 18% instead of forced 20% considering everything. Overall, the food was pretty excellent, but some of the staff would seriously benefit from re-training on how to talk to customers. Honestly, the most polite and respectful staff were only the bussers and the ones coming to fill our waters."

"Was taken here for my 21st birthday and now back for Valentine's day the next year, quality still great and amazing. Service was good, she answered all our questions and listed the specials of the day including lobster ravioli. We didn't get it but they sounded really good. I got a Blood Orange cocktail and my bf a martini, no appetizers, just 2 entrees. He ordered the filet mignon that comes with brussel sprouts (sauteed I assume and the gnocchi, with portobello mushrooms, prosciutto and black truffle shavings on top! The wait was VERY short. We went the day before Valentine's day though so it wasn't very busy. He ordered his filet mignon medium rare and it came out perfect. He was worried it wouldn't be enough to fill him but it was a perfect portion with the brussel sprouts that were oddly sweet in the exterior leaves which was delicious. The gnocchi was hot and fresh, the portobello mushrooms were great flavor as well as the prosciutto. We got desert, the Expresso Brownie with Caramel and Expresso foam, and the waitress said they also had red velvet cannolis for Valentine's day so we tried those too. Brownie was hot and tasted amazing, the cannolis were okay. We thought it would taste like red velvet cake but it just tasted like overly sweet vanilla frosting dyed pink. Everything else was amazing though. And for a expensive restaurant our total was only 136$, which is pretty fair for the quality. We'll be back. :"

"we loved eating in mirko pasta. we felt that the ambiente was a little strange; the place is small, but it looked like they had a different chain restaurant building than their own re-used so it didn't feel like a super authentic Italian place with respect to the dining room atmosphere, but that wasn't so much. that was amazing. everything tasted so delicious! we loved to create our own unique pasta dishes. they were full of taste and tasted so fresh. Even the brot we were served was something of the best sourded we had. they also had a nice selection of weeps to combine with our meals. our waiter was friendly and gave great service. I felt that their meals have rivaled some of the fancier Italian restaurants that we have been in the city. this place is our new place 1 for italiano. we will definitely come back!"

"We came to San Gennaro to celebrate our Anniversary and were extremely pleased. Starting with a classic Cesare salad we then shared two specials, a Limoncelloricotta cheese Ravioli with basil pesto sauce, and Pollo Rosalinda which was a tender chicken breast with spinach and prosciutto with winter vegetables in a brown gravy. Everything was really delicious, and then we ordered the Limoncake which was stunningly good, moist lemon cake with limoncello mascarpone cream layers. We dream of when we'll be able to have that cake again! Both our waiter and the chef were very friendly and made our anniversary visit special"

"A group of five of us dined at this restaurant. Three of us ordered the Prosciutto Wrapped Cod, which was delicious, but the broccoli was not as el dente as we had hoped. The other two in our party ordered the Thai Pork Chop and Salmon, and they both really enjoyed their meals. For an appetizer, we had the BBQ Chicken Nachos, which were very good. The drinks were also a hit, especially my 110 Margarita. Our server was fantastic - friendly, helpful, and attentive. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely return to this restaurant."

