"Beautifully redone from Denny 's. I ordered pick up because I wasn 't sure there was in house dining. The web page should make that more clear. I had only the spicy seafood soup, uni, eel and yellowtail sushi. I took home a quart of soup that was nicely spiced and full of seafood and vegetables with an excellent broth which is the thickened type, like egg drop soup rather than the thin dashi type. Firstly, this is the only place I 've found in the area to have uni sushi it 's on the menu all over, but if ordered one gets the response that it is not available (too expensive, too short shelf life, too few orders). I hope Fuji will be able to keep it. All three sushi orders were excellent, the rice nicely textured and flavored. To say more would require consuming it on site, not after dragging it home in January. Best wishes to Fuji! I hope to try lots more of your extensive menu, especially the oyster shots the oysters better be freshly shucked."
