"When she asked the staff member taking our order about the ingredients in the Credo cheese, specifically whether it was cashew-based, the girl assured her it wasn't and that there were no allergens present. However, after looking up Credo, I discovered that their cheese is indeed cashew-based. Luckily, we don't have any nut allergies, but my wife's inquiry was more out of curiosity. This could have posed a serious risk if either of us had allergies.
As for the wings, they had an odd texture, and the mac and cheese didn't taste quite right either. Additionally, I noticed there was very little information available about the ingredients, and no nutritional information on their website, which is concerning. Charging $10 for five wings also seems excessive to me.
Overall, I don’t think I will return. However, I did reach out to the company about the confusion regarding their cheese sauce. They replied and explained that Credo produces a special version of their cheese for them that is made entirely from oats. Despite this clarification, I still believe the restaurant should provide more detailed ingredient information on their website or at least include links to it."
