"After getting food poisoning at the location in 2020 I hadn't been back. Today I figured I'd give it another try. I ordered online, selected curbside pickup, and drove to the restaurant. I checked in online like instructed, and waited. And waited. About 15 minutes. Myself and the other folks waiting for their ordered decided to go inside and check on then. My order was ready, just being ignored.Ok, fine, they said they were busy. Annoying, but I can get over it. I get home with my order (3 minute drive away) and it's both cold, and totally wrong. Wrong sides, wrong toppings, wrong drink. Bonus annoying fact: I tipped 20% before I arrived, thinking the person would ensure my order was right and package it, and have to bring my food outside to my car, which of course deserves a tip.I call the location hoping to talk to a manager to both get my order fixed and let them know that their to go team members obviously need help. The person who answers tells me a manager was available, and would be right with me. So I wait. And wait. More than 5 minutes on hold and no manager picks up. I finally just gave up so I could go microwave the one correct part of my meal.I won't be back to this location, and hope this review helps other choose better run restaurants."

I had a disappointing experience with the pick-up, take-out, and delivery service from this location. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The portion sizes were significantly off, and the food arrived ice cold.

Very poor customer serviceWaitress was having a sad face and the food that we ordered was cold and smelly. Dessert didn’t come the way it was listed on the menu and waitress slammed the plate when we asked her about it. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

The frozen drinks machine is consistently out of order. They tell you it's working just to get you seated, only to later say they’ve just found out it’s actually broken. This happened to me two days in a row. The staff is unprofessional and has a poor attitude. I would not recommend this place at all. View menu

Ashley was amazing and attentive. My son and I (5) were sitting in the bar area in a booth and not once did I feel put on the back burner since we weren?t seated at the bar. Ashley Is the kind of customer service individual you build around. It was oneof the best recess I?ve had to chili?s. I hope this is read by people who can affect change.

The bar service was disappointing; I had to raise my voice just to get the bartender's attention on Sunday night. There was a sign indicating that the beer machine was broken, which was frustrating. When we arrived, the entire bar area was cluttered with dirty plates. I understand that places can get busy, but this isn't a great spot if you're looking for a good sports bar experience. Went to this Chili 's on a Saturday night. It wasn 't busy at all. But our server rarely showed up to our table. Took almost an hour to het our orders in, then another hour to get our food. Larger groups who came after us were getting their food before we did. Our checks were messed up, we had food and drinks from tables that wasn 't ours. Food didn 't come out hot and there didn 't seem to be any management around to get solutions. When our server went to speak with a manager not once did that person come to our table and allow us to voice our concerns. I expected better for Austin.

Samual made my experience truly enjoyable! I seldom leave negative remarks, but I have to mention that the manager, who resembles Mike Tyson, was quite rude while speaking to Samual right in front of my friend and me. The food was decent, but the appetizer was served cold, and the manager never came to check on us, even though he made rounds to check on several other tables in our section. Additionally, I witnessed two women speaking disrespectfully to Samual because they were not asked for ID, and he handled the situation with professionalism and composure. I would only return to this restaurant for Samual—he's an outstanding server with an amazing personality and attitude.
