"Everyone hypes this palace up, so we had to try. We will be back, but I don't think I will order the flat iron steak again. Ordered medium and it was dead when it came out. Potatoes were extra salty; all the stuff was not needed on top of the steak. Everything else was good. Service was good. Large menu. Update: 8/21/2022 we go here a lot. My mother goes here a lot because we enjoy it and it is usually consistent. Today was a different story for some reason. Some portions were smaller than normal. Side items were forgotten. Service was extremely slow and they were not busy. We gave up on trying to get more coffee and water. Everything was yummy as usual, but we were all a bit disappointed, unfortunately. The points program is good, so sign up if you plan on going back."

"Not sure why this place is not full when we go here? The food is excellent and authentic. The service is fantastic. The portions are large. And the drinks are also great. Maybe because our family likes Greek food more than others. We had brunch there on Sunday and we got the Champagne package, 3 different type of juices and fresh fruit for the glasses. We'll be back soon!!"

"This is a fantastic spot to enjoy drinks with friends or family. They offer both indoor and outdoor bar areas, complete with a lovely view of the river. During my visit, there was a live band, and although it attracted a good crowd, there was still plenty of space to move around comfortably. If you're interested in taking something home, they also have a separate building featuring a wide selection of packaged drinks. I highly recommend visiting on a nice day or evening to fully appreciate the atmosphere and have a great night out. I will definitely return the next time I get the chance, as it’s a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy a drink."

"Overall Zanti is a great neighborhood addition, but it is important to note a few aspects of the dining experience that could be greatly improved. First, we were celebrating a birthday, and as most reservation processes include an option to indicate this, I did on OpenTable. Without request or prompting, a birthday dessert with a sparkler was delivered to the table at the end of the meal. This is a nice gesture and of course it is appreciated. But without notice, this is understood as a compliment of the kitchen. Instead, Zanti added $11 to the bill for this celebration. Since this was not requested and we were not given the ability to opt out, this upcharge is disappointing Second, the crowd is energetic and lively, but one group at the bar and one table near us crossed the line between having a good time and disrupting others screaming and cursing. It did not appear to be addressed meaningfully by the staff."

"the first time, they can even smell the smokey aroma before they go through the doors. once inside it was a relaxing atmosphere for an intimate environment. our server, who also tended the bar, was energetic and answered all our questions. he was never too far away, eating was fabulous and tasteful. note that the prices are somewhat more expensive, but eating tastes really good. Now we asked for dessert and let him go. the brotpudding is great. it is enough to feed three people. it is a combination of sweet potato with pecans and a round sauce that was right. I'd say that these drinks come and drink a starter than the brotpudding to settle you. great place for families or friends to meet. I'm back."

"If I 'm being honest, the food was just ok. The rotisserie chicken with house rub was dry. They put way too much smoky flavoring into their collard greens. I 've never had collard greens in that way before and it was overbearing and annoying. It already had bacon in it. Why fix what ain 't broke? as the saying goes. The grits was outstanding, however, as usual. The (unsweetened) kiwi strawberry tea is just okay. It has a nice fragrance but don 't expect much extra in the way of flavor. The service was really nice and they clearly cared about our experience. Our server, Jordan, did everything right and was very helpful! The kitchen also agreed to an extra side of sliced cucumber for us to dip into the hummus appetizer. The hummus appetizer was fresh and delicious with lots of garlic. The duck empanadas appetizer was fine but considering how unhealthy it probably is, it wasn 't worth it. It tasted a lot like a Doritos Locos chalupa from Taco Bell , surprisingly! The atmosphere is great, though I 'm not sure why they were playing hardcore screaming rock at one point hahaha. It was a funny juxtaposition. I think the most impressive thing about this place is how consistent their service is even when they 're clearly very busy. We had no wait at all and great service. Also their menu is very diverse and I like that. Just maybe don 't get the white meat chicken. Opt for dark meat wherever possible."

"Upon arrival, there were quite a few people waiting to be seated. Still, it only took 10 minutes to be seated. My server was prompt and super inviting. His name was David and as he exclaimed, there are three David's at this location so he goes by Da'vidand he's from kenna-bruh (lol) Well, I ordered the sweet chili glazed rotisserie chicken. The description sounds like it's justtoo much going on but I enjoyed it. It came out looking n smelling good. It was also piping hot . My husband had rotisseriesteak. According to him it tasted just as good as it looked. And boy, did it look good! I've added interest to give you guys aview."