"We stayed at the venue for a weekend wedding checking out on September 25th 2023. After checking out and leaving we noticed that my wife’s wallet containing cash, bank card, and one photo was missing. We re traced our steps at the two other places we were at besides the hotel, with no luck finding the wallet. We returned to the hotel and spoke with the desk to ask if house keeping had found a wallet and could they please re check the room if they didn’t. They informed us that nothing was found. On October 18th we received a phone call from a woman who was staying in the same room we were in. After varying our identity she said she found the wallet in the open safe of the room. Would like to point out this is the 24th day after reporting the missing wallet that hotel indicated they checked and found nothing. The finder also said she would personally mail the wallet to us directly at the USPS and confirmed shortly after it was mailed priority mail. She refused to use money that was in the wallet to cover the cost and refused any compensation. I called the resort and asked the front desk to speak with a manager. My call was transferred to the front desk manager and went to voicemail. I wanted to pass on the the resort the kindness of the person who found the wallet that they couldn’t. I also want to lodge a complaint for the aggravation and cost they cause us for not following through with a thorough check of the room for an item that was found in an open safe in plain view! "first I asked for a high table and sat on a regular table. when I made the reservation, they asked if it was a special occasion. I've got birthday. the server never asked. the main problem was that my daughter is allergic to wobble and msg. she talked to our server on length and the server assured her that it would be perfect. my daughter ordered a hamburger and brokkoli. she was brought a hamburger with tweebels and French fries. she wasn't comfortable ordering something else so she didn't eat. her restaurant makes it known that they are allergic. someone messed up. they removed the hamburger from the bill. last year we ate at the 110 grill in berlin, ma. the same story. I guess the patrons are calling for to go unnoticed. unnecessary to say, we will not try another 110 grill. thank you."

"This restaurant never disappoints. Food is consistently delicious. Great menu options priced reasonably. I love the firecracker shrimp and they keep that on the menu with periodic sauce variations. Gotta stay fresh! Always nice to be greeted by Chris, a host who has been at this location for a number of years. When I see Chris at the host station I feel like I am home! He is warm, engaging and helpful. Servers are personable, attentive, and on the ball. Today I was fortunate to be waited on by Eric for the first time. He added to the enjoyment of my dining experience with this upbeat personality. Service was flawless. I don't know why I ever go elsewhere. Can't do better than the 100 Grill in Wayland."

"Stopped here for a quick lunch and sat outside. The inside upper level seems to be popular as you have a view of the bay but we didn't realize that til we went to use the bathroom. The place is huge. Staff were friendly and nice, food was mediocre. We got a crab melt sandwich, fish and chips and a whole cold Dungeness crab. Sandwich and fish/chips wasn't too bad and came quickly. The cold whole Dungeness however smelled old and didn't taste great, that ammonia smell when seafood is old? For the $35 price tag definitely not worth it. We told the server and they then brought back another crab but this one was roasted and came doused in a butter garlic sauce so all you could taste was the sauce. The one piece I tried still had a strong ammonia smell. And later my hubby had a stomach ache for the next 2 days til it was out of his system. We should have walked a little further down where they had a lot more people and fresh seafood options maybe 25 yds away. So probably would not come back here for the food."

"Delizia never disappoints for a relaxed atmosphere, excellent service and superb food. We've been going there for 30 years and consider it a place whether it's dinner for 2 or for 14. The staff and kitchen are happy to accommodate requests and seem genuinely invested in providing a fantastic dinner with a personal touch. It's a hidden gem and I hate to point it out, but all the staff really deserve credit for making us come back for all these years! With so many choices in NYC everyone should have a favorite neighborhood spot and no matter how far you have to travel, a trip to Delizia will ensure you have a regular one!"

"Had an absolutely amazing experience! The staff is so kind, and one word describes the amazing food: delectable! Everything was perfectly seasoned, perfectly done and was mouthwatering! It is reservation only, busy on a Monday, when you get seated they give you mini samples along with the bread and olive oil dip. The calamari was amazing, crispy and sweet. It melted in your mouth, so heavenly and perfect. I got the stuffed flounder with veggies, it was beyond delicious. Even taking it home to reheat it was amazing! I highly recommend! The sauce was almost like lobster bisque and it was, mmm chefs kiss. High high compliments to the chef and to the amazing staff! My boyfriend got the steak with shrimp and veggies as well, cooked to perfection and was absolutely Devine. Beyond amazing experience and will definitely be making more reservations in the future."

