"Very upset on what I just experienced here. I placed an order online and their system is very limited to modifications as well as the kids section doesn’t allow you to put drinks. So after I placed my $114 order I called them to explain themodifications I needed and what drink my child wanted (which another employee before told me to just call and let them know tohave it ready taking their advice . So I called not even 5 minutes after I order and explain if I could switch the kidssteamed broccoli for mixed veggies which they said they can and to add the kids drink a ginger ale and my jambalaya pasta sinceI can’t have mussels to add extra shrimp which I’ve done in the past when sitting down at the restaurant as well as insteadof veggies with my steak I asked for double Fries which I was able to modify online and all steak being medium . I showed upwhen I got the text it was ready and the girls in front clearly didn’t take down my note or care to do the modification Iasked. Thankfully I checked my food before leaving and told them they didn’t change the broccoli to mixed vegetables, theydidn’t give me the drink and I had to double check with the girls if that meant they didn’t even mention the extra shrimpsince I removed the mussels , the one girl that stayed with me said she wasn’t the one who spoke to me and doesn’t know . Nobread or bruschetta was in the bag . I also had to wait and extra 15 minutes for the mixed veggies. Also no double fries with mysteak but they added veggies and steaks were well done. The point of calling was to 1. Make easier for them and to do it beforethe kitchen started the food and 2. To not have to bother them when’s I’m there and also to have my food ready . Highlydisappointed , paying $114 for food and couldn’t get simple request done and not how I ordered my food and still having towait for them to do something I gave them a head up for and time to do . "came here with a few friends for an early dinner. it was dark and a little grungey inside, but seemed relatively clean until we sat down. the menus were sticky and all 4 of us were overwhelmed by the amount of options there were. we ordered the mac and cheese bites for an appetizer and they were mediocre at best. they tasted exactly like velveeta (which may be good if you enjoy velveeta, but personally i am not a fan. especially when i am out to eat). for my entree i ordered a buffalo chicken grinder, and i was immediately not appealed upon seeing it. from looking at it, it appeared to be mostly lettuce, but i was not upset about this as i just took a little bit of it off. i WAS upset, however (or maybe slightly nauseated is a better word), about the several pieces of bone i chomped down on when i bit into the chicken. the first time i just spit it out and continued eating, but the second and third time was enough for me. i ended up removing the chicken and lettuce entirely and just eating cheese and buffalo sauce on a piece of bread. without the lettuce and chicken on it it actually wasn?t bad, but at this point i was a little grossed out from all the hard pieces i had bitten into, so i didn?t end up eating much more. to top off this sub par experience, when i turned on the water in the restroom to wash my hands after i went, the tiniest dribble of water came out of the faucet. it was barely enough to rinse the soap off my hands, let alone properly wash them. i do have to say, the service was good; we were seated immediately upon our arrival, our waitress was very attentive and sweet, and our food was out of the kitchen relatively quick. however, the service doesn?t mean much when the food is slightly sickening."

"Lunch was fantastic! The BLT was spot on, and I always request crispy bacon – they nailed it! The bacon was cooked to perfection, and the tomatoes were incredibly fresh. The sandwiches were just the right size, so I could comfortably take a bite, yet the portions were generous. The service was quick, and our waitress Liz was not only friendly but also very attentive and personable. The restaurant was clean, and the retro decor added a nice touch. If you haven't tried the Blue Moon Cafe yet, you definitely should. Great food, reasonable prices, and excellent service!"

"We have been there multiple times and always had excellent service until friday night. our waiter colin or collins was terrible. no personality and apparently two ladies came in who must be something with the community as this waiter and two others made conversation with them. He kept asking them if they needed anything. We are paying customers as well and everyone should be treated the same. its a higher class place and for the money we are paying for our food we should have had more respect. our waiter we had to tell him we were ready to order. he never came to ask how our dinner was and never asked if we wanted dessert or anything else. he should not be working there. He was rude to my friend as he said something and she asked him to repeat himself as she didnt know if he was talking to us and he rudely told her he was talking to the ladies behind us. they totally got his attention and he was the worse waiter we ever had. we never had anyone so rude as him. The food was good as always but not sure we want to go back with how disrespectful and rude he was. afraid of getting him as a waiter again. also a tip is for exceptional service. He got squat because he was not worthy he needs people skills. i would only recommend The Standard due to the exceptional waiters and waitresses in the past times and the food is fantastic. Since we had an awful experience. if this was my first time i wouldnt go back. Since ive been before I will try one more time but we shall see"

"We were grateful for the priority seating that allowed us to avoid a 45-minute wait. The service was outstanding and the food was delicious. It was a unique and enjoyable experience to cook our steak on a hot rock, though we had to slice it ourselves to ensure it cooked properly. Our server was cheerful and attentive, taking good care of us throughout the meal. The only issue we had was with the bright light above our table, which shone directly down and was blinding. It would be helpful if it could be adjusted to avoid this."

"I should have known to leave when I saw that the restaurant was empty at 1 pm on a Friday. However, the service was good and the waitress was friendly. I decided to order breakfast for lunch. "I'm also in the same business, but I have never seen that kind of service before. It was horrible. We ordered drinks and had to wait forever. The funny thing is, when we told the manager, he went and got the order ticket and showed us the time on it. He said only 3 minutes had passed since we ordered the drinks. Unfortunately, he didn't even think that the server might have put those orders 15 minutes late into the system. We had to remind her 2 times for the drinks after that she put it in as per the ticket. If it happened only one time, it's totally understandable because we are all human and can make mistakes, but it happened almost every time with our drinks."