But a good local stop for healthier options. Food is consistent overall. Recent sit in visit had a friendly knowledgeable server. June 2022 Update: Title: (Yes I Still Recommend This Place, But I’ll Be Drooling Over The Menu From Afar) Still really like the food here, but ouch ordered a horataki salad $12 with grilled chicken $7 added total $19 Added babaganoush (however that’s spelled) It’s just an eggplant dip. $12 up $2 more than before we already thought it was pricey for the portion. Optional but not necessary Extra pita 1 portion $2 up from $1. The salad fresh, delicious healthy but really just good enough for one meal. Plus the babganoush (again please excuse the spelling) portion can be an appetizer for 2 or a light meal for one. Illustrating that for $33 for one meal is, at least for our family, pricey. And that’s not all we ordered so it was very expensive for 2 people for a casual dinning eatery for lunch on a Tuesday. Overall yes I still recommend this place, however for my family I, we cannot eat here as often as we would like or have in the past for all the economic reasons gas prices, food prices at the market etcetera. Whatever the reasons are economic, political, pandemic, climate change the buck always gets passed down to the customer so I’ll be drooling over the menu from afar"

"Service was great! We used to go to Rush a lot; being very careful with covid, thought it would be great to go back seeing these was outdoor dining….made a reservation. Was shocked that for how carefully observing covid mandates (very appreciated)!the patio was so crowded, very uncomfortable with strangers at tables around us, literally almost face to face. I realize Rush isn’t a Mexican place, but Fajitas were so expensive for the serving size ."

"Horrible experience. We had reservations and were seated promptly. The waitress came over gave us menus and minutes passed before we could get anyone to come back. We kindly explained that we had tickets to a show and asked if they would be able to accommodate us to which the girl just freaked out and took our menus when we said we understood if it was too busy and could go elsewhere. They she proceeds to tell us we are rude, mind you we could hear her telling people who got there after us they would have their food in minutes because she would place the order ASAP. We drove an hour to eat here just to be met by an immature, overwhelmed hostess. Terrible customer service."

"Unfortunately, the quality control at this restaurant is very poor. I have ordered from here many times and it can be hit or miss. This time, the delivery was subpar. There was only half of a tortilla chip in the bag and a piece of what seemed to be boiled ham in my dish, which was not listed as an ingredient. When I requested laughs (whatever that means), they said they were out and offered "huh" instead. I then asked for grilled chicken, but received pulled chicken instead. Additionally, utensils were requested but not provided. I had to go to a nearby restaurant to get some. I will definitely reconsider ordering from here in the future."

"Food and service at T Cook’s was great as usual; however, they now have valet only. When I asked the valet person about self park because it used to be available and he told me they never had self park, which was not true. Then, he said he just stated working. I told him that I want to self park for person reason, and he told me to talk to the front desk. I didn’t find the front desk, so I spoke with Glory at T Cook’s and she told me it was fine for me to self park, so I told the valet person that, then he said “I told you to talk to the front desk.” I went to the front desk with him and the lady said people don’t want to pay so they changed to valet only about a year ago. I said I am willing to pay but I want to self park, do you want me to pay. She said if I am not staying overnight, it will be a one time courtesy. I respect your rules, but will not return."

"book your reservation online before the time for our jubilee. he was there and the host/ waiter has not confirmed our reservation and just told us to sit somewhere. I didn't say anything because I wanted to surprise my wife. we took place at the bar and had drinks and ate a good meal. we could only enjoy the experience for about half the meal, as the band stopped playing and make a break through the stage, and the staff began to clean themselves and prepare for it while we had eaten; 2 hours before closing. I expected a confirmation of the preordered reservation for the evening, instead we were all, but rushed out of the restaurant and sent to our way. eating was great to expect from previous visits, but each other aspekt was less than pleasant. would like to come back, but the overall experience of this time was extremely exposing."

"This restaurant is amazing and perfect for a small date or family dinner. They refill the pita bread and their grilled kebabs are delicious. I tried the chicken shish kabob wrap and it had a generous amount of sauce. Although it's a bit pricey as some might say it comes with two sides, they charge separately for them. The décor in the restaurant is beautiful and overall it was a great dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant."

"Be aware that Zanti is also a sports bar with big screen/loud televisions and no dress code. If you go there for a 4 star dining experience you will be seated wherever they see fit. We came for an anniversary with friends and family and were seated on the porch with 2 huge tv screens featuring football, loud music and children running everywhere. The service was also inferior. We had to ask for salt and pepper, spoons to eat dessert and the pizza to be cut smaller because it was too soggy to be held. The egg casserole was a child’s dish potato chips with spaghetti sauce and two fried eggs on top the weirdest dish ever created. When we left, we realized that the other side of the restaurant was quiet with no big screen tvs or loud music and people enjoying pleasant dining. Just be aware this is not the upscale dining experience you think it is. Get take out."

"We went to Gio’s tonight to celebrate our friend successfully completing chemo for breast cancer. We have been there before and the food and atmosphere was as awesome as usual. However the service went even more above and beyond than usual. They brought out a complimentary dessert tray with a congratulations and Breast Cancer symbol on it to celebrate our friend. We were in tears! Thank you to our waiter and the awesome owner."
