"I ordered the Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Foam and Oolong Bubble Milk Tea. I was torn between giving a 3-star and a 4-star review because, while we really enjoyed the flavor and the chewiness of the bubbles, the drinks were too sweet. Even though we chose the lowest sugar level for the Oolong tea and the brown sugar option, there was no way to adjust the sweetness further. If they had been less sweet, we would have loved them!"

"Wow, this place! My kids and I make it a goal to try every bubble tea place we see. After a recommendation from a friend, we came to Greatea and are SO GLAD we did. It’s now our favorite bubble tea in the area. Not only are the options plentiful, but it’s the cleanest tasting tea I’ve found. Great quality drinks and amazing service. "Coco Fresh Tea Juice, located in Brooklyn's Bay Ridge and Williamsburg, offers exceptional customer service. "The boba and tea are of excellent quality, and the cups are sturdy rather than being made of flimsy plastic. My only minor issue was with the thin plastic cover used to seal the cup; it tears easily when punctured with a straw. However, this is not significant enough to detract from my overall experience. I highly recommend this place!"

"Mist Tea Shop serves fresh tea, smoothies, fresh lattes, milk teas, and fruit teas. Aside from drinks, they also have a variety of crêpes. They have a few locations. This one is located in Walnut. I ordered the Nutella Cookie Lotus Milk Tea. I had to use the straw to move the Nutella around in the cup order to get the Nutella flavor otherwise the milk tea flavor was pretty dominant. The milk tea flavor is on the floral side which I'm not too fond of but the drink was overall good. I also ordered the Tomato-Basil Sauce and Mozzarella crêpe. The crêpe was great. Perfect ratio of tomato-basil sauce and mozzarella. The texture of the crêpe was light, airy, chewy, and slightly spongy.I enjoyed the Tomato-Basil Sauce and Mozzarella crêpe. Next time I'll try a different milk tea flavor."

"My daughter was eager to try Boba, and this was the nearest place we could find. I mentioned to the young man that it was my daughter's first time, and he kindly recommended the best drink for beginners. With a smile, he added that she might prefer something sweeter, given that she’s only 9. He was incredibly helpful. My daughter absolutely loved her tea, and this gentleman made our visit truly memorable. We returned again and will definitely keep getting our Boba tea from there. Thank you!"

"I had such a disappointing experience with the customer service at Tancha. No one greeted me or said goodbye when I arrived and left, which made me feel disrespected and a little stressful when I ordered. The cashier didn't ask me about sugar preferences. It’s really sweet for me today, and despite ordering a large size, I received a small one. Moreover, I paid $0.75 for each topping Argar Boba, Egg pudding, but I received very few compared to my previous visits. I also ordered Oreo as my topping, but I tried to find where is my Oreo. I paid more than $8 for a drink, is it right with that amount? I live far from the store and just wanted to enjoy a good drink and leave happy, but today was a letdown. Tancha's drinks are usually great, but today deserves only 1 star, I’m really sorry about it. I hope they can improve their customer service quality."

"I went there last week and was super excited to try it out, but didn't even get to taste either of them. The yellow one that had fruits in it had a strawberry that initially I thought it had an air bubble, but once we fished it out, it turned out to be mold.Told them, and they said sorry that it was made the day before and assured me that mine(strawberry smoothie) had fresh ones. They offered to make us another drink, but we opted to get a refund because that's unacceptable, and we were put off.The moral of the story is to look at the fruits floating in it! Thank goodness we didn't see it after we had finished the drink!Ps. I dont think this will necessarily make it a bad place per se, but it's a hard pass for me.Also, once we fished it out, I forgot to take a pic of the strawberry...I was too stunned to think to do that, that I just went straight to the cashier."

"Most of the time, the experience is quite good, but it's disappointing when I order a large black sugar milk tea and receive just a large cup of milk with only a faint hint of flavor. "I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff member, Kyle, was quite rude and seemed irritated when we were placing our order, which made both my relative and me feel uncomfortable. He prepared the drinks with noticeable aggression, slamming cabinet doors in the process. Additionally, many drink options and toppings were sold out, which was quite frustrating. The floor was sticky and felt dirty, and there were numerous napkins left on the ground that remained uncleaned. Overall, the place felt very unwelcoming, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone."
