"As soon as they handed me the ice cream, it started melting and leaking everywhere, even with a small size. When I asked an employee for two brownies, she mixed them into my ice cream without even asking if that was okay. When I tried to tell her I didn’t want them mixed in, she continued to do it anyway. To make matters worse, I ended up having to pay for additional brownies. I was genuinely confused as to why I couldn’t just get one 99-cent brownie for free since she messed up my order with both the ice cream and the brownie. I then had to pay a dollar for a brownie, but after I handed her a dollar bill, she told me I needed to provide two more cents. It wasn’t a huge deal, but considering she had already ruined my order, I felt she could have at least covered the two cents. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and both the ice cream and brownie were unpleasant, so I ended up throwing them away. Plus, the ice cream is quite expensive. I strongly advise against going here. You can find ice cream at the store that is much cheaper and far better."
