"I had high expectations with the reviews. Planned accordingly and made a reservation. Seating was easy and not crowded at all. Ordered crab dip as an appetizer and was surprised to have it served in a soup bowl. The consistency was so thick it didn’t even fall off the spoon. The flavor was good but would have loved to see it in a flatter dish with some cheese on top. For dinner I order the filet medium. My steak was over cooked and lacking flavor. The other half ordered the crab cake sandwich. The crab cake was the thinnest, flattest crab cake I had ever seen. Parmesan crusted salmon was also ordered and came to the table burnt on the outside. When sent back and asking for plain salmon it came back to the table under cooked."

"This may have been a great restaurant years ago, but now there are much better options. We tried this place twice just to be sure, and both experiences were disappointing. For example, we must have gotten the bottom of the barrel for our Royal Osetra caviar. The eggs were broken and it was a tasteless paste. Our server insisted that’s just how it is. Maybe that’s true at this restaurant, which is another reason why we aren’t going back. The Mayfair has better food and entertainment. Superfrico is much more fun and an interesting culinary experience. If you want a great view, Top of the World has a better view with comparable food and better service."

"My wife and I had a wonderful brunch as our last meal while visiting Myrtle Beach. Our waiter was outstanding. My wife’s eggs came up too well done and we said it wasn’t a big deal since mine were a bit under of what I preferred and so we just switched. Nevertheless they apologized and even gifted us a fee piece of cake thank you! We will definitely come back during our next visit to the area."

"I came to Luna Grill after an absolutely brutal day. Went to order the chicken and beef sirloin kebab plate but no the restaurant was out of the beef sirloin. I asked if they could substitute a lamb kebab for the beef since they were out of the beef. They said yes. I also asked for no rice and extra salad which they did, however they were out of the regular salad dressing cups and so I was given three very small ones. Not sure that?s going to be quite enough dressing for extra salad but we shall see. Luckily, the food is really good and I am grateful for this meal at the end of a long hard day."

"Had reservations for Thanksgiving at 6:30. Was unaware that the buffet ended at 6:00. When I made the reservation online, there was no info posted or a menu. Menu offered after the buffet was terrible. Pretty much a happy hour menu, with only 3 entree options: fish or chicken tacos, fish and chips, or a burger. Kids said the burgers were good. Fish tacos were bland, though. It was cold in the dining room, with uncomfortable lighting: dimly lit, with contrasting overly bright Christmas decorations. The staff was friendly and apologetic, but it was an unpleasant experience, overall, especially for Thanksgiving."

"terrible service and eating. the only good thing about this place was the host. it took a long time to place our order. had to ask 3 times for water and cutlery and last 15 minutes. server has never seen us. the food was cold, the chew dry and the fish was soggy. had to go to the host to ask for our check. only after I paid that I noticed that they overloaded us to all happy hour food items. the handheld card disc machine does not show the item list of ordered items and only loads the entire printed acknowledgement of this details. can't help, but ask if that's intentional to overload them? there was no time to wait another 15-20 minutes to get our money back. if they only want to drink beer, then this place could be in order. otherwise terrible service and eat."

Portion is so tiny for that price and please, for a cafe in Southport it 's already crazy that you don 't allow dogs on your patio please put a sign so your customers don 't get seated with their dog only to be turned away with a half hearted 'sorry, I can give you the owner 's email '. Who has time to email the owner to get permission or an explanation?Please do your customers a favor (in this dog friendly neighborhood)and place a big sign to give a heads up instead of asking us to tie our dog outside the patio under the hot sun, thank you."

"Terrible service. Hispanic make with slick backed hair allowed 3 people who came in after us just completely cut us off while we were waiting the whole time for our place in line. And right as we were next in line, a lady walks in , doesn't wait in the line and he asks if she has an order and assists her and charges her when we'd been waiting in line and had been next up. On top of it, while we were in the middle of ordering, disrespectfully , he had asked someone else if they had an order for pickup and was helping him when we'd been waiting and were in the middle of ordering."

"The only positives were the convenience of picking it up on my way home from work and the taste of the salad dressing. The vinaigrette they use for their house dressing has that rare balance of sweet, sour, and salty that is the hallmark of a good dressing. But I cant say this place is a good value. For $18.49, the meal I got barely qualified as a light meal. You get a tiny amount of gyro meat on top of not a whole lot of rice, and the amount of pita wedges also leaves a bit to be desired. What food I did (aside from the salad and the dressing) didnt impress me with its flavor, lacking any depth or complexity that youd get with better Greek restaurants elsewhere. Save your money and try someplace else like Cafe Athena or Troys."

"The staff is consistently friendly and genuinely seem to care about how you like your food. The desserts that they offer are truly outstanding. I highly recommend the banana chocolate chip cookie—it’s delicious! I also enjoyed a slice of their carrot cake, which was equally amazing. I’d love to try more of their offerings, but I fear I might put on 500 pounds! Still, it would be worth it because the food is so good. "The almond croissant was delightful—soft with a satisfying crunch. It was topped with thin almond slices and powdered sugar, and had a delicious frangipane (almond cream filling) spread throughout, along with chocolate nestled between its layers. The chocolate was a delightful touch. The Quiche Lorraine seemed to be pre-made and reheated, which is understandable for a small coffee shop. The crust was both crunchy and soft inside, filled with onions and bacon. It made for a lovely savory pastry that kept us satisfied for a couple of hours. Most customers opted for drinks to go, and the shop also offers chocolate boxes. The crêpes are made to order, and I’m eager to try them next time!"
