"Elegance Cafe went above and beyond to create a gluten-free cake for me on short notice. I wanted to surprise my husband with the news of our baby’s gender after my 20-week ultrasound. Unfortunately, he couldn't attend one of the ultrasound appointments due to COVID, so I thought this cake would be a perfect way for us to share that moment together! I brought the unopened envelope from the ultrasound to the bakery, and the wonderful staff was eager and enthusiastic to help with my surprise. I am so grateful – the cake not only looked fantastic but was also incredibly delicious. This experience created a precious memory for us. Thank you, Elegance Cafe! We can't wait to meet our little girl!"

"Maketto was really interesting, I think the overall decor left me wondering where I was, but the food kept me around for sure. You’re asked to order on your phone and close out your tab there as well. Servers run all the food from the kitchen across the way into the restaurant. We had the cauliflower, the wings, and the Cambodian inspired salad, which were all delicious. I was amazed by the flavors and plating of the foods. I really enjoyed this place with the decor aside!"

"After reading a few unfavorable reviews, we hesitated to try Bill Miller BBQ until now, but we were pleasantly surprised! The fried chicken is less salty compared to many big chain restaurants. It's fresh, crispy, and absolutely delicious. We also sampled the ribs, which were fantastic on their own with the dry rub, or paired with their tangy BBQ sauce that balances flavor without being too strong. The sausage link was excellent, and the thick, hearty fries complemented the meal perfectly. To top it all off, we indulged in a pint of peach cobbler. While I would give a slight edge to Harmon's for pure BBQ, which is about 10-15 minutes away, Bill Miller offers a lot of variety and convenience with its multiple locations. The service was quick and friendly, so we would definitely return without hesitation!"

"our first visit to the traditions was not disappointed. we did not expect to see a cafeteria line as there are no more many, but we were pleasantly surprised. the Sunday amount was great, but the line moved in a moderate pace. my man got the seafood pasta while I had the honey ham with dressing, cranberry sauce and gravy. these articles along with our sides were delicious. the portions were generous, and the price of $43 was appropriate for the amount of food we received, the restaurant was clean with plenty of seat for the after church quantity. the service was good and the staff friendly. because we live in a kilgore, we can just go back and become. thanks. traditions, for an excellent meal at home."

"Authentic French patisserie! I came in the middle of the week and it was bustling(always a good sign). I love the outdoor seating options with plenty of shade from the umbrellas. Each table has mason jars of flesh picked flowers. The selection of sandwiches and pastries were heavenly. When choosing a sandwich, you get the option of making it a half size or full size. Half sizes can be made on a croissant or focaccia , and a full being on a baguette. I also ordered a guava and OJ juice which was exciting because I rarely see that combination available. "We loved everything about this charming restaurant. The atmosphere was quaint and inviting. The service was impeccable and friendly. The food….. just wow!! Everything we ordered was amazing. The appetizer special was a terrine with cranberries and pecans accompanied by a peach preserve and baguette. We also had the Escargots, which were probably the best I can remember ever having. The entrees we ordered were the Salmon Wellington, Ratatouille en croute with Merguez Sausage and Nage de Saint-Jacques (Bouillabaisse). All incredibly fresh and delicious!! We finished with the Creme Brûlée and a Peach Blueberry cobbler. Excellent all the way around! I will definitely return for many more of the dishes I want to try."

She offered me two options: I could get four large teas, but they didn't have any drink holders, or I could simply cancel my order. "I give up...not coming to this location again .......This is my third time getting a Rancher plate there..... thought I would give it one more try...... there was only a dash of potato salad...about 3 tsp and the coleslaw had no dressing on it....none.... it was dry shredded cabbage with some herbs there was no vinegary taste no sugary taste no creamy taste no taste at all except cabbage.... very disappointed it's the second time that has happened but the third time that the potato salad was next to nothing inside the little container I will definitely go out of my way to go to another one that I've been to before that I know I've never had that problem with..... I'm paying for less food here."

They operate on a first-come, first-served basis with counter service. I'm not sure why they're listed on that platform since making a reservation doesn't actually result in anything, as there’s no table service and no one to seat you. Guests simply choose their own tables. That being said, the food is absolutely delightful, so I definitely suggest visiting to enjoy a meal there!"

"No, Bill Miller isn't good by modern BBQ standards, especially as they don't cook their BBQ on site. But it's great for what it is a quick meal served efficiently. This location isn't too far from my office and it's rapidly becoming a favorite lunch option for me. Whether it's the chicken tenders or the brisket poor boy sandwich, it's better than fast food. The service has been fast and friendly. There's plenty of condiments at the condiment bar. And finally, their iced tea really is that good, especially since this location has big slices of limes I think the success of this location stems from the always present management staff I see at lunch. I appreciate what they're doing with this location."

"Trying to find options for eating fast food that are heart and diabetic friendly can be difficult but at Bill Miller it was easy for a change. I had the new Turkey and gravy plate with their signature green beans and dressing which was unbelievably moistand delicious! Hubby had the salad delight with 1/4 grilled chicken. His only complaint and I agree, their salad keeps gettingsmaller and smaller basically it's a side salad size. They use much more shallow containers which give you the illusion it's thesame size as years ago. The young man working behind the counter was polite and helpful. I noticed all employees seem veryhappy and they all greeted every customer who entered. Many knew the regular customers by name. I saw the manager on dutywalking the dining room and helping behind the counter. Very clean restaurant and pleasant environment. I was thoroughlypleased we chose them for a late Saturday lunch. "It 's a great hearty meal. IF THEY BOTHER TO DO IT RIGHT! When you go thru the drive thru, pick up your breakfast, and go home with your order, you are stuck with what the store gives you. Too busy to be able to go all the way back for the store to make right what they should have do e right the first time! Since the pandemic, I have noticed, sadly, that they don 't bother to care what goes out the drive thru window. This Helotes store in particular! The bean and cheese taco was so sloppy, so little beans!!! It 's just beans! And then, the hash browns. The amount of potatoes can 't be right. But if what has been going out the window is what you are selling, I 'm not impressed, nor am I interested! BUT WORSE, the manager listened to my story, then promptly said, Enjoy your day. And hung up! WELCOME TO THE NEW BILL MILLERS! DON 'T BOTHER P.S. This is about the 8th or 9th time this has happened. I wish it was a one-off, but it seems not. Very sad!"
