"If you want to experience being yelled at by your server in front of the whole restaurant, this is the place for you. We were completely neglected; no one brought us water, our drink orders were forgotten, the table wasn't cleared, and when I sat down and ordered drinks, I was rushed to leave because my friends were just a few minutes away. John, the Irish server, yelled at us for leaving a tip below average. When we explained the issues we had, like having to constantly flag down staff just to get water or place an order, we were essentially told that if we came back, we should let them know we would be poor tippers, so our food would come out last. After being hurried out of the restaurant due to this chaotic situation, I accidentally left my bag behind. John remarked that it was karma and expressed that he couldn't care less. As a regular customer, I no longer feel welcomed or inclined to return. I understand it was trivia night and things were busy, but the service definitely wasn’t worth a $40 tip."