"I went to Palazzo tonight with 2 of my friends and we had the best time! It's a beautiful, charming byob with fresh pasta and sauces to choose from. As soon as I walked in I was immediately in awe of the space and pictures. Diane Keaton comes here! We started with their complimentary pizza bread which we requested more of, it was that good! Meatball appetizer with ricotta was wonderful! Salads and caprese was so light and refreshing before the main courses. I had chicken parmesan, my friends had mushroom risotto and cavatelli in pink sauce with peas and prosciutto. The meals were fantastic! Desserts were up to par with the meals. Bread pudding was literally the BEST I've had anywhere. Chocolate lava cake and cannoli crumb cake were taken home for later and I can't wait to get into those. All of the food and atmosphere was great, but the service was the star tonight. Sana was so wonderful. She had a smile the whole night and made great recommendations. We felt like VIPs at her table. Louie was the manager this evening and he was so fun and made our night extra special. We requested a picture with them to highlight our little girls night out and he obliged and made it memorable. We will be back asap!!!! Loved everything about this place!"

"do not appear here for special occasions. we have been feeding here for six years and it has fallen very flat in the last 2-3 years. this time I ordered suppe and a creampe and my partner said he had the same. the waitress repeated 2 suppen, 2 crepes. what have we received? a suppe delivered to my partner (on birthday! and a bad posture when we asked for the second suppe that came out 10-15 minutes later. we were one of only two parties on a Thursday night of 6-7 clock. that was the last stray for us and we will never dine here again."

"We didn't realize that they only offered a fixed menu at night when we made our reservation. As a result, we felt we had no choice but to pay the $80 per person. For that price, I don’t think it was worth it. Additionally, the waiter asked if we wanted some garlic bread, which we assumed would be complimentary, but it ended up costing us an extra $5. This was our first visit to La Locanda since their move to South Scottsdale, and it will likely be our last. The food was okay to good, but definitely not exceptional."

"Our visit to this restaurant was the worst we have ever had. The service was not just bad, it was terrible. We arrived at 7.30 pm and did not receive our food until 9.20 pm. It felt like we were purposely chosen to receive the worst service of 2019, as other tables that arrived at the same time as us had already finished their meals and left. Our waiter took 10 minutes to bring us our wine and then never returned to take our food order. After a long wait, we had to flag down a different waiter to place our order. We ordered salad and steak for two, but were left waiting at our table for hours without any sign of our food. Our waiter did not check on us at all. Eventually, we had to call over a hostess to ask about our food, but she never came back. When we got our waiter's attention, he brought us more wine but still did not bring our food. After almost 2 hours of waiting, our steak finally arrived, but they got our order wrong - serving side salads instead of the fries we had requested. They did not provide steak knives or extra plates, so we had to struggle to cut our tough steak with butter knives. The manager came over and offered us wine, dessert, and tried to persuade us to stay as customers. However, we were not impressed by the poor service and declined. The manager assured us he would rectify the situation, but then presented us with a full bill with only a minor deduction for one glass of wine. We paid for the steak and left, feeling frustrated and disappointed. Overall, the staff at Libertador restaurant appear to be inexperienced in providing quality customer service and hospitality. This experience was so terrible that it left us wanting to scream into a pillow when we got home. The average food was certainly not worth the aggravation we endured. This negative review is completely justified."

"Always like to come by the 110 grill, the food is always outstanding, the drinks rightly so. The last time I went though I was seated over towards the patio door really no problem, except the table adjacent to us had a dog (which was very clearly not a service dog) who 's owner was taking it out regularly to do its business or play ball *in the patio area*. I mean, it 's the middle of winter. No one 's eating out there. I don 't think the staff or the management were paying attention about this, and they probably wouldn 't allow it if actually asked either. Everyone in the immediate area of that door got a massive blast of arctic air every time the dog owner decided they would take the dog out. Great way to ruin a hot meal (and mood) almost immediately. I recommend banning any non service animal (that includes emotional support animals that are not actually trained for service, ugh) from the restaurant for this sole reason. I 'm really not sure why a restaurant would allow a non service animal in their establishment to begin with. It 's a liability."
