"Service was terrible, server didn’t know anything about the food. She was nice enough, but far from knowledgeable. Another employee kept wanting to clear our plates, so we finally handed them to her with mouths full of food and forks in our hands. That was a bit annoying. Wine list is way overrated and WAY overpriced. It definitely seems like a “wannabe” restaurant. Everything is totally overrated. Food was actually good, but that was the only positive about our experience. Server said they didn’t have potatoes, but somehow my scallops came out with potatoes on the plate. Confused me even more. Glad I didn’t pay the for the venison that I really wanted to try. I would have ordered it if our server knew how it was prepared and what it came with. Everything about this place other than how the food tasted, was annoying and a complete letdown"

"I have been a regular at Portland City Grill for many years, appreciating its ambiance and dining offerings. However, my recent visit for my parents' 48th wedding anniversary was notably disappointing, a stark contrast to previous experiences. Our evening felt uncomfortably rushed. Even as we were still enjoying our meals, the bus staff began clearing our plates, some of which still had food on them. This rushed service detracted significantly from our ability to enjoy our special family occasion at a leisurely pace. Additionally, a major letdown was the temperature of the food. When our dishes arrived, they were cold. I specifically requested that my potatoes be warmed up, and although the staff did provide a new serving, the replacement was, unfortunately, also cold. This was particularly disheartening as the reasonable prices usually reflect not just the quality but also the proper service and presentation of the food. Furthermore, the total bill for our dinner amounted to over $800, which compounded our disappointment given the issues with service and food temperature. For such a significant expenditure, one expects both the food and the service to be impeccable. Overall, this experience did not meet the standard I have come to expect from Portland City Grill, especially given the significance of the occasion. I hope this incident is an anomaly and not indicative of a downward trend in service and quality."

"The food is excellent. However, the small portions make the value of the food poor. I ordered a soda, appetizer, entree, and dessert. I spent $42 $9 tip and I was still hungry. It seems to struggle between intimate eatery and sports bar for ambiance. Service was good. I never had to wait and the time between my appetizer and entree was perfect. I was offered a cookie and ice cream dessert, which was excellent. The dessert was the highlight of the meal. The perfect combination of caramel, chocolate, and ice cream. Overall, I would come for dessert and drinks or appetizer and drinks, but eat a more filling meal somewhere else."

"As always, the food and service at BJs Alliance was outstanding. Not sure if there are less menu options or simply a physically smaller menu with smaller font, but there do appear to be less options than in previous years… The temperature in the restaurant was too warm, which likely stemmed from Texas’ extreme outside temps and a near-full restaurant capacity… but the overall experience was very good as usual!"

"We had a family gathering on Super Bowl Sunday, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. Our waiter was hardly present and, to make matters worse, he had a very noticeable body odor. It was quite off-putting. We requested assistance from two different servers who spoke to the manager, but it didn't help. Eventually, I found our original waiter, but he had been reassigned to work as a host at the front door, and no one was looking after us. When he finally returned to our table, he spent an excessive amount of time taking another customer's order. I ended up having to approach another waiter for our bill, but they were busy helping the manager instead. It just didn’t make sense."

"We ordered two pizzas. One pepperoni that came out cold. One cheese that came out about thirty minutes later after the manager and waiter had come over and apologized for the delay. When them, how do you need up a cheese pizza? They did, put tomatoes on the cheese pizza. Fine if that is what was ordered. Not good when you ordered plain cheese not cheese with tomatoes. The appetizers were good and the dessert was good, but did not make up for the long wait while two people at the table had to wait to eat. At least the manager took the price of the cheese pizza off, which was somehow more expensive than the pepperoni that had hardly any pepperoni on it. We will come back, but that was a bad visit."

"Happy Hour I am here for 1/2 price apps, bj’s beers and enjoyed it. My order includes loaded chicken nachos, California club flatbread chicken no bacon and Jeremiah Red beer. Chips in nachos are little bit oily today but tastes good. Flatbread is delicious. As always beer tastes i tried almost all the beers and my favourites are blonde, Harvest hefeweizen, piranha, and Jeremiah red. Beer $4 and apps $7 each. I think this is the best restaurant chain in Tallahassee for food options, service, cleanliness and quantity. Great location close to the governor square mall, Southwood residential community, quick drive from the downtown offices for lunch. Usually they have wings in happy hour menu but from few months they excluded most of the wings and other chicken items. Manager said it will include again soon… 02/25/2022 I had a good experience in the evening but bad experience in the afternoon lunch, my pasta was not good, Tomato soup, chicken nachos, chicken pot stickers are good and California club flat bread barely have toppings. I waited almost 50 mins to get my lunch. Sever doesn’t have knowledge on menu items. Still no chicken items in happy hour. 04/09/22 Everything was good I tried Nashville hot wings and chicken nachos."

"WE had reservations for early (5:00) and it wasn't packed like we feared. The server (Rick) was attentive but not intrusive. Everyone enjoyed their food except for one who had some problems with the spice level on the Philly cheese steak. She picked it off and enjoyed the food otherwise. Sometimes this unit is uncomfortably cold but it was fine yesterday. The meal was enjoyed by all. Hope they are able to remain open during the upcoming construction."

"I go to a restaurant for the food and the food at Mona Lisa was FANTASTIC. I want to go back now. The space is small and I expected it to be noisy for a group of people who are hard of hearing, but we found the noise level was low. Thoroughly enjoyed the time spent and the quality of food. The service was strong. Not just one person took care of us. I felt the entire staff was looking out for us. I will return and bring many others to Mona Lisa. "Absolutely wonderful ambiance, great food. One of the best dinners we’ve had. I had the Chilean Sea Bass. Husband had Crab Legs. We also had side dishes and Appetizers. Everything was perfect. "Kids food was cold and they barely touched because they also said it wasn’t good. My tri-tip steak was not cooked to my desired temp and I’m not a fan of sending my food back to be finished cooking because for one it’s unsanitary and I don’t want to irritate the cook by letting him know he did a poor job. "we have made reservations for a family meeting on Christmas Eve almost a week ago. at 2:00 a.m. we got a call that the bj suddenly decided that they closed early and canceled our reservation. unfortunately there were no other restaurants that had openings for our Christmas evening dinner. I asked the person when they decided to close early and she said 15 minutes ago. if a restaurant is to be open until 10:00 and accepts its reservation, they must honor it and not decide in the last minute to close and ruin customer plans. very disappointed by bjs, with which I often dine. corporate management must now ruin our sacred evening plans as this location!"

"We made a reservation through Open Table at BJ’s for a party of six. Our table was ready as scheduled, and we were shown to our table while wearing masks as was the hostess (precautions). "BJ’s has a huge menu selection. We were a bit surprised that even though the restaurant was pretty empty l, we were seated in back to back booths rather than spacing us out further. They did have plastic dividers up, but they could have easily separated us more. We asked for salads first and while they were delivered first, the meal came out when we weren’t even halfway finished our salad. We also originally asked for a Caesar salad and then deleted it, but yet they charged us anyhow. Overall, our service was good and the food was hot and very tasty, so we will definitely go back"

"The food at this restaurant was excellent. The kids loved the mini corn dog meals, while my wife and I enjoyed some well-made mixed drinks served in tall glasses. Our waitress, Sunshine, was very nice, spoke clearly, and was helpful with any questions we had. She was attentive and kept us updated on our food. The music was a bit loud, especially sitting under a speaker, and the lights in our row of booths were flickering the whole time. This was an easy fix, so not really a complaint, just a bit of an annoyance while trying to eat. Overall, we all enjoyed the food and will definitely go back."
