"I had two orders to pick up, and when I arrived, I found myself in an abandoned building that used to be a bar. The "restaurants" I was supposed to collect from were called Taco Grille and Wing Bar, but it quickly became apparent that these places didn’t actually exist. A quick Google search confirmed that neither of them has a location in Cleveland. As soon as I got out of my car to head to the building, my order was canceled, and it wasn't by the person who ordered the food or myself. The address listed several restaurants on UberEats and Grubhub, but they all turned out to be fake. It feels like they lure people in with high payments for double orders in the middle of the night but have no intention of providing any food. Thankfully, I had a friend waiting in the car who sensed that the situation was dangerous. Please avoid ordering from these fake restaurants and steer clear of this location."

"We were having an early Mother’s Day celebration on a busy Saturday night but with a reservation we were seated immediately. Our waiter, Nick, was excellent and took great care of us all evening. The food was great but now that I am affected, I have to say comparatively speaking they have the best GF menu I have seen with numerous items that aren’t just salads with few ingredients or instructions to “leave the bread off”! I had spinach artichoke dip with celery, a wonderful guacamole burger, a side of garlic grilled vegetables that was worthy of special mention for superb flavor and even a GF Pazookie—cannot tell you what a difference it made in the experience. My entire family enjoyed their meal and portions were generous ."

"we have made reservations for a family meeting on Christmas Eve almost a week ago. at 2:00 a.m. we got a call that the bj suddenly decided that they closed early and canceled our reservation. unfortunately there were no other restaurants that had openings for our Christmas evening dinner. I asked the person when they decided to close early and she said 15 minutes ago. if a restaurant is to be open until 10:00 and accepts its reservation, they must honor it and not decide in the last minute to close and ruin customer plans. very disappointed by bjs, with which I often dine. corporate management must now ruin our sacred evening plans as this location!"

"We made a reservation through Open Table at BJ’s for a party of six. Our table was ready as scheduled, and we were shown to our table while wearing masks as was the hostess (precautions). Tables were 50% unoccupied due to the recent opening following coronavirus. Our server(s) were very pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu. Food and drinks were delicious! Restrooms were very clean. We’ll definitely be returning soon."

"Ended up at Tiffany's for brunch recently with my husband. Even though it was lunchtime we both wanted breakfast. I must say the food was much better since the last time we'd been, which was before COVID! The scrapple was cooked to perfection and everything was pretty tasty. I must admit, what I didn't care for was what appeared to be either some type of whipped butter or probably margarine not exactly sure which one, but it wouldn't even melt, I guess mainly because my Belgian waffles weren't really hot, in fact barely warm, I would have preferred hot waffles with real AAA butter!!! Also did wait a little long for someone to finally come to take our order too, buttt she was very apologetic and turned out to be very nice and attentive with her service! So we did tip her nicely! It was crowded and parking wasn't great, but I'd go again and just ask more questions up front about things like real butter ?"

"BJ’s has a huge menu selection. We were a bit surprised that even though the restaurant was pretty empty l, we were seated in back to back booths rather than spacing us out further. They did have plastic dividers up, but they could have easily separated us more. We asked for salads first and while they were delivered first, the meal came out when we weren’t even halfway finished our salad. We also originally asked for a Caesar salad and then deleted it, but yet they charged us anyhow. Overall, our service was good and the food was hot and very tasty, so we will definitely go back"

"We arrived 30 minutes prior to our reservation on accident. Even though we arrived early than excepted the host made sure that our party received the next available table. Our waiter Alex was very attentive and personable. The floor manger Hector personally came to our table, once he discovered one of our dishes was missing. He accommodated us and apologize. He noticed this problem before we realized it! Overall great and impressive service!"

"Our server recommended the ribeye steak. It was leather, honestly. I should have known to expect the worst as evidenced by the Cesar salad that came before it. Old lettuce, over dressed and obviously made hours prior. My husband had a fried chicken sandwich with a wacky name. He said Jack-in-the-Box makes better. Everything was sub-par. Why didn’t we complain, you ask? This is the kind of busy big chain where complaining wouldn’t change anything for future customers and all we wanted to do was go home. Our dog, on the other hand sure loves the place since he got a leathery piece of “beef” to eat!"

