"Very nice place. Unfortunately, I don 't remember the server 's name, but she was not very good. For example, when she came to our table, my friend and I had waited so long for her to come over that we knew what we wanted to order. When she finally came over and asked what we wanted to drink, we told her we wanted to give her our order also. She actually said, No, I 'll come back for your order. I 'm only getting your drinks now. We looked at each other, quite surprised, and told her what we wanted to drink. She brought our drinks, but then went to another table and took their order before coming back to us. People without good customer service skills should not work in customer service positions.
