"I visited the restaurant this evening to pick up a GrubHub order for a customer, and I found the place completely empty. Two staff members came out from the back, and when I explained why I was there, they assured me it would only take 2 minutes for my order to be ready. However, after waiting 15 minutes with no updates, I decided to ask again. I was once more told it would just be 2 more minutes. After another 5 minutes of waiting, I had to leave. Honestly, I'm quite disappointed. I really like JoeBacardi’s, but it's frustrating to see employees spending time on their phones instead of attending to customers. I hope things improve soon."

This was my first visit, and I’m happy to have this spot in town. The atmosphere reminds me of my grandfather, who introduced me to this place and loved their pizza. However, I still prefer the Eureka location.

We were there on Monday night and were greater as soon as we walked in the door. The waitress was fantastic! She was very friendly and was always checking to see if we needed anything. The food was good, exactly how we ordered it and fast. Althoughthe place is small the service was great which is hard to find these days.

We decided to try something different and ordered online, but it seems there may have been a mistake with how the restaurant processed our order. I'm not a fan of St. Louis-style cheese on pizza, so I requested mozzarella instead, but we still received the St. Louis cheese. Additionally, we paid extra for sausage and noted in the comments to substitute it with hamburger, yet all we got was hamburger. The salad, which cost $4.50, was mostly just lettuce. For a small salad and a small pizza totaling $30, I don't mind the price as long as the order is correct. Overall, it was disappointing, and we didn’t eat much of it.
