"$18 for a Ruben fresh out of a microwave? Come on! It tasted OK, but that could be a $7.95 value at best. I like the decor. I believe there were 5 employees and me during lunch. I didn't appreciate hearing about one of their dates including the language). It may feel folksi to them, but it struck me as inappropriate. It also seemed like a total misread on how many staff to have in a small place with no lunch rush. I ate at their prior location years ago and it seemed like an over-priced goo-bomb. I gave it one more try. I'm afraid that I just can't justify the cost. :"

great sandwich and consistently the same sandwich, whether it is in cali or nevada. leave them back so much so that it can take a while to get their meal.

Ordered pick up for DoorDash and drove there because they said it was ready for pick up. Got there and the boy at the front shrugged me off and said idk like 20 mins maybe.

Great place with good sandwiches. Staff were wonderfully friendly and attentive. Sandwiches are a tad small, especially for the price. We would come back. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes View menu

I love beach hut! I go there all the time and yes the sandwiches are pricey, but so is every where else it’s called inflation! It is my favorite place to go on my days off ? love the service and environment! My favorite place in town! Love Todd and Scott! View menu

Pricey. My large 9 inch sandwich was $21.00 and while good, was a relatively generic sandwich... white bread, roast beef, bbq sauce was typical, I 'd guess sweet baby rays, bacon seemed like it was microwaved. It 's not like they have house made bread or sauce... Staff and atmosphere were great but probably wont be back.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and I’ve always had awesome sandwiches. Some times a put thrown together, but still great. Tonight was the worst I’ve had. My husband and I got our usual and not only were they completely messy like someone threw everything in the bread and wrapped it, but completely lacked flavor. The only thing I could taste was the cream cheese in mine and my husband’s was nearly the same way. For the price point it’s definitely not worth it anymore. Ended up having to throw it all away.

"Last night I experienced the most unscrupulous experience I have ever had with a restaurant with the service at the Wok. I am so offended by their actions; I can say we are honestly done with visiting the restaurant in the future. I’ll start with we have been getting dinner on our way out of town every month or so from the Wok for years. Their food is generally very good, but we have had a few times where the food missed the mark. Everyone has an off day so we keep going back, until last night. Their online ordering did not work, so my wife called in an order while I was driving through Reno and I stopped by to pick it up. There was a little confusion when I arrived as they ahad three to go orders on the counter. It seemed they worked everything out and I paid for the order and left to head home. Twelve minutes later I get a call. It’s the Wok and they tell me they had given me the wrong order and asked if I could return. The employee apologized profusely and since we wanted what we ordered, I went back. I arrived at the restaurant and took the order they had provided back in and they checked the bags. The cashier told me she charged me the wrong amount as she had rung up the wrong order. I asked what the difference was (first bill was $63.00 for four entrees and some potstickers) and was told the new total was $94.00. The last order we had was for the same items and was just under $70, so $94 was a shock. The cashier told me she had told my wife the wrong amount and apologized. She also offered a $10 discount. I paid the bill and said I would wait for our food. Much to my shock, I watched them empty the items they had given me, place it on the counter and everything was what we ordered. One entrée had spilled when they took it out and they quickly put it in another bag and then with a big smile handed me the items I already had. I said, “so my order was correct but the amount you charged was wrong?” I asked why did you lied to me to get me to come back. I was told that I would not have paid if they did not lie about why I needed to come back. I was incredulous and decided the best thing to do was to just leave. So, 35 minutes after I left the first time, I was on my way again. Once I got home, II asked my wife what the total was that they provided when she called in the order. She said they specifically told her they did not have a total and I would provide that to me when I picked up the food. Yet another lie. I tallied up my items and came up with a total of $68.75, certainly less than what I originally paid, but clearly not the $94.00 they tried to charge. So tonight, I called and ordered the same items and was told the order would be $76.57, yet a different amount. I promptly told them no thank you. Most restaurants would honor their mistake. With that said, if they called and told me I paid the wrong amount, I would have made it right. But instead, they lied to me, clearly tried to overcharge me and then gave me a discount that was still more than the price for the same food 24 hours later. Their actions were inappropriate, uncalled for and unscrupulous. Over the last year, we visited this restaurant 10 times, but last night was the last time they get any business from us."
