"Our first time here yesterday. I usually go to subway but, I've seen too many health hazardous in food handling that sadly I stop going there. I switch to Togo and that soon made me not want to frequent there because my sandwich was made without some of the toppings that was listed on their menu when I am the only customer there. This area is pretty nice with a patio outside. Sun facing the store. Spacious parking space, only thing I hate were the gravels. Upon walking in, we weren't greeted. The girls seem to have a convo among themselves. As soon as we were ready to order. The young lady took our order. Classic: large turkey and cheese sandwich . I couldn't rate it because it was not mines. (Sorry! Reg: hobie sandwich: 4/5 I am assuming the young gentleman made my sandwich because when I turn around I see him making eye contact with me. The sandwich was made very neatly and nice. My only complaint was one piece of string lint on my the tip of the lettuce. I just remove the lettuce and proceed to eat it. Good thing is not a piece of hair. After we order she turned the tablet around so we can sign. I usually don't add tips while paying with cards. I rather add tip to their tip jar instead. That is what I did. We didn't get our receipt. She just walked away. While we were finishing up. I really liked the young gentleman attitude. He handed my husband the sandwich and wished him a nice day. I would say he's more attentive and have good customer service. The females aren't friendly at all. No greetings to customer and nonstop chit chat. Solid 3 because I find it not cool for the other young girl sweeping loudly while the person who is making our sandwiches. As I heard where the sweeping from I turned around and that when I see the gentleman made eye contact with me and the girl who took our order was still talking besides him. I saw the girl sweeping by the cashier. I wish she would of swept after the sandwiches are made to prevent dust, lint particles flying around. Since, we were the last customer to order anyways. Maybe that is why I found lint on my lettuce. But, because the gentleman's comment to my husband it made me leaving feeling happy. Sometimes what a staff say can leave a good impression or a bad one. When a staff acknowledges a customer, they were surely return. I def would return and try other sandwiches. They are tasty!"

"I haven't gone to every deli/sub-sandwich shop in the Tualatin/Tigard area, but for me this is probably the best overall. That is, from a quality-quantity for the price. And to be honest the last time I went here was when they had a fundraising event for Metzger Elementary School. As for the quantity-quality thing, they don't overfill on the veggies and short on the meat or vice versa and they definitely don't skimp. I think it's about the right volume of ingredients for a sandwich. And, most importantly, the quality is great! Granted, if I'm hungry for a sandwich and want it now, I'd probably go someplace that'll serve my impatient-self a bit faster. However, if you've got the time and believe quality takes-time, then this is probably your spot for the Tigard central area. Speaking of speed of service, I think the only downside to this, is that it can be quite slow in producing said sandwich for you. We're talking 30 minutes sometimes and you've got 4-5 people back there working. Compare that to 5-10 minutes at Jimmy Johns when slammed. On the upside, they have a decent selection of beers on tap while you wait; they have at least a couple I really like (Crux and Rogue). Saying that, there may be several sandwich joints out there that serve a decent variety of beers on tap too, but how many also serve the likes of Macallan, Jameson, Hennessy, Woodford and Pendleton? Literally covering all whiskey's from Canada to the South to Scotland. Only thing probably missing is the Japanese variety. Either way those are available...while you wait for your meal."