"Have always loved Quaker Steak Lube and actually used to visit the original location quite often. In our last visit, however, it seems to have lost its touch and seems to come down a bit. First, the tables were sticky because the paint is old and worn. When I say sticky, how rough sticky, where it is a challenge to lift everything from, even your hand. It's so bad. In fact, the waitress mentioned it and explained why it happened. With explanation or not, It makes the experience less pleasant and subconscious makes you think it is dirty. Next, the menu has changed pretty much. You get much less and pay much more. No more onion rings on an antenna, no more combos. The price of everything seems almost doubled and the portions are much smaller. Of course, this seems to happen everywhere with inflation after the Kovid, but only not the value for the product with the price they expect to pay here. I wouldn't say that with every restaurant, because we were already enough, since Kovid and at least the food quality did not suffer as it is here. Give a few stars because the server we had was excellent. Prices have gone through the roof with a decline in value. The food was just fine. The most disappointing part was not a limousine at the end."

"Husband and I went here before checking out a movie one night after work. For an appetizer, we split the spinach and artichoke dip; it was very good, and I believe they used mozzarella cheese, which I'm not used to eating in spinach and artichoke dip. For my main course, I had the roasted chicken BLT with chipotle aioli, and french fries. The sandwich comes with red onions, which I had omitted but did add extra chipotle aioli. It was delicious. My husband ate the FiDi burger, which was a patty with onion rings, bacon jam and peppet jack, with french fries. He said it was delicious. We didn't have dessert. The bill, for the both of us and including a beer for my husband, came out to $54 and some change which I found very reasonable for the area, and for the amount of food that we had gotten. However, if I were to come back, it would not be on a Friday. It was happy hour, and the crowd was incredibly loud. It was also very humid out that day, and just as humid inside. Like it took me absolutely forever to cool off. The AC is something they may wanna work on..."

"It was our first time eating at the Opry Backstage Grill, and I 'm sure not the last. We had an early reservation which made the restaurant less crowded, but as we sat there over for 1 1/2 hrs a fair amount of people began strolling in. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. We started with a couple of margaritas, but their base syrup was way too sweet. We then ordered a bottle of red wine picking from 3: Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, and Merlot. Our waitress allowed us to sample all 3. The Merlot is what we chose. My wife ordered a garden salad and the salmon entree ', while I ordered the wedge salad and chicken finger dinner. With some time passing I should have inquired, but our salads and dinners came out at the same time. However, we were not disappointed as the food was tasty, but we would have preferred our salads first. I noticed another patron ordered a plate of chicken wings which looked mighty tasty, which is what I plan to order the next time we go there, and also the pecan pie and/or Dolly Parton 's banana pudding. At the time there was no live entertainment, but they have past performances at the Opry being played on 3 large screens. I asked our waitress if she performed any on the stage, which she doesn 't, but she did get one of her co-workers to sing and play guitar for 2 songs. So, we did get some live entertainment, which was nice. Overall we had a fun time and a good dinner. I did read a few not so favorable reviews in the past, which some may be legitimate?? But, I 've also learned that there are some people that not even Jesus could please! Thus, I would recommend the Opry Backstage Grill to anyone. It was very convenient too, as we were attending a concert at the Opry House."

"The waitress was wonderful and attentive. Service was wonderful. Wonderful mimosas sweet n lovely for breakfast. Very good antipasto and prime rib. The pork chop was tasty. Nice smoked salmon. The breakfast station was lovely. The scallops were good. However, some of the meat items for lunch were a bit tough n bland which at times can happen in a buffet. The shrimp cocktail after awhile was swimming in cold water not in ice. The dessert station really needs a chocolate fountain to make it pop since there were only a small selection for dessert, ex: 3 types of cakes. Good for the price and I would give it a five stars if the temperature was right on the shrimp n some of the meats were not tough and bland. We went just after noon n not on a holiday. I would go again since its close to home and nearer for my parents."

"Place was super fun, very exciting! If you’re looking to party and drink… this is a good spot. Food was average. Honestly wouldn’t eat there again, i would probably order the chips and salsa again. Salsa was delicious. Tacos were good, just pricey for 3. Server was lousy. She made no effort for anything. Filled up our waters once and never asked again. She was only concerned with the paid drinks. After we ordered 3 mug size drinks she offered us the yard BOGO. She just wanted her automatic tip. It was our friends birthday, she didn’t even acknowledge. We asked her 2 times and she had an attitude. We received more attention from other servers around than from her. We ordered a hookah, over priced and honestly i wouldn’t get it again. It’s essentially an e-cig. Not a fan. Overall, it was an average experience. No rush to return, if you have kiddos don’t bring them. It’s definitely an adult style restaurant. 18+ and free shots every 10 minutes."

"I was excited to get the priory seating for this new restaurant. My friend and I were right on time for our seating. Went in to tell them we arrived and we were told by the hostess that it would be a minute wait for out door seating and if we wanted inside. We wanted to sit outside on this beautiful night. We waited minutes, and then checked in again to be sure we were not overlooked because walk ins were being seated. Again at minutes later. This time I was more upset because they originally told us minutes now we have been waiting minutes. The hostess definitely made a mistake. Because she did apologize to me over and over, but there was zero compensation for our inconvenience. This was the first time I used open table so I am not sure if it was the restaurant or the app. Food was delicious and our server was very efficient and friendly"

"Went out for a girls night and because of the service and vibe at The Ainsworth it was an amazing night and one for the books! We had the best service from our waiter Alex who ensured we had everything we needed and more. He was beyond attentive, always ensuring we had drinks and food. Many restaurants I go to the wait for your next drink or struggling to find your server is always an issue Not with Alex! The vibe was fun, and the music was always playing a fun mix. It was the best mix of bar and restaurant! The drinks were awesome and consistently made well. Food was always delicious with a good variety. I know I will be back! THANK YOU!"
