"Unfortunately we had a very poor experience once seated it took an hour to get our drinks (that we tried to order from our server multiple times and kept getting told he would be right back). Only 1 out of 5 orders were correct with the food. The manager was amazing and handled the situation perfectly. Once we got the bill that was adjusted by the manager we saw that random things from the menu were added to our bill that we had not ordered. We love the food at BJ’s and will probably dine again as long as we don’t have the same server. The table behind us as well had the same issues with the server."

Air temperature, cold…. Our waitress was great, she had great customer service and very nice…. Our main course came out before appetizers so one was Luke warm( fried calamari). Other than that my sisters and I liked the inside of restaurant very nice and seating was roomy….Lastly drinks were delicious.

Food is well done, but not differentiated from other chain pub menus. They’re very interested in pushing the beer menu. This was a business lunch and needed to be quick. I was a few minutes late for my reservation, then have to wait for over 30 minutes. When we sat down, I noticed there were plenty of empty tables. While we were waiting at the door, I have seen quite a few potential customers turned around and left! Waited for over 30 minutes for our food and it was stone cold! No knife and fork to eat!

Unfortunately due to extreme uptick in guests, appetizer came out cold my man’s food came out before the app. my food didn’t arrive to the table til after 30 mins and in the middle talking to the manager. I didn’t even want to waste more time for more disappointment. The manager was amazing and apologized, he’s still new to the location so we gave him grace. He did give us a gift card for the trouble so we will be back to try it again.
