Despite being situated off the Adriatic Sea, the food at this restaurant reminded me of Spanish, Italian, and Greek dishes - all part of the Mediterranean tradition. "When it was time to cook our meats, the oil didn’t reach the right temperature for quite some time, despite being told it was ready. As a result, we ended up leaving our meat in the pots for 7-10 minutes and still found it raw when we cut into it. For dessert, we ordered the snickerdoodle chocolate, but it was overpowered by cinnamon to the point where we couldn’t eat it. We ultimately opted for cheesecakes instead, which were the only redeeming part of the meal. I'm really upset that our anniversary celebration turned out to be so unenjoyable. It felt like a waste of both time and money."

"We had a delightful dinner at Julep's. Upon arrival, we checked in for our reservation and were able to enjoy drinks at the bar before being shown to our table. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and we really appreciated the acoustics; we could easily converse at a normal volume without overhearing others around us. The food was fantastic, and I highly recommend the she-crab soup! There were also several off-menu options and an excellent selection of whiskey and bourbon. "we have 20 to 9 in the evening with 2 customers. then let a little court make. we waited patiently and at 9 he came out of the way and told us that they were the last to be served, and the other 5 customers were happy. "We brought a large group in to buy ice cream tonight after the high school graduation. My 70 year old mother asked to use the restroom and they told us no. They said the restroom closed at 9:00 although the store was still open and serving food! We asked 2 different people a total of 4 times and told them we had a group pf 10 paying customers. "So disappointed. I ordered a coffee lovers ice cream cake. The way I ordered it was supposed to be coffee ice cream with heath bar, almond slivers and the center with Carmel instead of cake. There was barely anything in it and no Carmel at all. All we got was coffee ice cream with chocolate shavings around the cake. No Carmel and a few nuts. $72 for an overpriced ice cream cake with no fillings. "I just wanted to go to my birthday, while I recovered from the operation, an ice-cream. what we got from cold stone 5 hours later than the agreed pick-up time was a melted boil chocolate moss, missing 2 of the 3 mischins, no frosting, no name on the cake, the happy birthday seemed to be written by a 5 year old, and the whole thing fell apart from the first attempt to cut it. this was around 7 o'clock when it was too late to come with a plan b (after a week in advance order for a 11 o'clock pickup time). many thanks to cold stone for the support to ensure that I had no birthday cake at all after I mean man sent twice to leave our plans to drive the city to get a cake that wasn't even ready near. so disappointed. they also left the frost (who does this?! and forget to add the name."

"We had a craving for ice cream and we hadn’t ordered Cold Stone in quite a while. This was the first time we ordered at this Cold Stone location. The waffle bowls we ordered were the freshest we had ever tasted at a Cold Stone Creamery; also the portion size of ice cream was enormous. "I have an order by the cold stone app, which was confirmed by email at 6:58. the earliest time to pick up was at 19:30. I went to the store at 19:30, they said my order was not yet done and something was told about doordash. I don't know what this has to do with my order. I think they said there were a few Tordash commands before me. I sat in the load and waited for my order. many ppl (15 came in the line in the load her order and got her order and left. I say that to say the pick-up time does not play any role in this load, so it is better to get into the load instead of ordering through their cold stone app. I have my order at 20:13. their ice creams are great, but my experience in this load was terrible. it had other Doordash drivers to pick up their commands and it was one to argue with them back and forth. the driver complains about the time they take to make the order. I think they should hire more people and train them better. it had a very rude girl."

"I've always enjoyed this restaurant and its menu options, and I can't even count how many cakes we've bought over the years. However, after my experience last night, I'm finished with it. I waited nearly an hour with only one employee managing the store on a busy Friday night. I saw three DoorDash drivers cut in front of me while the employee filled their orders, which only extended my wait time. This is not how a business should operate or how to provide good customer service. Eventually, I gave up and walked out. I'm done with this place."
