"All the food was great and the employees were nice but the experience was bad. First the two female employees had their back to the counter doing something with the rotisserie. I waited for a minute or two before calling out to them when one came over. Then when my food arrived it had some kind of white rubber string in my first bite. I told the young lady who I heard tell her manager. Who just confirmed I didn't want anything else but never stopped by to apologize or even check on me. I'm one of two people in the restaurant.... Later wanted some water so I went t to the counter. Where I waited again till literally yelling out hello when a young man came out the back saying I scared him and who got me tap water from the sink on the left after warning me it'd be warm. So the food is good the experience left a lot to be desired. First look at the counter. Second food safety. Third touch a table when there's an issue. Honestly may never return which is sad because the food was good."

This is one of the best fried chicken sandwiches I have ever had! It was juicy, piping hot, and incredibly flavorful.

The food at this restaurant is delicious and reasonably priced. The service was excellent and the flavors were unique compared to other establishments.

Fields Good Chicken for the win every time! Delicious, healthy, and never disappoints with taste. Not sure what to order? Don’t think twice about Bueno Bowl. It’s the fam favorite! View menu

Chicken was good. Roast broccoli and cauliflower not so much dry and not very tasty. The tables were dirty. We had to use hand sanitizer to clean our table. Employees are loud and boisterous.

Sloppy. If you want a dig in type experience at a micdonalds quality, this is the place for you. Mash potatoes or should I say “smashed potatoes”, leave more to be desired. Chicken was ok, but will not be revisiting. View menu

When visiting New York City, save yourself the trip to this restaurant. The food is cheap but extremely disappointing and tasteless. We only took a few bites before deciding to go somewhere else. (see image attached)

Excellent chicken, excellent sides….. Friendly staff,…would have given four stars if not for the following:1. usually like to eat In the store… But the music… It’s always too loud and inappropriate for a relaxing meal.2. I went in around 3 PM, and noticed the tables were dirty and sticky looking…pityUPDATEBeen back twice since my last review…. Loud music has ended!!Tables are clean!!Way to go!!

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
