"Not sure what’s going on with this location and their Apple Pay in the drive thru. Been coming here for 3 years, and before the sign was posted, I waited in line for a good 15 minutes at the window after ordering, get to the window and all I get is a rude “we don’t take Apple Pay at the window”. But they still can take card? It’s the same machine and my card has tap, so not sure the difference. Would’ve been nice to know before I started the order! Please guys train your people to have good customer service, this is the type of antics to lose customers. I will not be back to this location, one person doesn’t matter? Wait until you see a significant difference."

The service is excellent and the staff is accommodating as always as you would expect from this Bojangles branch. The rest room is the most tidy of all their outlets that I have visited. I don't have to talk about their food as theirs is the same throughout North Carolina! God speed!

1) I did not receive the four biscuits or any of the dipping sauces I had selected. 2) The four pieces of chicken were very small, and the eight chicken tenders were obviously old and not fresh. 3) The receipt on the bag indicated a total of $48.50, which did not include the $5 tip or the $4.99 delivery fee. 4) My order was not reviewed prior to delivery, which is DoorDash's responsibility. However, my credit card statement shows a total of $66.17, which means I was overcharged for poor quality food. I will not be using DoorDash in the near future.
