"Yes I?ve eaten here A Lot recently ?..My my my! Where to start?! Visited here back-to-back. Just spot on Delicious each time! AND going to go back to try more menu items. The drinks were perfect ?Irish mule, Irish car bond. The giant potato was fantastic. The clam chowder was loaded with clams. The pizzas were cooked perfect. Fish chips YUM.. not greasy at all! The deserts are Amazing. The chicken fried steak is the largest I?ve ever seen and the Best! I love love theatmosphere, it has the old tavern feel. Everyone is talking and cheerful. I feel happy to have found this little spot, you should most definitely try it too. Prices very reasonable."

"The appetizers were EXCELLENT !!!!!!!!!! ( Brie Brulee unbelievably delicious!!!!!!!!!) The beet salad and garden salad was refreshingly cold,crisp, very tasty and a superb bite.The entrees? Not so much: Crab and shrimp pasta had succulent shrimp but the homemade rigatoni were NOT cooked..like eating raw dough. The Taziki sauce was UNDER everything on the Gyro Platte, and difficult to access in order to spread on the pita/meat/greens combo, and the meat was soft and crumbly, almost like poorly mixed meatloaf. The presentation of the gyro plate per se was eye-catching but the arrangement made it difficult to assemble everything.The salmon was awesome, as were the potatoes and beets, but the greens under everything were too chewy and not tasty at all. The blueberry panna cotta was flavorless , but the mousse cake/pie had a heavenly crust. Coffee was strong, tasty, had NO bitterness.I would recommend Thea's for FABULOUS appetizers and an awesome beet salad but the entrees left a lot to be desired ."

"My wife and I came in Friday night to do karaoke. We sat on the patio because the weather was amazing. Maui was our server and to find out she?s also a manager here. She gave us great recommendations on food and drinks available. We came in a few timesbefore, service was mediocre from several different young waitresses. So we were really glad to officially meet Ms.Maui thistime.We will be sure to ask for her in the future. This spot is the best price for crawfish in town. So please keep up the goodwork."

"I took my sweetheart here for Valentine's Day because I knew it to be an outstanding place. Though I had made reservations early, I had to accept a 5:00pm seating. This was not an issue since we had taken the day off. The food was outstanding, with excellently prepared steaks, mine a T-Bone and hers a filet. We had a wonderful time with attentive service and timely delivery. The Bourbon Old-fashions were excellent. Our only concerns were very minor. Our Baked potatoes were on the cold side and they had a rather limited dessert menu. The dessert menu limitations may have been imposed by us perhaps because we were just in the mood for something other than what they offered. All-in-all, we really enjoyed our dinner and it did server to kick off a great weekend!"

"This place is awful as far as service goes. Would not recommended to anybody. The last time I was there they got everybody's order mixed up because the girl did not write anything down. The time before the lady was very rude when I asked for coffee andoh and this time she didn't even ask us if we want anything to drink she got my boyfriend's order first and I had to wait 30more minutes for mine."

"The ultimate greasy spoon in a good way. Filled with old world charm of the original diners, you can take a seat at the counter or at one of the handful of tables or booths. Give your order to the waitress with her smalltown charm, and then watch the cook prepare your food right behind the counter while enjoying a piping hot cup of coffee. I only had 20 minutes for breakfast. When I told them, they said of course they could do it. No attitude, just old-fashioned hospitality. Before I knew it, I was sipping a cup of coffee, and minutes later, a plate with two over easy eggs, ham, a generous portion of hash browns and two slices of dry white toast appeared, just as I ordered. Next time I go to Waukesha, I am going to skip breakfast at home so I can enjoy the food and the hospitality at Dave 's. "Husband has been coming here each year during gun hunting season for years. Always raves about the bluegill friday fish fry. They no longer serve bluegill. So he ordered butterfly shrimp... was not butterfly shrimp. Other family members ordered taco salad and perch fish fry. Taco meat was dry and mealy as if it was sitting around all day. Perch was meh . I ordered BROILED HADDOCK Described in the menu as: Two haddock loins broiled and smothered in our own special garlic butter sauce. This was not bRoiled.... it was more like boiled. White as a ghost fish with no sauce whatsoever. Molly was our waitress and very nice and corrected the baked potato when french fries were ordered promptly!"

"Hostess didn't know how to confirm reservation told me the system was broken then said the restaurant was under new mgmt and they didn't tell her anything . That was after she told me it would be a 40 minute wait and I was surrounded by empty tables. The manager finally came had us seated and our server was terrific! I stopped another young lady on the way out and told her that I wanted to confirm my reservation was confirmed with open table and she saw it immediately and took care of it. Hostess should be trained or let go. She probably was just ready to leave and had to stay because of the 3 employees that came in all together late."

"Good food and mostly good people. Came here often for the poker tournaments they hosted every Monday and Thursday. Most of the food is good. Service is hit or miss. Seems to be miss mostly more recently. Derek was my favorite employee and he is no longer working there. Within the last couple weeks they also told the poker tournaments host that they are no longer welcome which is strange for how many people it brought in... I at this point I haven't been in since. I heard that the BEST server by far Amy resigned very shortly after this. Big hit for the place. Seems as this place is a pretty fast revolving door for the good employees. I would have gave it 4 stars if it wasn't for the poker not being hosted here anymore and that Amy and Derek not working here anymore. Decent place to play pool (two tables) and darts (two as well) if you're close."

"I used to be a regular at the takeout section of this restaurant. Most of the time, the food was decent for $11, making it a convenient alternative to fast food. However, in my recent visits, I encountered several issues with my orders. The final straw was when I received a meal that was raw in the middle, accompanied by a bun soaked in grease and lettuce scattered throughout the container. I also ordered a side of mac and cheese for around $6, but I received barely three teaspoons of it, and it wasn't even lukewarm. Given that the meal was only $11, I called the restaurant as soon as I opened the takeout bag at home to request a replacement later in the week. It wasn't a huge issue, just a disappointing meal that ended up in the trash. During that call, the staff assured me it wouldn't be a problem. Fast forward to three days ago when I called to follow up on the replacement meal. I was met by a disgruntled older gentleman who made snide remarks about their policy on callback meals. I tried to explain my situation, as I had just been informed about the replacement policy days earlier. When I suggested that a refund would be acceptable since I planned to return, he became even more aggressive, insisting that I couldn't use my Apple Tap card for the refund. I was taken aback, especially since he identified himself as the general manager. My frustration grew when he actually told me never to come back and hung up on me. Now, when I try to call back for my $17 refund, it's evident that he instructed the staff to keep me on hold. I've tried calling four times, totaling over 15 minutes without any response. This entire experience has been unprofessional and extremely frustrating. While the takeout staff is usually great, the kitchen's quality seems inconsistent, and I've never dealt with someone so unfriendly and confrontational—especially someone in a management position. I love Chili's and am happy to take my business elsewhere. I just felt compelled to share this experience, as it really has affected me."