"After being stuck at home for months, I was really disappointed by the rude hosts and waiters at this restaurant. The last thing I needed was their attitude. Unfortunately, my country chicken sandwich was bland compared to the usual delicious sandwiches I have had at other BJ's restaurants. The portion size was also smaller. I only took a few bites before giving up. The waiter saw this but did not say anything. I was not eager to return to this place. My experience at the Burbank BJ's location was much better."

"Busy place but short wait to be seated. Menu selection offered something for everyone. My daughter asked the waitress for a straw and was told they didn't have any. She then asked for a to go cup for her drink as the beverages are served in a very heavy cup and she cannot lift it. She explained she has a disability when she requested this but waitress never brought her a cup. My son in law finally went out to car and found her a straw. Yet we saw several patrons receive beverages with straws after this happened. Simple request ignored but otherwise we enjoyed the food. Went on Tuesday for the 4.00 pizookie, a must have dessert."

"I eat at Speckled Ts all the time, the food is always delicious and the atmosphere is great. On this particular night, Groovy 7 was live on stage. .. with bands like that on stage this place is a 10! Great food, great atmosphere, amazing band... appetizer. ... NACHOS ARE A MUST HAVE! Only small complaint is the service slows down tremendously on live music nights. Had the band not been a perfect 10, we would have left early. Overall, i still give it a 9 out of 10. Waitress did her best, and with that kind of crowd and chaos I can overlook the slow service, others may not."

"Been here a bunch of times! The wings and ribs are always top notch! Saturday ordered delivery in which this retailer uses a third party delivery like many do! Ordered at 530pm was supposed to be delivered around 6. 6:30 rolled around and reached out to the doordash driver who was listed on my link, she had no clue what I was talking about. Understanding , this is a delivery issues and not a retail issue I reached out to BJ's and I was placed on the phone with Ashura , the manager on duty. She was so sweet and understanding, I really was frustrated, but she was calm and wanted to assure that I got whatever I needed. Her calmness , calmed me and she was willing to make this situation although not their fault right. She wanted to make sure that I felt better about the situation as far as the things she was able to control. It was a busy Saturday night, I really appreciated her in that moment. This is NJ we take good customer service for granted as if attitude is out second language, but I really wanted to Thank Ashura for being so attentive and kind. I'll definitely be back. Thank you!!"

"I've been ordering from Baldwins since 2017, and I can't believe it took me so long to write a review. They are consistently excellent! We place orders from our office almost every week, and whenever we visit friends, we always bring a variety of dishes that create a joyful atmosphere. My personal favorite is the individual pie topped with arugula and prosciutto. The staff who answer the phone are always friendly, and the fact that we've never received a bad dish after so many orders speaks volumes about their consistency. Even during the pandemic, they kept their doors open and delivered to our office. We absolutely love Baldwins!"

"I grew up on Long Island. After moving to Northeastern Philadelphia several years ago, I've lamented the difficulty of finding a breakfast sandwich similar to what I grew up with: bacon, a single fried egg (ideally with a slightly runny yolk) and American cheese on an untoasted kaiser roll with salt, pepper and butter. Many places offer; only Reen's Delicatessen completely delivered! EVERY element was just right. In fact, the sandwich wasn't just the best I've had in Philly but put a few of my Long Island favorites to shame. It may be a simple breakfast treat, but it was perfection wrapped in white paper and taped to go. Not only will I be back to visit the very friendly and efficient James who made my sandwich, I will let EVERY New Yorker I know, know that when they visit Philly, go to Reen's and no where else!"

"Six of us went for brunch. We were seated immediately and our waitress was friendly and excellent. The food itself was pretty meh. Particularly several of us had the smash burger. They were miniature hockey pucks, overcooked and about 2 in diameter. They were half the size of the buns. On a positive note, sweet potato fries were really good. I 'd go back for the drinks since the ambiance is fun, but I 'll eat elsewhere."
