"I placed an order for two McDoubles and ended up waiting 10 minutes next to a car in the drive-thru. I then drove around the building and went inside, where I waited another 20 minutes. Eventually, I had to speak up because my order had been completely forgotten. I've had experiences at various McDonald's locations in Montana, Minnesota, North Dakota, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, Michigan, parts of Canada, and North Carolina, and this is by far the worst one I've ever visited. This experience wasn't just bad; it's the worst I've encountered anywhere."

"I was waiting for my food while every other customer got theirs first than i did. I have to reminded the employees twice about my order because the manger was taking more care for her kids then her duties. She saw me waiting for about 25 minutes and just looked away and never asked me if i needed help. When Andrew the employee that gave me my order gave it to me without the bacon nor cheese. I had to return it to another employee so she could redo it. Before i left the location i asked another employee for her managers name and she just stayed quite and never gave it to me. "It's even years since I visited the Mathews La Popeyes because of their service. First time I drove up to the window, no one in front of me, no one come over the intercom. So I blow the horn some one day be with you in a minute. At this point it's going on 10 minutes another 10 because I'm timing it. So I drive to the window and a car leaves the window. Do I ask to place my order the girl at the window say I have to go back in line because someone else was at the window and could not take my order. So I left and haven't gone back until today. Grand kids here so I'll give them a chance. I give my order, can't understand the girl at the window I giver her 51 dollars she says it's 60.54 . So I give her a 20 that naked 71. She gives me back 4 . So I don't argue. I get home and realize they shorted me a large fry and large red beans. So I pack things up and head back there. Tell them what I was shorted. She say drive to the window. Hands me a bag with what I was shorted. I proceed to ask her what about the rest of my order because now it's getting cold. She ask you want fresh chicken and are you willing to wait 20 minutes. I think there not enough chicken for my order. They ask me to pull up. Then 2 cars pull and leave. So I go in say I want my money back. They argue. Asked for fresh chicken, I said I asked for hot chicken. It turned ugly. I left with no chicken and shorted money also. Raceland,La has the worst service and customer satisfaction will never go there again! They don't deserve any stars but that's the lowest I can go."

"This place was awful. Waited in line for 23 minutes, while 4 workers gathered around the register trying to give someone a $1.28 discount on a big app order. We haven't ever been to Popeyes before, and asking these people questions about ordering was like asking 2nd grader how to order. THEN, while waiting an additional 8 minutes for my order. I had to keep reminding this guy what was on my order. And expensive! Cost me $40 to feed me and my wife. The food was awful. Totaled experience. My 1st time at Popeyes, and I'll not be coming back. "I had a disappointing experience at Popeyes in Cleveland, Mississippi. The service was poor, and there were constant excuses for the issues I encountered. The manager and staff seemed unprofessional and uninformed. When I visited on February 25th at 4 PM, I was told that the spicy chicken was still frozen—which is surprising considering it's a busy chicken day, especially on a Sunday. Additionally, they were out of condiments like grape jelly and honey. I strongly advise staying away from the Cleveland Popeyes; it really needs some serious improvements."

"I ordered the family meal and paid to substitute the beasts for thighs. I ask the the cashier if she had substituted the breaststroke for thighs and she said yes with a smile. When I arrived home and opened the box there were wings, kegs and breaststroke. There were no thighs. I tried calling the store and the complaint office for 3 days but no answer.
