All of the new staff are incompetent, have language barriers, and try to screw you over on a serving size.

Seriously lacking ingredients! This is supposed to be an Oreo overload in the love it. Mostly ice cream. Gotta do better Cold Stone.

Asked for ice Capp mocha supreme, got little to no cool whip, no chocolate syrup, horrible service with smart remarks. Will not go to that location again. Need to train their employees better. View menu

The vegan ice cream is amazing! I really enjoy it paired with a chocolate shake made from oat milk. My wife prefers hers in a cup, topped with toasted almonds. The staff has always been very friendly.

The, gotta have size, use to be way above the top of the bowl with ice cream, the last few I’ve gotten have barely been half full but the price just keeps getting higher and higher. Done with Cold Stone.

We ordered the large signature mixes, and they are truly massive! I would have liked a bit more of the mix-ins, but overall it was really delicious! The prices are reasonable considering the portion sizes. I also appreciated that we could customize the ice cream in the signature mixes! View menu

The service was excellent and very friendly. I enjoyed a delicious mint ice cream with chocolate chips and M&M’s. My husband had the pumpkin ice cream served in a waffle cup, topped with graham crackers, apple pie filling, pecans, and caramel. It was absolutely scrumptious! The flavors of pumpkin and apple pie were wonderfully rich!

Patron of cold stone for some time. My son got a smoothie that was basically an icee and with huge chunks of ice in it he could barely get it through the straw. Ordered a chocolate milk shake and when they handed it to me, the consistency was like 1% chocolate milk. I asked them to remake it and they brought back another chocolate milk. For $17, I expect a chocolate milk shake and a smoothie made better than these.

Yesterday I came in and the card machines were down, however that was fine, I had cash. The asst. manager I believe her name is Mary, yelled at us about the card machine being down and was very agressive. I let it slide, I go to order my food with a different worker and she interrupted it and very rudely said we don 't have hashbrowns, it 's a 5 minute wait and I told her that that was ok with me. She rolled her eyes and said she was tired of customers. On top of this she had food shoved in her mouth. This wasn 't my first bad encounter with this place. I had called and tried to speak with someone about it and got hung up on. I won 't be back. View menu
