"Always enjoyed the the lunch buffet. Plenty of choices and quick service of fresh naan bread. Edit: changed my review as we have been coming to the buffet for a LONG time, buy after our recent visit they charged our 8 year old the adult price and when we asked why they said kids 6 and under get the kids price?? Uhhh what? Since when? Not a humongous deal, but my 6 year old and 8year old basically eat the same amount and they have never told us an age requirement for the kids buffet."

"I have visited this restaurant a few times and have always felt relaxed and enjoyed the food. The lunch specials during the week are more affordable. I brought my children here on a Saturday, who cannot eat spicy food. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they could eat the curry lamb and really enjoyed the naan bread. The owner even gave us a sample (actually half a cup) of mango yogurt, which we all loved. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was great. For lunch, the price per person is between $20-30. I highly recommend the naan bread, Himalayan curry, mango lassi, chicken korma, and lamb tandoori. There is plenty of parking available in the free parking lot."

"Fans of the passage to India in porter, please look elsewhere. The food is completely different and some of the worst i have had in Boston. Owners of this new establishment, do better. We used to love passage to India when it was in porter square, so we tried this all place for delivery. However, this place is completely different and so much worse. The naan was gummy and undercooked. the chicken tikka masala had stewed, tough, chewy meat (clearly not cooked in a tandoori oven) with a really watery, bland sauce. The chicken korma had oily dark meat and an unusual spice profile. In short, I was blown away how different the food is from porter square passage to India. This was some of the worst Indian food i have tried in Boston in the past 10 years."

"So good. A bit pricey, but...you get what you pay for.All the food is excellent, but items I would especially recommend:Paneer Korma (or any other Korma dishes, the sauce is perfect)Lamb VindalooNaanDahl MakhaniLamb Rogan JoshChicken MadrasOkra (several types)I and my family all love this restaurant and will be coming back. I like the Kingfisher Indian beer with the food, it 's a nice difference from 'regular ' American beer. One minor thing to watch out for is that the booths have wheels, so when you stand up...they can move sometimes."

"**Dine-in Experience** **Meal Type:** Lunch **Price Range:** $10–$20 **Recommended Dishes:** Vegetable Samosa, Chicken Curry, Chicken Korma, Chicken Pakora During my recent lunch visit, I had a delightful experience at this restaurant. The meal was not only budget-friendly, falling comfortably within the $10 to $20 range per person, but also full of flavor. I highly recommend trying the Vegetable Samosa, which was crispy and packed with a delicious filling. The Chicken Curry was another standout, rich in spices and perfectly cooked. The Chicken Korma was creamy and satisfying, while the Chicken Pakora offered a nice crunch that complemented the meal. Overall, a wonderful spot for a satisfying lunch!"

"The curries, pakoras, and naan were excellent, and our daughter who's a fussy eater loved their rice, kashmiri naan, and aloo tikki. Our vegetable masala and shrimp masala were delicious. It was odd that the very spicy was very spicy and the medium spicy wasn't spicy at all. The service was a little slow but very kind and friendly. We look forward to returning! Vegetarian options: Great selection of North Indian veg curries, appetizers, and lots of naans. Kid-friendliness: The waiters were very kind to our six year old daughter."

"Review for the Desserts at Raja The freshness of the desserts in the glass case are either really good or disappointingly hard and stale. There's no in-between. At $10 /lb for an assorted box of sweets you'd think that they would either make smaller batches or have better quality control. At the most recent visit, luckily only a few of the assorted barfi were stale (4 out of 5 stars). In a previous visit in late 2022, easily 2/3 of the box was inedible (2 out of 5 stars). Average rating: 3 stars I hate to give a poor review but the quality has definitely gone downhill from our first visit in 2019. If Raja makes changes to how they handle their desserts, I will gladly revise the review."

"One of our go-to breakfast food trucks. Delicious egg sandwiches. I 've probably had 25 of them so far. Crispy generous bacon, melty American cheese, fried egg and on a, hard roll. However you can probably add to that and get it on different bread. I tried a sausage melt with a fried egg on rye today and that was greasy and delightful. We also got hashbrowns which are similar to McDonalds but a little more dense. I recommend calling ahead so your food is ready when you show up. The wait time if you order at the truck is very reasonable, but who wants to wait if you don 't have to. They do not have ice coffee. They do have a small picnic table area next to the truck if you need it."

