"We have been here several times since it is relatively close to where we live. We went today, just for drinks. My wife placed the order in the app as soon as we got there. She ordered her coke zero with sugar free cherry and vanilla and me a cherry vanilla Dr. Pepper (we ordered more but the order messed up was our drinks). When the order arrived initially, we were missing a drink so the girl went back and got it. However when she came back she could not tell us which drink was the Coke Zero and the Dr. Pepper (my wife cannot have sugar). The girl did not know, nor did she attempt to find out. My wife and I both tasted the drinks and neither of us could tell the difference between them. Honestly they both tasted the same so they are either both Dr. Pepper or Coke Zero. Sufficeit to say, she could not drink either one so I have to drink both (and I do not like Coke Zero), so wasted money on a drink she can't have. This is not the first time this has happened either. We have been to Sonic in Georgetown and have NEVER had issues with drinks being correct. Service: 2"

"Here's a review of a restaurant I recently visited. I ordered a sandwich and a milkshake, but after waiting for 25 minutes, my order had still not arrived. When I inquired about my order, the staff mistakenly told me that it had already been delivered to me. After clarifying that I had not received my order, they promised to rectify the mistake. However, the carhop then mistakenly gave my order to another car parked nearby, who ended up receiving and eating everything I had ordered. Ultimately, I left the restaurant without my order."

"Most the time I have a good experience here. Lately, not so much. My orders have been messed up. Today I ordered the grilled cheeseburger, no mustard add garlic butter. When I got it there was mustard and no garlic butter. The nice lady said she'd have them remake it. I wish I could share the picture I took. When I say my sandwich was sitting in a pool of garlic butter, the wrapper had a puddle of it in it. I didn't mess up the order. But when correcting it, they didn't need to go overboard. "Horrible horrible HORRIBLE service. I went through the drive-thru and there was one car in front of me at the window. I guess that car’s order was taking some time to prepare so an employee came out to my car to get my card and then came back out with my food. I thought great they’re getting me out of here faster while the car in front waits for their order. Well as I’m thanking the employee and getting ready to leave they go “where’s my tip?” I said what do you mean by that. They replied “I personally brought your order to you so where’s my tip”. I said I don’t have cash on me hence the reason I came through the drive thru and not the fricking stalls. I always tip when I go through the stalls but never through the drive thru. Rolled eyes and walked away. Unbelievable. How about employ people who aren’t going to drive off customers because now I am turned off from this location"

"Went to this location and was in shock at what it turned into! Walked inside and there were yelling customers hanging in the restaurant. The floor was wet when walking through the door. The place was filthy! No in person ordering. Must order through a wall display. My All American Hotdog was not even warm.
