"Beautifully redone from Denny 's. I ordered pick up because I wasn 't sure there was in house dining. The web page should make that more clear. I had only the spicy seafood soup, uni, eel and yellowtail sushi. I took home a quart of soup that was nicely spiced and full of seafood and vegetables with an excellent broth which is the thickened type, like egg drop soup rather than the thin dashi type. Firstly, this is the only place I 've found in the area to have uni sushi it 's on the menu all over, but if ordered one gets the response that it is not available (too expensive, too short shelf life, too few orders). I hope Fuji will be able to keep it. All three sushi orders were excellent, the rice nicely textured and flavored. To say more would require consuming it on site, not after dragging it home in January. Best wishes to Fuji! I hope to try lots more of your extensive menu, especially the oyster shots the oysters better be freshly shucked."

The restaurant was spotless, and the staff were very welcoming. The food was well-prepared and absolutely delicious. I enjoyed a California Roll, Shrimp Tempura, and Ramen. I would definitely return to eat there again.

The food was good seasoning, love the Grilled red snapper.. so flavorful. Portion size was decent good 1 or 2 people. Was only soup spoon to eat the soup. Hard to eat rice with only chopsticks or fork. Need little bit more training for the staffs.

I ordered more than $60 worth of food. These were the sauce containers and the soup I received. MAYBE if you add the three containers you 'd get one full one. Clearly watered down also. The soup is onion water with ONE red onion slice floating in it. This restaurant is a joke (at least from a delivery standpoint). When the employees know they don 't have to look at you in person (delivery), they mail it in.

Let me start off by saying the food here is amazing. Great sushi, beautiful presentations, the restaurant itself is nice. The service at this restaurant was complete garbage. We went with a group of 8, and we're the first to arrive. Our drink orders were taken. About 15-20 minutes later the rest of our group showed up, and we're seated. No one came to take a drink order for 20 minutes! We finally made our food order, and they brought it out one at a time! They didn't even take one of our groups order.
