"The staff was friendly and our food arrived quickly, but unfortunately the cheeseburger we ordered was the worst I've ever had from Sonic or any other restaurant. The patty seemed to be from the previous night, as it was dry and hard, and the cheese was not even melted. The tater tots were also dry and hard. Despite spending $30, the only enjoyable item was the onion rings. However, the drinks were well-made. Overall, the food quality was a 1 out of 5."

"I feel for the kids who are working at this location. Signs are posted about being short staffed and asking customers to be patient. These have been in place for about a year now and I 've got to say, its because of poor ownership/ management, all ofthe other surrounding fast food restaurants are performing just fine, same challenges related to employment. I went todayafter waiting for about a year to see if the service/ speed of food had recovered and it appears its even worse than before. Went to a stall and pressed the red button, took about 5 min or so before someone came over the speaker. While trying to givemy order, the young lady taking the order appeared to struggle either hearing me or knowing how to log an order into themachine. It was getting frustrating having to repeat myself over and over again. I spoke very loud and clearly but she continuedto struggle which makes me feel it was either a training or competency thing (no knock on the person). Once my order was taken@ 1:23 PM, I waited, and waited (being patient as asked) and at 1:47 PM I pressed the red button so i can find out why my foodhadnt been delivered. Again, no answer waiting... At 1:52 pm another person came with our food and are food ticket beingassigned for delivery at 1:50 pm (red button still had no response yet). We waited about half an hour for 2 burgers, drinks andfries. I am sorry, this isn 't acceptable from this type of establishment, its literally their job to be fast . I had timewhile waiting for my food to look at others reviews and the same issues, long waits, poor service... Some had responses toprovide feedback to the Franchise Owner. If this person isn 't looking at the reviews or the staff management isn 't making thisperson aware then shame on them. It appears to me the franchise owner doesn 't care about the customers or the staff. Glad I getto chose where I eat and I can honestly say, I will not be going back to this location again. "The ice cream they use is rich and delicious! Love the seasonal Strawberry Shortcake Snowball Slush Float with real strawberries and a sweet shortcake flavor mixed into Sonic’s signature icy Slush with a real ice cream and sugar snow crystals. I am hooked. Never been to Sonic before and I keep going back for this one! The hot pretzels are a fave! Apparently Sonic is so popular that they can't keep up with demand because at many of the sonics I have been too there has been a wait in the drive-thru. "I recently had a meal at this restaurant that was prepared incorrectly. Unfortunately, the issue was never resolved because the manager I initially spoke with was no longer there and the new manager did not have the authority to fix the mistake. They mentioned that my online order through the Sonic app was not sufficient to make changes. I hope that these two employees can work together to improve their service in order to receive better reviews in the future. It is disappointing to see people working in the fast food industry who do not take pride in their work. I recommend that this manager find a role that better suits their skills if they do not value customer satisfaction."

"I’m not sure if my name will appear, but I’ve been a regular customer at the Sonic in Forest for the past three weeks, and I’m quite disappointed with my recent experiences. My orders have consistently been incorrect; the cheese sticks are hard with unmelted cheese, the tater tots are also hard, and my sandwiches are not prepared as I requested. Moreover, the food is often not warm. I’m not sure what’s causing these issues, but I’ve been wanting to share this review. Unfortunately, I will no longer be dining at the Sonic in Forest. I was a loyal customer, visiting two to three times a week with my family, but we will be taking a break from this location until improvements are made. The service has been poor, and it’s truly disappointing."

"I love it on foot after 8. It's just around the corner of my residence, and I love LOVE the Iced coffee with caramel and cream. It's a little reward to take me outside and go. And this price is great. I can get 2 coffee and a Rt. 44 diet coke and an ice cone for less than I expected (like much less) and I first got my ice cream because these guys are fantastic. Maybe it took 3 minutes to get my ice cone, and maybe 3 more before I got the rest of my order, and I was on my way. I'm a repeater."

"has not really tasted as if the sonic everyone is used to grow up. the food looked out and tasted as if it had been in a warmer hours after it should be sown, I got a number 11 meal that is chicken pliers that were pommes soggy. just reason why I don't complain is that we were at least 30 minutes in the line and I starved. a few days later I tried the double cheeseburger on the texas toast. that was nasty. if they have any kind of cheddar burger, they don't sit down and ketchup on it, they use grilled wobble. I can see why they lose money and lose business. server are nice, but it takes too long to get food that they may not eat in totalness they do not even serve banan columns more, so what is the purpose of a sonic now? I give them two stars to be open in the middle of the night and for large server. "

