"I've visited this Coldstone location before, and usually, there are just a few minor issues, but I’ve never had an experience like this. There were six people ahead of me in line, and I waited about ten minutes while only three were being served at the front. Only one girl was working the register, and a young woman with wavy blonde hair, no name tag, and no hat appeared to have an attitude towards a customer. She even rolled her eyes when the customer requested a bowl instead of a cone, clearly not paying attention. After that interaction, the blonde staff member went to the back and didn't return. When someone from the back asked for assistance, I overheard her say, "I'm not going back out there." I've also read other reviews that mention ongoing issues with the staff, indicating that management needs to be placed in more capable hands. The staff should be more respectful and really need to get their act together."
