"I placed an order for two McDoubles and ended up waiting 10 minutes next to a car in the drive-thru. I then drove around the building and went inside, where I waited another 20 minutes. Eventually, I had to speak up because my order had been completely forgotten. I've had experiences at various McDonald's locations in Montana, Minnesota, North Dakota, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, Michigan, parts of Canada, and North Carolina, and this is by far the worst one I've ever visited. This experience wasn't just bad; it's the worst I've encountered anywhere."

had a great drive throu experience. my fries an 20 piece McNugget was good an hot. I got a free large caramel frappe for free because I use my points. Having points gets me a lot of free items and I love it.

poor mcd is everywhere. long wait before someone gets the order in the drive thru. eating takes too long, about 10 min. when they get her to eat, it's not what they ordered. avoid this load and go a mile north to load before the covenant hospital. View menu

Wish I could give zero stars! Ordered breakfast through the app before lunch cutoff. I arrived before the change over time. They made me wait until after 10:30, then told me breakfast was no longer available. Not cool. This is typical of this place. I will never go to this location again.

The staff lacks attention to detail and often makes mistakes with even the simplest orders. The restaurant is always in disarray. Additionally, I received a replacement for a wrong order, but the food was absolutely terrible. The overall chaos in the place is unbelievable, and I regret spending my money here.

We went through the drive through at 8 pm. We ordered 2 mc doubles, large fries, and the big Mac meal. No one was in line was in line before us. We were asked to move forward to wait. While we waited over 5 minutes numerous cars came and went. Our patties were dried out and gross fries were ok a bit soggy. The food was fresh and hot. The condiment shaker was readily available. The staff at the drive-thru were friendly. Did I mention the food was fresh and hot? It was great! I've had some bad experiences with burnt Quarter Pounders at other McDonald's locations—after four times, I stopped ordering them. This place is child-friendly, with a playground for kids to enjoy. Plus, there’s plenty of parking space available.

They will literally lie and say they dont have something , Just so dont have to run to the back and stock it and serve you .. Ive caught them up many times by calling the store and asking if they had something they just said they didnt . Smh a complete joke its because they dont get paid enough so they really dont care .