"I love Sonic Drive In. It is my favorite place to go for breakfast anytime of the day. My favorite thing to order is the breakfast burrito with jalapenos, hash browns, onions, eggs and cheese. They are so big I usually eat half of it at a time. Just the burrito is under $4.00 a very good price. From 2:00 4:00 is Happy Hours. You get drinks , any size for half price. All the foods they serve are good. The best onion rings I have ever had. It is a great place for a quick stop. Service is fast whether you pull in and order or go to the drive thru. The restroom is located on the side against the building, where you pull up to order. It is in front of the 2nd or 3rd parking space from the back. Very clean and convenient for everyone to use. The employees are wonderful, always a smile, clean and neat. Very nice and helpful to make sure you have what you ordered Have enough napkins and straws, condiment's sauce's, ketchup, mustard, salt, pepper etc. The Sonic in Jasper, Alabama is the one I go to most. It is located on the left side of the of the 78 HWY to the left of Urgent Care, across from the Winn Dixie. There is a turn lane, so it is convenient to cross from the right lane going East. You can get the app to order ahead and get some special offers. Just give Sonic Drive In a try. I'm sure you will find something you'll go back for. I always give my servers a tip for the quality of the work they do. ?????"

"Sonic should terminate the franchise agreement with this location. This location is in terrible physical condition and clearly hasn't been maintained in at least 5 years. Everything was very dirty, broken or in otherwise poor condition and appearance. I can't imagine running my business this. Despite the rough appearance, my friend and I decided to give it a chance anyway. My friend had never been to Sonic before and wanted to try it, so we stopped during our road trip. We were in two separate vehicles, so I pulled into the stall to his left. I pressed the call button, and then realized the screen wasn't working. I waited for over 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, and I let the order taker know that my screen wasn't working. She told me that a bellhop would come out and take my payment. 10 minutes went by, no one came. 20 minutes went by, no one came. 25 minutes went by, and my friend and I decided to leave. What a waste of time, I'll never be back this location and I will recommend that others avoid it. Sonic corporate should come out and inspect this location. "this sonic showed me what a sonic can be. our local sonics are nowhere near this quality. everything they did for us was great. my man has a bacon cheeseburger and it looked so delicious. we had riders and tattoos that were all perfectly cooked with a little crabs. our local sonic cannot be disturbed to cook the food long enough. we had fresh brows. I even thought the coffee they made me was delicious and I won't order a coffee from my local sonic. "The food was a bit overcooked. The tater tots were dry, and the onion rings as well. The cheddar poppers were just fine though because the cheese prevented them from drying out. The location is great and the staff was friendly. I think the cook just left them in a little too long. "I absolutely have to write a review about this sonic. This is BY FAR the worst sonic I've been to. I keep going back because there's not many options for food here in Springtown but my final experience on 10/12/23 was my last. First, they NEVER give you condiments.... like.... ever unless it's during the morning shift. I typically order through the app and I specifically select the condiments that I want and they are never in the bag. This includes marinara for the cheesesticks and cheese for the pretzels (although, I did get cream cheese frosting with my pretzel once... seriously)... the condiment thing is like the very least of my problems with this place. My order is ALWAYS wrong. One time I ordered a kids meal and received TATER TOTS ONLY. No entree, no drink, no toy... just the tots. Still didn't even make me mad. I already know I have to check everything from this place. Another night, I ordered a BLT and received 3 pieces of toast with inedible burnt bacon and nothing else. I like my bacon a little burnt but this was not edible at all and there was no lettuce, tomato, or mayo. I threw it away and didn't even complain to them. So here's what pushed me to finally write a review. On the night of October 12th, I ordered a BLT again (I did not learn my lesson last time) It was pretty late and my infant was fussy in the back seat so I was in a rush to get home and didn't check my order before leaving. When I got home, I opened it up and the BLT had no bacon. None. So at this point I'm FED UP with this sonic so I drove back up there to complain. Do you want to know what I was told? THEY KNEW THEY DIDNT PUT BACON ON IT. THEY HAD RAN OUT OF BACON AND GAVE ME A FREAKING LETTUCE AND TOMATO SANDWICH ANYWAY. Instead of asking if I want something else or a refund they just sent me home with 2 pieces of bread, lettuce, and tomato and expected that to be perfectly acceptable. The girl apologized, took my receipt and promised she would refund my whole bill for the night. It's been 7 days and I've received no refund. Shocker. So, here I am, doing my part to warn people not to visit this sonic and if you do, you can certainly expect to be ripped off."

"I ordered a chicken fried steak burger. I guess it had mayonnaise on it. I suppose that's a normal thing you would think it would come with like gravy or something. Never had one till now. The picture seemed like it had hamburger buns but it came with the toast as buns. I've came here randomly and thought each time coming here I would have a different type of service or better service but most time the food is overcooked and it takes too long even for drinks. Though they may be understaffed, because it always gets bad reviews, for speed. But The time it takes for it to get to you shouldn't be an issue. As long as the food is good but the food has never been cooked right in my opinion. Since I was hungry I ate one of the burnt toast buns.. tried to steak, but apparently, I'm not starving. I think the servers/car hops should probably get paid more considering they have to apologize for something they didn't do. The time it takes to cook something past the cooking time is not their fault."
