"Please note that even though BJ’s is on Opentable, they aren’t actually giving you a reservation. When we arrived, we were told we’d have to be placed on their waiting list. I’m not sure why they are allowed to be on Opentable for this reason. We ended up sitting in the bar area because we couldn’t wait as we had a show to go to.The main entree was great and came out super fast however the appetizer, spinach dip, arrived warm on top but was actually ice cold. They just took it back and reheated it. Other than that it was good and service was excellent"

Overall, it was good! Our food was good and our server had a very good sense to attention to detail. He apologized for our dessert coming out later than usual and asked if we were okay every single time he passed by. It was a great experience overall!

When I make a reservation I expect that to be my sit tims not make it for to be added to the list and wait until further more steak was unevenly cooked it went from rare to medium to hockey puck, I didn't speak to a manager because I was fed up being there, and I'd also like to know why my tip magically turned into roughly View menu

The beer taps weee not working when we went. That was one of the main reasons we went to a brew house. We found out that this was the second day in a row that the taps were out. We’re shocked that the place was mismanaged and that that was not fixed immediately!! Was also the night of a big hockey game and I’m sure there were a lot of people that came to watch the game and did not stay because of that reason. I will try it there again since food and service was so good. Hopefully I will have a better experience next time.

Overall we had a great experience. Our server was awesome! Denise the manager made sure our party of was able to sit together for our sons graduation from the Fire Academy. When we arrived they had our table ready. Just be aware that at this time BJ’s in Pensacola does not honor reservations through this app... First come first serve. Due to not being able to find people that want to work like everywhere else. So staff is limited and they can only accommodate first come first serve. We completely understood and appreciate their service
