"Our experience started poorly when it took 20 minutes to receive our drinks, and we were even charged for water. Our waitress often disappeared for long stretches, only to be seen mingling and taking pictures with other guests. While I wouldn't normally mind, we ended up waiting an eternity for our food to arrive. When it finally did, it was incorrect. By that time, everyone at our table was eating cold food while we waited for the mistake to be fixed, and once again, our waitress was nowhere to be found.
We wanted to speak with the manager, Carl, about our experience, but he seemed more interested in flirting with the host. It was really uncomfortable to witness their behavior, especially when we were having such a frustrating dining experience. After our table was cleared, it took ages to get our checks—and two of them were wrong as well. We were ready to leave, but once again, our waitress was absent.
Eventually, my friend got up to ask Carl to sort out our bills so we could divide the total among ourselves. When he came to our table, he was very dismissive. He took 15% off each bill but made a show of how generous he was being. Overall, we were very disappointed. The food was just okay, and given how much we spent, the service should have been much better. It felt like a significant waste of money and time, and I cannot recommend this restaurant."
