I tried 2 teas and waffle. The teas were ok. The wait for the waffle is 15 mins they say but ended up waiting longer.

The staff here are very friendly, the area is clean, and unlike other bubble tea shops, 50% to 75% of the cup is filled with boba. It's the best place! <3333

I most def love a good milk tea. After visiting the Crystal loft, I stopped in here. The vibe was warm and welcoming. Typically I’ll do a taro milk tea. Today I decided to try something else. The Oreo. My server was patient with me as this was my first time here. She made my drink in record time. It was great! Stop in when you get the chance! #ashsaidit

My kids and I really enjoy this new restaurant. It's within walking distance from our home and stays open until 10 PM. The staff is incredibly friendly and kind. The food is delicious, and there's a great variety of drinks to choose from. I highly recommend this place! Additionally, I appreciate how they remember my daughter's name, which shows their commitment to being kid-friendly.

I can't stress enough how AMAZING GreatTea is. Out of all the bubble tea spots in Atlanta, this is the one we visit every week—no kidding, every single week! The service is exceptional. The staff not only remembers our names but also our usual orders and always welcomes us with great enthusiasm. I've never experienced such friendly and outstanding service anywhere else—everyone here is truly top-notch. :) The drinks are amazing, no matter what you choose, but our favorite is the GreaTea with regular boba, at 25 or 50% sweetness. The mango popping boba is also fantastic!

Wow, this place! My kids and I make it a goal to try every bubble tea place we see. After a recommendation from a friend, we came to Greatea and are SO GLAD we did. It’s now our favorite bubble tea in the area. Not only are the options plentiful, but it’s the cleanest tasting tea I’ve found. Great quality drinks and amazing service. Lydia, the owner is super friendly and attentive to her customers. All of the ingredients are fresh! The ordering system makes it easy to customize your drink.
