"Our server recommended the ribeye steak. It was leather, honestly. I should have known to expect the worst as evidenced by the Cesar salad that came before it. Old lettuce, over dressed and obviously made hours prior. My husband had a fried chicken sandwich with a wacky name. He said Jack-in-the-Box makes better. Everything was sub-par. Why didn’t we complain, you ask? This is the kind of busy big chain where complaining wouldn’t change anything for future customers and all we wanted to do was go home. Our dog, on the other hand sure loves the place since he got a leathery piece of “beef” to eat!"

Overall, the experience was positive. There was some confusion before we were seated, but it was quickly resolved. The bathroom was a bit messy, but it was promptly cleaned. The food was enjoyable and the waitress was very helpful and friendly.

The food took an hour to arrive, and two dishes had to be sent back as they appeared to have been sitting under heating lamps for a prolonged period. The replacement dishes were delicious. However, the potatoes on another dish were served cold.

Service was not good. Our food kept getting brought to the wrong table. Food was cold. Ambience was terrible. All you hear are people complaining about how long it takes to get things. Food was bland. Not terrible, but not great for how much the price was. 18$ for a burger that tasted like Burger King. View menu

We were a group of five and were seated promptly for our 11:30a reservation. Our server Robert, was attentive without being obtrusive. Our orders consisted of burgers, sandwiches and salads all were enjoyed. We went on a Thursday and left a little after 2:00p. The restaurant never really filled up so the noise level was not a problem. Would definitely return.

We ordered the avocado egg rolls with tamarind dipping sauce, and spaghetti with meatballs. They were delicious! Although, the bar was busy and I waited for 15-20 minutes for my triple patron margarita, the drink was excellent and was worth waiting for. Last but not least, our server, Christine, was all smiles and kept apologizing for the delay on my drink. She even went and beyond to get us two delicious bread for our spaghetti! We wish all servers in the world are like Christine! We will definitely be back and will request for Christine!
