On top of that, the cashier was rather rude and kept rolling her eyes while I was trying to place my order. "For better or for worse, I have visited quite a few Bojangles. They’re usually very good but the person running the register did not seem to care one way or another whether she took your order or not. There was one person in line in front of me when I went inside to order regular fries and an orange juice. It took me 20 minutes to get my order. When I did, the biscuits were almost burned. "I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The service was superb, the establishment was clean, and the drive-thru was quite efficient. The Bojangles chicken was absolutely delicious! I was particularly impressed during my last visit on Sunday morning, June 5th, around 11:30. A group of young men was in charge of the store, and they were all courteous, well-dressed, and friendly. They worked exceptionally well as a team and represented McDowell County beautifully. The restaurant was operating like a perfectly tuned machine, and they truly deserve recognition for their dedication and hard work. It's rare to see young adults in fast food displaying such excellent manners."

"I cannot recommend this restaurant. The staff was quite unfriendly. I placed my order well before closing time, and the only sides available were fries and mac and cheese. They also only offered chicken breast and wouldn't accommodate my request for chicken supremes. When I tried to explain how long it takes to prepare supremes, they finally agreed to make them. However, when I received my order, it was entirely incorrect. Furthermore, they leave the phone off the hook so it doesn't ring. I plan to contact corporate tomorrow to address these issues."

"Terrible! Awful customer service. they neverrrr make curbside orders when they are supposed to. 20 minutes AFTER I’m supposed to receive my food while I’m waiting in the assigned parking spot, I call and she says oh they will start making my food then hangs up. and btw this happened twice about a year apart. Both times I had to call the store myself in order to get them to start making my food even though I ordered through the app.UPDATE: waited an additional 10 minutes and still no food. Called again to cancel the order and she said she couldn’t do that, I would have to go through the app but it isn’t possible to cancel orders through the app. it’s a huge run around. Finally located the number of corporate and they will be getting an ear full when they open tomorrow"

"Stopped here on my way down to Raleigh and my experience was terrible. For starters when you go into the bathroom there?s no toilet paper in one of the stalls and no paper towels at all. When I went to go order my food, the employees were practicallyignoring me on purpose. Once I did get my order the order was messed up with them putting an unsweetened ice tea and a sweetenediced tea when I ordered an unsweetened ice tea and a Pepsis. The employees seemed too busy talking to one another than actuallyworking like they should be. Gives me a bad experience of a Bojangles. I wouldn?t go back to this one again!!!"

"The food I received was good and fresh. I asked about the extras I ordered and they said it's in the box I pulled off and checked the box and they forgot my large fry. My daughter went inside to get it. When I arrived home I realized they forgot the sauce as well. I ordered the family box with 8 pieces and 12 supreme, 3 sides, and an iced tea. I also ordered a large fry and 3 bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits. We asked for honey mustard sauce and honey for the biscuits. Imagine my annoyance at arriving all the way home to find there were no sauces or honey. At least I realized they missed my large fry which when we got was a little crisper than it should have been. Someone needs to change their oil. The people were friendly though, just not organized like they should be."

"Yesterday evening on the way home from work I stopped in at Bo 's to pick up supper. I had the pleasure of being served by a young lady named Mall . Mall was attentive, pleasant and very polite. My chicken breasts were cooking and would delay my order thirteen minutes, but Mall checked on me and kept me continually apprised of the situation. Her smile and friendly nature was infectious and she made me feel as if I mattered. My order wasn 't filled until the chicken was ready which meant that my biscuits were fresh and my sides were hot when I got home. Mall apologized for the delay and thanked me for being kind and not getting upset about the wait. I thanked her for her wonderful attitude. In this day and age she went well above and beyond and I appreciate her for it. The fast food industry needs more people like Mall. For that matter, we could all take a lesson from her."

"I stopped by for a meal, but as usual, the drive-thru line was wrapped around the building. So, I opted to park and go inside. After I placed my order, I asked for a larger bag for my food and a drink tray for my beverages. Instead of a friendly response, the staff carelessly tossed the bag and tray to me while they continued chatting and joking about their plans after work. This was the worst service I’ve ever encountered at a fast food restaurant! As a truck driver, I've had better service at a truck stop. The food was decent, but the customer service definitely needs significant improvement!"

"To be honest, I was not pleased. I ordered a simple 3 piece chicken meal. I was planning on getting a regular biscuit with my meal. Rather than giving me the option to accept or decline, two young ladies promptly had already placed a blueberry biscuit in my bag. They proceeded to tell me as they were handing my meal through the drive through window. They informed me that there were no more regular biscuits and it would have been a ten minute wait. Mind you this was around 3:00 pm, on a not busy weekday. I wasn't familiar with the name of the biscuit when I asked what it was they substituted they both appeared to get irritated with my question. i.e. attitude. My point was I was not afforded the opportunity to decline and wait for a new batch of regular biscuits, they just placed it in my bag. Did they even consider I may have been allergic to blueberries. I had already paid, I was hungry and I needed to get my groceries home. It just amazes me how some of these younger kids just don't think or care what good customer service is. It definitely was not was it that day. I do a lot of reviews and rarely give a negative one this week. Customer service with fast food service has definitely lost it's understanding of good customer service I won't be returning."

"Not only was my order correct and the gentleman at the drive-thru window was very friendly, he also gave me 2 chicken tenders for my dog! I realized that I'd ordered a spicy chicken sandwich wouldn't be able to share with my canine companion. I didn't need but 1-2 tenders when I asked if I could get just that, he seemed genuinely happy to oblige! Our pets are our family I sincerely appreciate when people are so kind to understand!"

"@bojangles terrible and evil experience! I took a day before I wrote this, but yesterday 11/20 I put an order online for collection. simple order with 2 cajun filet biscuits, one of them with Pimento cheese. I'll get the order, go home and prepare you to eat. When I pick up the keks with Pimento cheese, I get a little attention, there was a “good thru” sticker in the Pimento cheese. it was the full sticker, not just a part of it. How could anyone miss a whole sticker? when I reappear to show the personal that everyone will fall, the eyes were big, and they lost color in their faces. one of them even replied, "This is evil." they fixed the biscuits, refunded the biscuits and threw a cake in the pocket. bojangles used to be a favorite, but after this experience and knowing other bojangles in winston was shut down for sanitary problems, I fully believe that sanitation is not a priority for bojangles. I can honestly say I'm through!"

They consistently mess up orders, often run out of certain chicken pieces, never serve hot fries, and the chicken is only hot occasionally. The service is never reliable, and there’s always something wrong with each order. I’d rather drive an extra 15 miles than visit this spot near my home. "Not sure what’s going on with this location and their Apple Pay in the drive thru. Been coming here for 3 years, and before the sign was posted, I waited in line for a good 15 minutes at the window after ordering, get to the window and all I get is a rude “we don’t take Apple Pay at the window”. But they still can take card? It’s the same machine and my card has tap, so not sure the difference. Would’ve been nice to know before I started the order! Please guys train your people to have good customer service, this is the type of antics to lose customers. I will not be back to this location, one person doesn’t matter? Wait until you see a significant difference."
