"Sandwhiches are delicious but customer service at this location is TERRIBLE. Yesterday, I placed a Door Dash order and they had my order at the store for one hour before canceling it. Wasted my time. Tried again today and my order was placed at 11:30am. My Dasher arrived at 12:11 and my order was not ready...she waited 59 minutes (amazing Dasher! standing at the counter and they served all other 20 guests in line, not attempting to fill my DD order. Beware, good food but likely youll have to wait a longgggggg time because this location just does not care about filling DD orders."

Delicious! I just wish there had been a little more bacon on my sandwich.

The sandwich was fantastic—definitely one of the best in town. However, it was quite pricey when ordered through delivery.

My boyfriend and I were searching for a good sandwich place, and this one was conveniently located near our cabin. We visited about two weeks ago. He ordered the turkey sandwich, which he... View menu

The restaurant had four or five employees, but the average wait time for sandwiches was at least forty minutes. They announced orders and names very sporadically, which left me unsure about what they were doing.

Good sandwich but not $23 good! The pricing is something to balk at but if that doesnt matter to you, the sandwiches are tasty. I got the wheat bread and it was kind of crumbly so my sandwich fell apart. That $14 quality haha

The service was very disappointing. It was by far the slowest place I have ever visited. I can't stress enough how slow they were. There was a noticeable lack of urgency, and it felt like there was no effort to speed things up. Overall, the motivation seemed to be missing. View menu

I had the Surfin' Bird sandwich, which comes loaded with turkey, bacon, avocado, and more. I ordered the 9-inch version, and I was surprised by how large it was! It was incredibly generous in size and really tasty, featuring high-quality ingredients. I highly recommend it for a satisfying, fresh, and healthy meal!

On our way back from Tahoe, we stopped at Beach Hut Deli and were warmly welcomed by the owner and their friendly dog. The restaurant was spotless, offering plenty of seating both inside and outside. We were delighted to discover that the bread is baked fresh every day, and the ingredients for our Sub The Northshore were sliced to perfection. We ordered 12 to share and ended up with plenty left over. The sub was absolutely delicious, generously filled with ham, turkey, and roast beef. If we lived in the area, we would definitely be regulars at this spot.

"My fiance and I were vacationing in Tahoe with some friends and we decided to break away to have a date night here. When we made reservations we noted that it was for a date night and they sat us down at a table that was next to the window and what a view! It really set the tone for our night and made it so special. I wish I remembered our waiter's name because he was very attentive and made sure we were taken care of all night. The customer service was excellent! My fiance and I both started off with some martinis and we had a really nice time sipping on our drinks while watching the sunset. For starters we each ordered the lobster bisque. The creaminess and richness of the lobster pieces was really soothing on a cold night. I thought it would come out as a cup, but to my surprise it was a bowl of soup. We probably could've just ordered one and shared that bowl of soup between the two of us. For entree, my fiancé ordered from the prix fixe menu and for additional charge he got the cowboy steak, which was a really good deal. For a la carte the cowboy steak is $140, but the prix fixe menu is $100 and an additional $50 for the cowboy steak. So for $10 more you get an appetizer and dessert essentially. Now that's a steal! I got to try some of his steak and it was so delicious and prepared well. We went to Hell's Kitchen 2 days prior where he had ordered a steak and let me tell you...he preferred the cowboy steak. It was that good! I myself ended up ordering 2 appetizers as my entree tuna tartare and half a dozen of oysters. The tuna tartare sat in a bed of thick soy sauce and it was overpowering and I couldn't really enjoy it. I told my waiter this and he immediately took it back and took it off the bill. If it wasn't for the too much sauce it would've been a really good dish. But I still give this place a 4 star because of the excellent customer service. My waiter felt bad that he offered to bring me some shrimp and crab, but unfortunately I was already full and knew I couldn't eat anymore or else I would've taken up on his offer. To end the night my fiance had the chocolate cake from his prix fixe menu and it was a perfect and decadent sized cake to end the night. This was definitely an experience and hope to be back one day to try their other dishes."
