"Oh my goodness. We waited about 35 minutes before anyone came to take our order, even though the restaurant was quite empty. After an hour had passed—I'm not exaggerating—a waiter returned to ask us to reconfirm our orders, which he had written down on a tiny slip of paper, and it was completely wrong. He even included a dish that one of us had specifically said they were allergic to. We waited over an hour and a half for our food, and remember, this is deli food, so it shouldn’t have been that complicated. It was impractical for us to leave because my father has mobility issues due to a stroke. The whole experience was so terrible that it felt like a practical joke, as if we were on a hidden camera show."

"Looking for a nice place to have brunch, we stumbled upon this place. As soon as we entered, the sight of Memorabilia of famous people all over the walls immediately grabbed our attention. We were greeted by the amazing staff, who seated us very quickly. Our waiter Nikki, was very friendly, and made sure to check on us multiple times, to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was fantastic and satisfying. While eating, we were greeted by restaurant owner Bush , who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. He surprised my niece and nephew with free cookies to enjoy, and had all the waiters sing Happy B-day to my Fiancee. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I will definitely visit again."

"We came here as a second choice after a funeral. They said they could accommodate our group size. We sat for an extremely long time just waiting for service. We ordered and waited a long time for our food. This place came highly recommended for lunch and while I understand breakfast is a new thing, I wasn?t impressed. I ordered a Philly Steak Omelet and I?m not sure why it came out with everything on top when it?s an omelet. Most of the food actually came out pretty cold. Our server was great once she started but the kitchen seemed to be real slow. I?d give it a chance for lunch but I don?t know if I?d return for breakfast."

"This cafe offers variety of dishes from Chinese to American. Food are always fresh and serving sizes are plentiful to share with family or friends. Staff are always friendly with plenty of hospitable Filipinos working at this cafe. Dining area is clean and well kept. We wanted to order something to go but it is not allowed. They have to serve it to you at your table and you can ask for a doggy bag to pack along with your leftovers. We love coming here and I highly recommend this place if your hungry and lazy to cook lol. Update 04/01/22 we came back to eat our favorite dishes from here. The taste is the same but the price seem to have almost doubled. The shrimp dish is now $23.00 and only have seven shrimp in it. They forgot to give us plate to eat with so we ended using a small plate on the table. The hot and sour soup was too sour that it upset my stomach. Too much vinegar and no flavor for $7.00 for a small saucer."

"I always make it a point to visit the Coronado Cafe at least once during my trips to Las Vegas. The menu features dishes inspired by other restaurants on the same campus, but at much more reasonable prices. You can choose from Mexican, Asian, or American cuisine, all of which are exceptionally delicious and fairly priced."

"OMG, I have been passing this place for 10 years thinking it was just a SUBSHOP. THE FOOD IS GREAT. Huge menu, they will accomodate requests not on the menu, wonderful hot garlic breadsticks. The salad that came w my Veal Parmigiano (NOT on the menu) had SWEET ONIONS and the house dressing is so good I could drink it. Our portions were huge, neither one of us could finish even half. I GOT a glass of Merlo wine and IT was really good. (See pic) they use small individual bottles for freshness. This place is NOT JUST A SUBSHOP! The only down side is Ambiance . It is no frills seating. They should remodel the section that was closed to be kewl...?"

"We ordered two burgers medium. Both were completely red, and barely warm… Our son’s food came out right away so he was done by the time our food was there. I ate most of my burger anyway while waiting to show the server how undercooked they were. My wife took exactly 1 bite. The server brought the food to the manager, and showed him my raw burger too. He didn’t even bother to come speak to us, even though we were 10 feet from him, and clearly disappointed. He only agreed to take 50% off ONE burger. We were shocked, and tried to support local. We will never be back after receiving such poor customer service. The inside lighting is weird too, the way the fan cuts out the lights created a strobe effect. Doesn’t sit well when you have a stomach full of undercooked meat.My son needed to use the toilet, we are potty training. The toilet was so disgusting. Filthy. I mentioned it to the server who was in the bathroom checking his phone… He didn’t seem to care.We left very disappointed to have had such a lousy experience at a place we heard great things about. Sorry Rep, but this crew gave you a bad rep…"

