"The first time you ever come to one of these places. I live south and they have no legends locations south. My family came for lunch. I felt bad for the server. She seemed completely alone and overwhelmed. But she did a great job. We shared a smoked fish dip cup. It wasn't very delicious. It is usually served with a lemon and a hot sauce, maybe even tomatoes. This had only some plucked jalapeños on the top and one side of salins and corn chips. For our meals, 2 people share the shrimp pool. I had the black bean burger without bread. My daughter had the chicken benches and pommes, and my other daughter had the Mahi Mahi sandwich with pommes. My burger came up with Swiss cheese, tomatoes, red onion and arugula. It was good. I liked the Pommes, but everyone else said they don't like them. My daughter liked her Mahi-Mahi sandwich. It was pretty big and she couldn't finish it. She took the other half home. But she didn't take her fries. My son and my daughter loved the Po-Junge Shrimp sandwich. They ended it and all their fries even though they said they don't like them. My daughter only ate one of her chicken pliers. I tried a bite and they were really good. My son also tried some and liked them. She said they were fine. We all had water, so I can't comment on the drinks. The food came out very quickly. Our bill was $86 before the tip. Apart from the fries and being underoccupied, I think this is a pretty good place to go."

"The food is tasty, and the 2 for $25 deal is a fair price. Our entrees arrived about 5 minutes after our salads, which caused a bit of a delay. My husband set his salad aside to eat his meal, while I finished my salad before moving on to my barely warm entree. The steaks were cooked perfectly, and the broccoli was nicely steamed. However, the timing of the service could use some improvement."

"I used to love this Chili 's because it was consistent. After my experience on Friday 9/16/22, I 'm disappointed in the unusually bad service I received. Basically, I ordered curbside and had to go in to get my food. The employee working curbside was rudeand apologetic. I ordered curbside on my app and checked-in when the food was supposed to be ready. After waiting for about 10min, i called to see if my food was ready. I was told, you 're going to have to come in and get your order cause I 'm too busy by the employee working the To-go station. When I walked in there were 3 employees standing at the To-go stand. I guess I lookedlike I needed something because 2 of them walked away very quickly. The To-go employee pointed me to my food and said I couldpick it up from a rack in the corner. I asked why I wasn 't called to pick up or the curbside was not turned off on the app. Iwas told like I said, I am busy and we can 't turn anything off. I walked out at that point. If you want to keep customersplease train employees to treat (tipping) customers well. We keep the lights on."

"We visited Chili's at 5 PM on a Thursday. The hostess initially tried to seat us at a table right next to the busy bar area, where loud music was playing. She didn't check if we were okay with sitting in that part of the restaurant. Since we were there to enjoy a meal and maybe a few drinks later, we asked to be seated in the main dining area with the other diners. It was quieter, less crowded, and more pleasant! However, she informed us there would be at least a 20-minute wait. We pointed out that there were several empty tables, but she explained that there were only two servers available. Knowing how that goes, we decided to leave. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area."

"The restaurant was pretty bustling when we went there. We started with chips and salsa as an appetizer, but sadly, about half of the chips were greasy and soggy. My salad came just a minute before my chicken sandwich, and by the time I finally got to enjoy my sandwich and fries, the fries were hard and cold. Despite this experience, I left a tip, hoping it was just a rare off night for them."

"The waitstaff was delightful—both knowledgeable and accommodating. The food was good, though we focused on a generous Philly omelet, crispy hash browns (definitely crispy!), and a biscuit (not quite a cat-head, but a bit buttery). I noticed some pancakes being served, and while it might be excessive for one person to have two, those two gentlemen with gray hair certainly gave it a shot without any complaints. I brought my own tea, but I have a feeling that if I had requested sweet iced tea, our server would have happily refilled it. My wife had just finished her latte, so she opted for water. The fruit cup was lovely, and the homemade strawberry jam was a little on the sweet side but still quite delicious."

"Probably the the most underrated place in Henderson for drinks and/or dinner. The French onion soup is the best in town, be sure to ask for extra cheese! The salmon is exquisite, I had the pasta pomodoro with blackened salmon, and the salmon fell apart perfectly into the pasta, absolutely fantastic. Finished off with Candied Walnut Upside-Down Apple a la Mode; per our server, Lindsay?s suggestion; it was magnificent. Definitely ask for Lindsay as your server, her sense of humor and menu suggestions were phenomenal; highly recommended!"

"We try to eat at Four Star Grille at least twice a month, but I want to share a review for a different reason this time. This year, our apartment building decided to have our Thanksgiving dinner catered by Four Star Grille. After planning the menu, a fellow member of the Activity Committee and I placed the order and made the payment. We spoke with the manager, Kaylie, who not only answered our questions but also offered some suggestions we hadn't thought of. She even provided us with slices of turkey to help us assess the portion sizes and brought out samples of dressing for us to taste. Every time we visit, the staff is incredibly accommodating, making sure we have a fantastic dining experience. Plus, the prices are great for the generous portions. Most of the time, we bring home leftovers to enjoy the next day. Keep up the fantastic work, Four Star Grille!"

"After getting food poisoning at the location in 2020 I hadn't been back. Today I figured I'd give it another try. I ordered online, selected curbside pickup, and drove to the restaurant. I checked in online like instructed, and waited. And waited. About 15 minutes. Myself and the other folks waiting for their ordered decided to go inside and check on then. My order was ready, just being ignored.Ok, fine, they said they were busy. Annoying, but I can get over it. I get home with my order (3 minute drive away) and it's both cold, and totally wrong. Wrong sides, wrong toppings, wrong drink. Bonus annoying fact: I tipped 20% before I arrived, thinking the person would ensure my order was right and package it, and have to bring my food outside to my car, which of course deserves a tip.I call the location hoping to talk to a manager to both get my order fixed and let them know that their to go team members obviously need help. The person who answers tells me a manager was available, and would be right with me. So I wait. And wait. More than 5 minutes on hold and no manager picks up. I finally just gave up so I could go microwave the one correct part of my meal.I won't be back to this location, and hope this review helps other choose better run restaurants."
