Savory lump crab cakes seasoned and delicately pan-seared, served with a zesty remoulade sauce.

"We were seated immediately with our reservation. We had the Popei sampler and it had everything in it that we liked. The Long island and New England soup was hot and delicious. we ordered the linguine with the works, broiled combination platter and the paella special dish. they were all cooked to perfection. The service was outstanding. Would recommend."

"The food, beverages and service were excellent, and our table in the back looked into the garden...too bad it was a little chilly to dine outside. The only drawback was the noise level as there does not appear to be any soft surfaces to reduce the noise. We were seated next to a table of 6 or 7 and they were having lively conversation with lots of laughs. Nice folks but we were not unhappy when they finished. Reina was a good value and we'll go again when we come back to Frederic."

"This is my second time at the McCormick and Schmick in Oak Brook. But it has been several years since the last time. The food was was a HUGE disappointment. Thankfully our waiter Glenn was fantastic. Our reservation was for 2:30 PM and we ordered from the Restaurant Week menu, New England clam chowder and that was okay and not a bad start. I ordered the Pan Seared Chilean Sea Bass and the fish was tasteless and overcooked. The tomatoes on top of the gnocchi and fish were grape tomatoes that should have been warmed and were cold on top of a hot dish. My sister ordered the Blackened Chicken Fettuccine and you could clearly see that the chicken was as hard as a hockey puck, dry and distasteful. The shrimp was also overcooked. And from the regular menu we had the Chilled Seafood Tower for two. None of the seafood had any of flavor. It was also overcooked and bland. It almost seemed as if the seafood was from two days prior. Needless to say I will definitely not be call me back to that restaurant and spending that kind of money. There was definitely no quality control or care for the food or customer experience, unfortunately."

"We had a great lunch at Wa Jeal. Starting with scallion pancakes (yum) and ending with my chicken and broccoli (yum again) , the lunch deal (rice, main dish and soup) was very well priced and really delicious. The setting is wonderful--brick walls, and pretty decorations and the service excellent. Highly recommend!!"

"Very slow service, ran out of bread, took 2 hours. We were only one of 2 tables. All good came out separately with about 20 mins from first plate to last. Food was cold. Lobster was cold, chewy and not edible, worst risotto ever, not cooked. Steaks were good. Mac- terrible, Caesar salad, not edible. Waitress, when we saw her, only made excuses and never apologized. Never saw a manger. Would not recommend and will not go back. Cute place, terrible experience."

"We used to like Lou Cas and haven't been in several years. The service and care were very nice, but the food was disappointing. My husband had a Caesar salad and a Zuppa de Clams that were only meh...salad was kind of dry and tasteless, the Zuppa was overly oily. I had a swordfish that was well cooked served over broccoli rabe and sun-dried tomatoes that was good. The dessert was dreadful...an apple tart with a tasteless and soggy crust, hardly any apples, and overly sweet. So disappointed. But our waiter was lovely, and the staff were friendly. So, I don't think we'll be going back. Too expensive for an experience like that."

"I absolutely love this place! If you're looking for a fancy steakhouse with a younger vibe in the area, Raindancer is the spot to visit. I stopped by for crab cakes and the Chilean sea bass, which was the special that day. Overall, the food was quite good. I devoured the entire plate, but I found the sea bass a bit too salty for my liking, and the gravy didn’t help much. On the bright side, the combination of vegetables was perfect, and the fish was cooked beautifully, tasting amazing as always. It was just the gravy that was on the salty side and it ended up covering everything. I really enjoyed the atmosphere, and our waiter was absolutely delightful. The crème brûlée was fantastic, and the lobster bisque was delicious. I will definitely be back!"

"I give 5 stars for the food. We had a late lunch and it has a casual n lively vibe about it.We ordered Shrimp Campi, iceberg wedge salad and wine to begin with. The Warehouse Restaurant opened in 1969, they retained some of their history. You can see some of the original decor. We truly enjoyed the afternoon, watched the boats sailing and finally ended our meal with stuffed omelets n toast. Great service n ambience. Its a lovely place to visit with friends n family."

"Came for my birthday. First time here. Made reservations for 6pm on a Friday. It wasnt crowded at all. All the Staff was super friendly and always moving around so if you needed anything they were only a couple steps away. The food was fresh and amazing. Not one person in my party was dissatisfied with their food selection. I will be returning in the future. And you wont be disappointed either!"

"Pros: The staff was friendly, and our waitress was particularly nice and attentive. The dessert was fantastic—I highly recommend the key lime pie or the strawberry cake. Cons: Unfortunately, the food felt dated. Our main courses came with bland, overcooked vegetables that didn't have much seasoning, but the portions of meat were huge. The steak sauce was overly sweet, and the rockfish sauce was curdled and too tart for my taste. I was very disappointed with the oyster trio, as the raw oyster and the two cooked oysters were all served at the same temperature."

"We were three adults with two (nicely dressed and well mannered) kids at 5 in the evening on a Sunday. The restaurant was 1/2 empty and the rude hostess shoved us at a tall bar table in between a service station and the kitchen door. After asking someone other than the hostess were moved to a regular table. The waitstaff was either overwhelmed or just terribly trained. Service took forever, orders were wrong, and the music was unnecessarily loud. BBQ brisket tasted like it was pounded with a mallet and soaked in liquid smoke. The one good thing I can say about this place is that the onion rings were incredible."

"The restaurant had a great ambiance, but the tables were too close together, making it feel crowded. We didn't have much space to move our chairs and other customers kept bumping into us. Unfortunately, we were seated in the middle of the dining room, so we missed out on seeing the dessert cart that was a highlight of the evening. The spring roll sampler was tasty and packed with flavor. The cocktails were a bit too strong, but at least they hid the taste of alcohol well. My 20 oz ribeye was good, but not worth the $75 price tag. I could make a better ribeye at home for much less. My sister's sirloin steak was undercooked, and it seems the waitress mixed up our orders. My wife enjoyed the Atlantic salmon, despite it being the highlight of her meal. The creme brulee was delicious, but lacked the vanilla punch we were expecting. The waitress was very kind and even gave us extra bread and butter to take home, although we had initially declined. Overall, while the service was good, we prefer the Capital Grille for a more exclusive and enjoyable dining experience."

"Visiting Charleston for an overnight and I made a reservation a few months ago following a friend's recommendation. Most disappointing meal of our trip. First, the restaurant smells bad, the carpets must need a really good scrub. Second, hostess should not have their cups of Starbucks in open view of the customers, that's just poor hospitality. We were taken to our table and our waiter was very sweet explained the specials and made small talk. We ordered cocktails and appetizers. Took a little long to arrive and the food was lukewarm. It wasn't great either. The mac cheese is good but at room temperature. We waited with our dirty plates on the table until our main courses arrived and had to help the waiter clear up the table so he could place our plates on the table. That's restauration 101... table should be cleared before the second round comes out. I had the Mahi Mahi it was again lukewarm and dry. My husband had the shrimp and grits good and my son really like the fried chicken. We ordered an expensive bottle of white wine and it wasn't cold when it got to our table. We had to ask for additional ice and cold water to cool it down. Overall will not recommend this restaurant."

"Had a great time celebrating my dadâs birthday! The staff went above and beyond to take care of our party of baby. They put a candle on his beer for us to sing happy birthday (heâs not a fan of cake and I provided the candle that clips onto the glass). They even gave him a birthday card signed by the staff. Food was good typical sports bar food, but we knew that coming in. Itâs a fun causal spot for any Redskins fan. Thank you Victoria for the amazing service!"
