"POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE: This was a terrible experience all around. My order was over $60 to include a ?convenience fee?. Somehow my order for delivery was ?confused? for a pick up order despite tracking showing have been delivered at my address. I called to clarify, but got nowhere with the clerk. I then traveled to the restaurant and asked for my order, the kid working behind the counter acknowledged me being there, but didn?t think he should hand me my order that had been sitting on the rack for over 45 minutes at this point. If I could rate my experience a ZERO I would have. I make it a point to support local businesses, but I?ll be taking my my hard-earned money elsewhere."

"Whenever we are in the area we always stop in to Italia Gardens! The atmosphere is amazing, the food is devine, and our favorite waitress Stephine is there! I love the fresh baked bread brought to the table with the whipped, herbed butter! It is made fresh right in their brick oven! Speaking of, if you have kids they can help make their own pizza that is cooked in the brick oven! How fun is that?! The pasta is always fresh and the sauces are decadent. Don't forget to save room for dessert! My favorites are the Tiramisu and Sea Salt Caramel Cheesecake. I love a glass of their Moscato while I have my dessert! This is a restaurant you must stop at!Update: stopped in for lunch with the family. Our favorite waitress Stephine was there! The lunch portions were perfect! The canoli was a hit all around the table!"

"The woman that took my order was super nice and cheerful, sadly the pizza was just okay. It wasn’t dominoes bad but it just wasn’t good for the price. Edit: hey jimmy I got your voicemail. I don’t remember leaving my number so I can guess you looked through the orders with my name to track me down, kinda weird when you can respond on google reviews. It was mainly the crust that wasn’t good. It was some how greasy and gritty at the same time. I know pizza in general can be greasy but it seemed like the bottom of the pizza was dipped in cooking oil before placing it in the box. The toppings were good especially the mushrooms. We still ate the pizza, like I said it wasn’t dominoes bad it just wasn’t what I was hoping for since it was nearly 30$ for two mediums."

"I visited the restaurant this evening to pick up a GrubHub order for a customer, and I found the place completely empty. Two staff members came out from the back, and when I explained why I was there, they assured me it would only take 2 minutes for my order to be ready. However, after waiting 15 minutes with no updates, I decided to ask again. I was once more told it would just be 2 more minutes. After another 5 minutes of waiting, I had to leave. Honestly, I'm quite disappointed. I really like JoeBacardi’s, but it's frustrating to see employees spending time on their phones instead of attending to customers. I hope things improve soon."

"Great place to dine in for italian food and relax with family. This place takes it up a notch from olive garden when it comes to their dishes and atmosphere. When u first sit down u see a whole lot white sheets of paper covering the table so you can draw on it. Great if u like to color(kid or adult) but not mandatory. Pepperoni bread is awesome as an appetizer and is better than most places because the pepperoni bread is not extra doughy like others. No complaints when eating here when it comes to service.Vegetarian options: Cook to order"

"I have been going here for probably two years! I always loved the food but today I went there with my two small kids and I could not believe HOW RUDE one of the older ladies who worked there were to us . I thought she was going to slice us with her eyes . Her death look said enough. I could understand if my kids were running around causing chaos but they were just sitting there at a table playing with a few cups .I was in complete shock and it was such a turnoff to me . I hate to stop going to a place I love because of one bad experience but I am so appalled at how we were treated . I would NEVER treat anyone so poorly especially if it was a paying customer . Hopefully they don’t lose more customers like myself .Kid-friendliness: DO NoT bring your children here !! They apparently do not like small kids."
