I called to inquire about my order and was told there was a 20-minute wait for fried chicken. I decided to use the drive-thru, only to find out it would take 40 minutes for the same item! I paid for the fried chicken and was told to move forward. An hour later, I called again, and they said they couldn't locate my order but would investigate. Twenty minutes later, I finally received my order, but it was missing the drinks!

I've consistently had a fantastic experience at Bill Miller's, whether I'm getting takeout or dining in. Their holiday menu was truly impressive. I was thrilled to see the return of their rye bread loaf, which goes perfectly with their fried chicken and chicken tenders. I ordered the three-meat plate with double brisket and sausage, along with three sides, and I was thoroughly satisfied. The portions are generous, and the food is delicious!