"I ordered a waffle and sausage links expecting a Belgian waffle, but what I received was more akin to a pancake with grill marks. Admittedly, the menu didn’t specify it was a Belgian waffle. The meat options, like bacon and sausage, weren't listed on the menu even though they were available as sides, so you'd have to either inquire about the prices or wait to find out. The sausage links were thicker but shorter than Italian sausage; however, they did have a nice flavor. The establishment was clean and felt well-organized, which I appreciated. I would consider returning."

"We decided to visit the Mad Hatter, although many of the reviews were bad. I'm so glad we did it. I agree that the place could use some updates, but it was still nice. It is eccentric, it is not your typical chic high tea. The food was delicious and that it is most important for me. The tea was bagged, but the brand Teavanna and pretty good. The Scones were warm and some of the best I had. The sandwiches were surprisingly fantastic. Really nice salmon. Besides, it is not as expensive as most high tea. Our server was also super sweet. It wasn't the typical high tea, but we had a very nice time."

"I waited 10 minutes without being given a menu. Finally, the server noticed me, and when I expressed my frustration with my expression, she responded, "It's busy, what do you want me to do?" "First time visiting MGM Roast Beef for breakfast. Wow, I came hungry and had a big plate. It was that, a big plate split in two different boxes. $11.99 for the most expensive breakfast choice and I had to take some home. I recommend that you choose French toast as our group preferred it over the waffle but I do want to come back for some blueberry pancakes. The service for dine in is counter order, get a buzzer and a short wait for some fresh food. P.S. don’t sleep on breakfast it ends at 10:30…but don’t worry Lunch goes 10:30-3pm and it deserves another visit and I’ll drop a review for that soon too!"

"I came here on a whim based on the suggestion of a local in this town. I drove from New York city to Pennsylvania to buy a rare bass amp and I had forgotten to eat breakfast and lunch. I had a voracious appetite and when I was finished my belly was really full. I opted for the number seven which was two scrambled eggs with corn beef and hash and home fries as well as wheat toast and a coffee. I topped it off with three pancakes and maple syrup.This is a more of a family type of diner. The place was extremely clean , even the bathrooms."

"I went here for the first time. I ordered a 1/2 lb of hard salami and 1/4 lb of ham (shaved). This small amount cost me $12. I got home and found the ham sliced thick, not at all like I asked. The salami was regular not hard salami. I thought I would get better service and quality at a deli. I think I’ll just stick with food Lion, at least they follow requests."

"This literally happened 5 minutes ago. I order from this place enough times to know that the food is great, however the customer service was horrendous this morning. I cant tell if this lady woke up on the wrong side of the bed or what. Yesterday I had ordered food on their online 3rd party delivery service, there is no button for water so I added a note saying that I needed a large bottle of water. I never expect anything for free and most places will just add it on to the bill. They did give it to me for free and that was nice of them. Now this morning, same thing. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese as well and an order of mac salad and a bacon egg and cheese with water. I got my food and it was a roll with cream cheese, and no Mac salad. I gave them a call and said I'd agree to calling it even for the Mac salad but can we take the roll with cream cheese off because that was completely not what I wanted at all. She refused to take it off because of the water she gave me yesterday. If there was any dispute about the water from yesterday she should've absolutely taken it up with me yesterday. I never would've had a problem with paying for it but don't mess up my order and think that's your ticket out of it. Also don't be absolutely rude about it when it's your fault that you didn't call me to let me know that 1. You didn't have bagels and 2. Clear up payment for the water bottle. I've been a waitress for 10 years, I know customer service and what I received this morning was the complete opposite of a good one, let alone anything near smart."