"Initially, we were warmly greeted and escorted to our table. However, the waiter who seated us was very rude to other guests who arrived after us. It was uncomfortable to witness such behavior, and there was a lack of respect shown to these potential customers. I understand there may be a shortage of staff, which can be hectic and stressful. However, when customers inquire about wait times, there should always be a professional and polite response. The food was decent but nothing outstanding. I was also disappointed by the automatic 20% tip added to the bill. If the service and food had been exceptional, I wouldn't have minded. Unfortunately, this was not the case. We will not be returning and recommend dining elsewhere."

"I ordered Paneer Kathi Roll and Masala Tea. The Tea was fine, nothing exceptional not bad either whereas the Paneer Roll was worst I have ever tasted.1. The Kati Roll isn't served in a roti/paratha. Instead they use super thin tortilla wraps. What a joke.2. I've attached a photo and video. The outside bread of the roll is not at all cooked. It's sticky, soft, gooey like stretchy dough. Hopefully I don't have a stomach ache tonight lol.3. Lastly, even if they had cooked the bread properly then too the paneer stuffing inside wasn't flavourful at all. Such a shame.I do not understand why such restaurants need 100 menu items if they can barely cook 10 of them right. Customers want quality food for their money, not that when they walk in they see oh wow look they 100 menu items. So much to choose from only find out nothing tastes good.Mostly likely never coming here again. Save your money and go elsewhere!Advice to the restaurant Remove random stuff from the menu if you have no clue how to make it. What a waste of time and money."

"If you are craving Indian punjabi dhaba food , this is your place . Had the most amazing food . We came in ready to settle for American version of Indian food but we were amazed to find freshly made hot buttered up tandoori roti’s and yummiest saagpaneer and daal tarka . My pickiest 6 yr old ate very well n on his own , this is how good the food was . Owner Mr. Ranjit andhis whole staff is so polite welcoming and kind , they offered us “ adrakh wali chai “ after dinner . This whole experiencemade me crave for their tandoori aloo parantha and surely there we were again 11 am to have their special “ adrakh chai “ (ginger tea) and tandoori paranthas . We are thankful for such amazing food and great hospitality. I wish I could have takenpictures of our food but it was hard to think of photographs when your food is so good !!"

"Aago has been my favorite restaurant for over a year now, ever since my husband introduced me to it. The food has always been fantastic, and I think we, along with all their other customers, have been encouraging them to find a larger space. With the holiday rush, I hadn't realized they had actually moved to a bigger location until I spotted it while driving down Warwick. I immediately told my husband, and we went to check it out as soon as we could. The new place is beautiful! I was also pleasantly surprised to find a buffet, which made the visit even more exciting. I tried a bit of everything from the buffet, and I absolutely loved it all. Thank you for being such an incredible restaurant with amazing people and delicious food. If you haven't tried the coffee yet, you definitely should—it's fantastic!"

"Ordered for take out and could not have been happier with the meal. Everything tasted great, lamb samosas were delicious, best chicken tikka my wife has had in over 20 years of being in America (British). Chicken Korma could have used some cashew nuts, I think they might have forgotten them, that's why 4 not 5 stars, so close... But I would go here again and again."

"Second EDIT: I emailed the business to ask the charges be reverted. They had already done so and apologized with a very reasonable explanation. So I'm adding a few stars back to my review for the good and prompt customer service --EDIT: Hours of waiting and no response later, we drove to the restaurant in person only to find out they're closed on Tuesdays ... and management only notified customers by putting a hand drawn sign in the window, but did not update business hours on Google OR their ordering page, so now I have to call my credit card company and figure how to cancel this charge. ? Terrible experience 3 hours for delivery of 2 basic dishes and 2 sides, to fewer than 4 miles away on a Tuesday in clear weather. Called the store to check on order: no answer, phone hangs up after several rings."

"First time eating here in 20 years, (I think the owners have changed hands since then. Nevertheless lots of food options for vegan. Just be sure to ask them if there is any dairy or animal products (like Naan bread has egg in it . I ordered the BAIGAN BHURTA entrée. Delishous! Note- I asked the waiter if the vegetables were cooked on the same surface as their animal meat. He said no. Seems that some restaurants even though they claim her dishes vegan will still sautéed vegetables on the same grill top that they will also grilled meat on. Be sure to ask that wherever you go! Will definitely come back again and try some other dishes."
