"I visited the restaurant this evening to pick up a GrubHub order for a customer, and I found the place completely empty. Two staff members came out from the back, and when I explained why I was there, they assured me it would only take 2 minutes for my order to be ready. However, after waiting 15 minutes with no updates, I decided to ask again. I was once more told it would just be 2 more minutes. After another 5 minutes of waiting, I had to leave. Honestly, I'm quite disappointed. I really like JoeBacardi’s, but it's frustrating to see employees spending time on their phones instead of attending to customers. I hope things improve soon."
